Basic Instructions
1. (OPTIONAL - USE IF COMING FROM A DIFFERENT ROM OR KERNEL) Download JVP Base ROM(file 1) and flash it via Odin to give yourself a fresh start. Make sure the .pit file is selected and that repartition is ticked in Odin and flash.
2. Turn ON "ALL" lagfixes - (REQUIRED)!!!!!
3. Copy "Darky JVR R4 Cappy.zip" to your INTERNAL SD Card.
4. Download the new Darkyapp (DarkyROM Tool by Ficeto)
5. Open and select DarkyROM Tab.
6. Select WIPE, INSTALL KERNEL (DarkCore 3), INSTALL MODEM (JK4).
7. Select the rest of the items in the app as desired. Note: Selecting ad-hoc won't do anything.
8. Then, click the General Tab
9. Click Flash/Install file from SD Card. Select the zip file (file 2) saved and use the app to install the JVR R4.
10. Everything will be flashed automatically, let the app do its job. You will have a bootscreen twice + welcoming robotic voice
11. REBOOT ONCE AFTER EVERYTHING IS LOADED!!

Instructions
These are divided into two paths: Choose a path accordingly.
Backup all your stuff before starting.

PATH 1 (if not on JVH/JVP/JVQ or DarkyROM)
1. Odin-flash Ficeto's JVP (File 1)
2. Turn ON lagfix - (REQUIRED)!!!!!
3. Copy Darkys_v10.2_Captivate_Edition.zip (File 2) to your INTERNAL SD Card.
4. Download the new app (DarkyROM Tool by Ficeto)
5. Select DarkyROM Tab.
6. Select wipe.

Good question, I guess because at First it was an i9000 only ROM and someone had to Port it for Captivate but now the Darky Team making the ROM to work also Cappy from the Start. Joel and his team do amazing work and I think Joel was even contacted by Samsung at one time to start to work for them but he didn't want to re locate to Korea.

Been testing this out...
/system/app doesn't have lots of space available. Almost 275MB already taken and says only 1MB available.

Maybe this might help clearly.Just Terramino(rom complier)claims that 2.3 is like a poison ivy covers your device very tight;so repeat the loading 2.2 action 3 times for better clean.
Downgrade from 2.3.5 back to 2.2.2
1) Download U8800 V100R001C00B138SP04 (Overseas General) Android 2.2.2
2) Extract the "dload" folder and copy it (along with its contents) to the ROOT of the SD Card.
3) Turn on your U8800 while holding [VOL-] and [VOL+] and the Android 2.2.2 install should start.
4) Once finished you should be back to 2.2.2.
5) If you phone does not boot correctly power on phone while holding [VOL+] to boot into recovery and Reset to factory defaults.
6) Delete the "dload" folder from the SD Card.

important!
Even if you don't wipe data/factory reset,the rom will automatically delete all user data by itself,so backup all your applications,sms,call logs...etc. if necessary
INSTALLING:
- Wipe data/factory reset
- Wipe Cache partition
- Advanced -> Wipe Dalvik Cache
- Mounts and Storage -> "mount /system"
- Mounts and Storage -> "format /system"
Finally install zip from sdcard -> select ROM file
After installed, go to Spare Parts and run it. Then choose Window animations and Transition animations options to Fast. In this way, the desktop will have increased fluency.

Dalvik Cache cleaned and re-adjusted during installation. For this reason, the phone still will be slow during the initial boot. Shut down and restart the phone after first opening. Now you see the opening of the phone quickly, around 30-38 seconds.

it's name is MIUI based Performans Rom X English - .35 Kernel and installing on stock ROM 2.3.5
important specs:
Extreme touch sensitivity is reduced due to factory 2.3.5 software.
.35 Kernel which is the biggest problem was corrected incoming and outgoing speech sounds.
Only when listening to music, the highest volume level is below normal. This problem will be corrected in future versions.
but elite ROM 9.6 newest because TerraMino waiting franco's .35 kernel and he will going to develope Performans Rom X new kernel realesed

Be sure to backup your IMEI. Use an external SD card during all transactions below. B163 dload folder on an external SD card.
B163 Install the first time. Installation ends and the phone is opened by turning off and on again for the second time so as to B163-ROM install.
After installing the second time, wait for the phone opening. Remove the SD card and the screen went pink then off to install the CWM 5.0.2.3
Open phone by CWM and do all the wipe process.
Then re-insert the SD card and install the B163 for the third time.
The phone opens to shotdown and re-install in the pink screen the CWM 5.0.2.3
These steps are the traces left by the stock 2.3.5's completely clean.
If you do not install 3 times B163, you may experience various problems.

