*HELP* Android stuck on reboot cycle and Recovery not working - G2 and Desire Z General

Hi,
Not long ago I upgraded my phone over the air for the first time and installed android 2.3 and it was taking for ever and the phone died and the battery was taken a few times during the process. A few days after my started acting weird. Now its stuck on a reboot cycle. It will load, and it will be normal for a few seconds (max 20s) then it reboots again and it keeps going into that cycle.
I tried to go into recovery and perform a factory reset but the volume controls are not working. Please help because at the moment I don't have a phone.
Thanks!

Anyone help?

Sorry to hear that. Wish I knew of something...

anyone have anything that can help?

Help Needed

Hey all,
My nexus 10 was fine until earlier when it randomly shut off then attempted to reboot itself, and that's where the trouble begins. It has been in a constant boot loop all night, going from the google logo to off and back to the logo. I've tried going into boot loader mode but I'm unable to do anything there as the rockers don't change the settings and the thing reboots itself after about 5 seconds of being in the menu! I have no idea what is happening.
Edit: It did reboot fully once and I used it for 2 minutes before it sent itself back into the loop. Any help please?

The one possibility I can think of is that there's something wrong with the power button. Maybe it's getting stuck or something inside and causing it to stay pressed which causes a force reboot. It could be why your volume buttons weren't doing anything in the bootloader since it might have thought the power button was being held down. That's just a guess. If it's a hardware thing, there's not much anyone can do for you over the internet. You might have to find a way to get under that power button and clean it out somehow.

Samsung galaxy s5 not getting past samsung logo screen

Hey guys,
Looking for some advice, I will try and it explain whats happening clearly.
So, last friday while I was using phone it shut down attempted to restart vibrated twice attempted restart again. So in my attempt to repair I booted into recovery mode wiped cache and booted into safe mode this took 2 attempts before finally booting into safe mode. I then reset phone back to factory settings, while it was installing apps from backup, the phone crashed. Eventually I got it all working again with apps that I used on day to day basis minus the appsvthat rarely got used.
Fast forward 6 days back to square one with the restarting. Been working perfectly since I fixed it last week. So what do you guys reckon the issue is?
Thanks
Ps the phone has never been rooted

After Logo black screen, no root, stock rom 4.4.2

Hallo,
i hope someone can help me here.
After a low battery my phone doesnt turn on any more. After some research i thought it might by the "death battery problem". So i but the phone on Laptop Charge port for 6 hours and i got it booted in to system.
But only for some seconds and it turned of again. So i decided to buy a new battery. Installed it and tried to boot. Sometimes it bootet in to System, sometime just got Blackscreen. I tried hard reset in it showed some errors. That was some days ago. Now it boots and everytime blackscreen. I tried also longer presses like 10 secs and 60secs. I tried fast press for hard reset with boot logo. I have no detection on Windows. I never rooted the phone and it has still stock rom. Must be the latest kitkat 4.4.2 i guess. I checked every cable. No charge led or logo.
Hey dude check out my video https://youtu.be/rpmbk9RFE_U there is step by step instruction how to reflash your rom... Just watch im here for any questions.

Essential turning itself off

Hi! I got my Essential Phone from someone that had it boot loader unlocked etc. I have experience with flashing and all so it was not a problem for me. Yesterday when I got the phone I went here and flashed AOSIP Rom again since it was the one it had but a wanted to make sure to have a fresh install etc. All working fine by then until about an hour ago the phone turned it self off and now it doesn't do anything. Every time it finally boots it shuts down again. If I try and enter recovery or Bootloader for fastboot, same thing. Sometimes it holds up for about 20 seconds and goes back to Off and be unresponsive for a period of time.
Has anyone had this problem before? If so, is this a Hardware problem?
I can't fix it by computer so I don't know what I am into right now. Its the only phone I have so I'm kind of stressed right now

suddenly boot-loop, maybe after phone fell

ok
i've been usign whatsapp and suddenly my phone went into bootloop,
tried to enter fastboot, recovery
but he keeps on boot-looping after 2-3 sec of showing the fastboot-recovery icon.
i tried disconnecting the phone-battery-motherboard-etc, but he keeps going boot-loop, showing the first load screen, black screen, and so on and forth
any suggestions? never occured to me before , only after unsuccessful flashing, but like this? this is really weird.
i have a custom rom yes, but with it for a few months already , 0 problems.
p.s my phone fell on the floor few days ago, but had no problem since whatsoever
any clues on how to solve this?
i can't even get to flash via fastboot/recovery because it restarts when im there..
what could be the problem? the only thing pops into my head is that the restart key is pressed all the time, but is it possible?
I had the same problem, crazy thing. I couldn't even enter orange fox, got to the loading screen and got another reboot. I pressed power button fast many times and then worked. The power button seemed to be ok. The only thing that i had recently changed was the EAS version of the predator kernel. It may not make sense but i went back to HMP and now it's fine.
well! it worked lol
what is HMP? a kernel?
A type of kernel, the common one. Now i know that was not the reason!
Hello
I have the same problem as you and if someone has a solution, I will be very grateful !
I can use my phone but if I push to the power Button, it bootloop.