Quick thoughts and facts about the .35 kernel version (see post #11)
- Custom theme as stock, blends a little blue and ICS-esque stuff into the default theme, and I love it, looks really fresh
- ICS icons too, not a big fan of them, luckily there's always the Vexillum Project icons to use. The font is awesome.
- It's based on MIUI 2.1.13 and it uses ret4rt's 2.6.35.7 kernel dated January 13th
- English is default language, Traditional and Simplified Chinese are the other choices
- Speaker still has the buggy and crackling sound while playing music
- Can't say if it's faster than ret4rt's MIUI, needs a few days of testing at least

Hi, usually I created this Rom for the German Community, but I think it is a really good Rom and as MIUI has English strings in it, it can also be used by English speaking users. I added also Spanish strings for a Spanish friend.

Really Easy!!! just boot into CWM and click on install zip -> choose zip and everything will be explained during the installation. My last version was also made with AROMA Installer, but this time I included more stuff in it. Don't be afraid AROMA Installer is set up in 3 languages; German, English and Spanish.
IMPOTRANT!!! this Rom works only on Defy or Defy+ with Froyo Kernel or Gingerbread 2.3.4/5 Kernel. All with 2.3.6 Kernel can try to downgrade to Froyo Kernel, because the new Motorola Kernel won't work with MIUI. Just use this Tutorial on XDA Developers

If you installed the original Pikachu, remove /sdcard/aroma/ then just wipe cache\dalvik and reinstall. /sdcard/aroma/ stores the install information because I removed a few things that will be in the previous install information.

I added in the camera libraries, changed the build.prop, and edited the scripting so it wouldn't install a Defy kernel. When installing, select Defy from the installer menu and then install as normal. Ignore the 2nd-boot warning and boot with 2nd-init.
Baseband still set to Defy. Just Defy Baseband Switcher and reboot as usual. I only learned how to add in our baseband yesterday, and I created\uploaded this a week or two ago.
This isn't very supported, especially with White Rabbit 1.4 being released and this being a Port, but it works REALLY well and is a Great alternative to CM7. I just thought other Bravo users would like this rom.
I plan on adding our baseband and removing the 2nd-boot warning. Give me a few days, maybe later tonight if I have the free time. It's not hard, I'm just busy during the week when its not raining.

I plan on updating with correct baseband by default, remove 2nd-boot pop up, and remove Defy\Defy Plus & Kernel pop ups. Just taking a day off from rom flashing. I've flashed 5-6 roms a day for the past 2 weeks. I need a bit of a break.

It really depends on weather you like MIUI or CM7. If you like MIUI, go with Pikachu; if you like CM7, use White Rabbit. Make a Nandriod and try them both and find out which you that you like the best.
I can't really say which is "better" since they're both good roms.
I use White Rabbit, but I prefer CM7 over MIUI, and intend to provide support for WR as best as I can. Pikachu is a here ya go hook up I thought the community would like. Although if any issues do come up, its not like anybody here won't help ya out.

Been awhile since I used this rom. Try wiping camera app data in application settings, then cache and dalvik cache in bootmenu. Not sure why its not working for you.

You can flash CM7 Gapps or just add maketupdater.apk from gapps for market to update.
For camcorder, try using the new libraries from the latest Quarx CM7. Add libcamera.so, libcameraservice.so, libcameraclient.so, and libkobecamera.so. Permissions are 0644. I'll make a patch for noobs with the new camera libraries tomorrow. Camcorder could be bad settings in media_profiles.xml as well, so try adding that as well.

Pikachu is TweetyPeety's rom, I only it ported from the Defy. I can port the miui.es 2.4.13, the latest version the last time I checked 3 days ago.

Installation:
Boot into CWM Recovery 6.0.5.3_1
Wipe data/factory reset
Format /System
Install zip from SD card / choose ROM zip from SD card
Install zip from SD card / choose HOTFIX zip from SD card (this step is only needed if there is a hotfix)
After installation reboot system now
1st Boot take about 3 - 5 minutes (caches are generated in this time
Dont wipe data after flashing the rom / it will break playstore,Camera & TotalCommander!
Dont flash any gapps packages!
Install needed google apps from PlayStore!

You have to be on latest CM10.2 from junkins to flash the new recovery or else you'll get blue screen

tried it few hours back and very much impressed
if i do not read the heading of this thread i will think that it is a very stable version of cm 11
but art is not working when i selct art or art debug and reboots the phone it shows dalvik again { i think it make apps run smoother and faster also}
many settings are also missing { i dont blame @Mardon cos it is a initial release}
camera is working fine even though it is initial release {which is a very big thing }
wifi hotspot works fine
some lags observed but still no big deal
ram management is ok than cm 10.1 or cm 10.2
overall i can say that the rom is nice and for mr @Mardon i can say that you are doing awesome work for people like us who just flash new roms made by you people by using your time and brain

We removed ART because its not working on ARMv6 cpu, so dont try to switch to ART.

Maybe if team androidarmv6 will make it working. But its low priority i think, its only an experimental runtime yet and much apps are not working with ART. Also official cm team gives no support when you enable ART.

First of all, I'm not a the best developer here on the XDA forum, but I can just use my mind, my computer and some tools (maybe I can that not very bad ). For creating this rom, I used archikitchen and my mind to do some changes here and there.

Latest Download Versions:V3.2 on AndroidFilehost
For latest MM Version (V3.2):0. MAKE A BACKUP IN TITANIUM BACKUP
1. Download the rom and put it to your SD card or internal storage
2. Download latest bootloader and modem for SM-T805 and bootloader only for SM-T800
3. Boot into download mode, download latest Odin available and flash BL in BL tab and CP in CP tab
4. Make sure you use most recent TWRP which can be found here.
5. Flash TWRP with odin in AP tab
6. Boot into recovery using: home+power on + volume up
7. Select wipe, advanced wipe: data, cache, dalvik-cache and system
8. Install the rom (in aroma select "dirty flash", otherwise you may have problems!)
9. After rom installation reboot and wait around 20 minutes till the tab boots up
10. Enjoy MM on your Tab S!

If I were you, I wouldn't do a dirty flash....because, I zipaligned everything and your current rom isn't I think. But you can give it a try for sure! But, make a backup before

Hopefully the rom will work! How big is the file? Im kindof deciding if I should flash or not lol. Im still waiting for Bliss to update his rom so I can test. Would it brick anything if the flash fails?

1.4 GB big. I would make a backup for sure. Maybe start with backup it at the moment, so you can flash it when I fully uploaded it in one hour or something And yes it can brick something if it fails

Tkkg is this NK1 base which is the latest and not NI1 base like you have the op?
Tkkg I just wiped and tried to flash your rom with TWRP 2.7.1.1 and it halted with the "Error executing updater binary in zip". The build prop does show NK1 so I assume it is NK1 rather then NI1 that is posted in op.

I Am considering trying tonight. But I am on TWRP 2.7.1.1. I do not use CWM. Have you made any changes or waiting for someone to try? .I am running Stock ANK1 with Sky-high 2.0 kernel. And almost all Samsung and touchwiz frozen. but it is taking a lot of space. As you can see of 2.48GB space system Rom I only have 157 MB free.. I do have the 32 GB version. I like Aroma setup. so I can choose what I want. but am a bit apprehensive that no one has it working. Any feedback?
Edit: I just went back to first post and realized you have not added Aroma yet but hope to in future. Guess I am going to hold off... Thanks ..Tom..

If I were you, I would stay at the ROM you are now, because mine isn't much different. I want a tester for this ROM, that's all I want

This would be very nice of you!
If you can, you can try TWRP and Philz Touch, then we can see if it works with both recoverys.
