step 1. download the splash1.img to your desktop, DONT RENAME
step 2. find the android-info.txt file for your device, every device is different.. example -
Code:
modelid: PG0610000

hbootpreupdate:12

step 4. take the .zip file (evo shift .zip is in attachments) and drag it to the root of your sd card. the next part is the same as restoring with a RUU, boot into your bootloader and it should automatically ask you if you want to install a update, say yes, or volume up.
done.

INSTALLING BACK TO STOCK:
find a stock 480x800 htc stock splash screen, convert it to a .bmp file, then use nbimg tool to convert to a .img, then just compress into a .zip and install through your bootloader

ive been waiting for this thanks, so this would work on all 480x800 android phones

Yes, I've created the image all you have to do is compress it with your phones android-info.txt
No I'm not using Tapatalk... I'm using the XDA Premium app, cause I got balls.

[bootanimation]tweaked ics

Stock is too bright and shows too much color banding
Adjusted the gamma on the images. Made darker and colors little more vibrant
Install:
Flash threw CWR
Alternate install methods [root required]
Use the bootanimation.zip below
Place in data/local folder then reboot
no need to set permissions leave as is
this will bypass default animation and when you want to revert back simply delete from local folder and will default back to stock
one thank to me for resize
a lot of thanks to demo23019 for this great work(for the nexus s device)

thanks and thanks again.
I felt the same way. Thank you very much, its perfect.
Yes its good and its work thanks
For those of you on MIUI like me, I'll provide the steps to install it.
1. Download the boot-file.zip containing the "bootanimation" file.
2. Extract the file and place it in system/bin, replacing the old boot animation file (make sure there is no extension at the end, just bootanimation)
3. Give it the permissions using Root Explorer or equivalent: rwx-rx-rx (rwxrxrx)
4. Download ics_tweaked.mtz and place it in sdcard/MIUI/themes
5. Reboot, and them go Settings>Themes>Customize>Boot Animation> The new animation should be there.
6. Select it, Reboot, and Enjoy!
NOTE. If it isn't there, look at all the boot animations that are there, if there is one with no preview, select that one. That should be one containing the new animation.
*DISCLAIMER* This method worked for me and results may vary.
Works flawlessly, thanks.
Great boot animation and very easy to install.
Sent from my Huawei u8800 using XDA
Will this work on the Rezound I would really like this one looks nice.
When start booting animation little bit laging, but later everything ok. Best boot animation for me.
Thanks for this great animation, works like a charm

Installing stock ROM from shipped-roms.com?

I went to the download page at http://shipped-roms.com/index.php?category=android&model=Vision and there are a bunch of .exe files there. My computer (Win7) was originally installed in Chinese, I have since changed it to English. BUT the installer detects Chinese somewhere in the system, and displays all of the install menus in Chinese, so I can't read it. What do I have to do to install? Is there a set of screenshots anywhere so I can follow along? Does the .exe just dump installer files on your system, or just write directly to the phone over USB?
I'm returning the phone for warranty repair as there is an area of the screen where the touch doesn't work. Anything else I should do? Do they check to see if a cooked ROM has been installed, or if they see it's stock, just proceed with the warranty? I suspect I'll get an entirely new phone.

Saw it, but the roms from the linked site are not Asian, can't use them.
The exe extracts the rom.zip and the tools to flash it (adb, fastboot) to %temp%, you could go there and flash the rom yourself, or you can just click next on the exe a bunch of times, with your phone plugged in, on fastboot usb mode.

Why do I need my phone plugged in? I don't want anything to install, I can't tell what it's doing. I just want to extract the files.
You shouldn't need your phone plugged in. Just open the exe,so it extracts to %temp%, then drag it out of the way so you can find the rom.zip

I finally got it to display in English. Here's what the installer screen was saying (that I couldn't understand as it was in Chinese):

How to proceed? I'd rather extract the files and flash using clockworkmod than use this weird installer.
well you can't flash an ruu through recovery so use the installer or find a pc10img to flash through hboot. make sure you are to flash the proper stuff or you will have a brick

[MOD][Template][N960F] *03.10.2018* Custom Splash Screen Changer [Exynos]

Had once a little boredom and made a MOD for the themeing of Custom Splash Screen. Just like S8(+) and S9(+). You can change now pictures without to modify and flash the bootloader (up_param.bin).
Important: The MOD only works with Exynos-9810-based devices!
Important2: Its untested, but works on my s8+ and on s9(+).
[FONT=&quot]Neither I nor XDA is responsible for any damage to your device. You're flashing at your own risk![/FONT]

How to Flash
Place the zip on the internal/external memory.
boots into Recovery
then click on "install" in the TWRP
searches for the folder where the zip file was placed
and flashes it by clicking on the zip and dragging the slider to the right at the TWRP
rebooting
How do I change the boot logo in the template?
open the exynos9810_N9_logochanger zip (with WinRar or 7zip) and replace the logo. jpg with another image of your choice
the new image must be renamed to logo. jpg again. Otherwise it won't work!
How to return to the Stock logo?
You don't like the custom logos anymore?
then just flash the zip appropriate for your device:
exynos9810_N9_logochanger_Stock_S9 (for Galaxy Note 9)
Troubleshooting
If your hanging in a bootloop without access to twrp, please reflash the bootloader via odin. TWRP and system boots up again.
Note:
Not all images work, the best results are achieved if you just edit the stock image.

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33035372080.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.25a64c4dPPWPHj
I need to do firmware update οr to rout this HU.
Here's a difference in the model's name... The factory information is different from the CPU-Z information.
The seller of course does not help. He forcefully responds to messages and does not understand.

The main problem is the radio application. While I have English as my primary language, the radio only holds Polish and does not have a good signal.

any help?
Look for this instruction in 4pda.ru forum https://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=936535&st=11880
Easy! For some reason, it is not described in detail and simply here.
I will try:
- download our scatter file to the computer (laptop);
- Download FlashTool with SP_Driver_v2.0 (firewood) and install on the computer (laptop);
- Download SuperSU.zip and throw in the root of the body;
- Download Android Terminal and install on the body;
- Download also TWRP, this one came up to me, the rest mirrors;
- rename TWRP to recovery.img - this is important!
- we throw recovery.img next to our scatter file;
- open FlashTool, load our scatter file, see that the checkmark is only on recovery! ;
- further according to the scheme as described on the forum - click Download, connect the switched off body and wait for success!
Success will be, of course, if the firewood is already standing and the dad-dad cord is whole.
- Now you need to reboot into recovery. to do this, turn on the body, launch Android Terminal, give the reboot recovery command;
- from TWRP we put zip SuperSU;
- ALL! We reboot and rejoice.
I hope it turned out simple and clear. Good luck!

That's how it's supposed to be as long as you don't save the Windows file to an attachable memory device, e.g. a flash drive. This is a special file designed for flashing. You can extract the contents normally. However, I recommend using a ZIP with the contents of 4 files to wipe the phone's partitions.
so how do i find these 4 files you mention,and how do i flash them,is there a guide,with most roms i just download a rom zip and install with twrp,why in this case are there invalid zip messages?,thanks.
this is what i see on unzipping the file on my p
this is what i see when i unzip the file,is it ok as i dont see what to flash with odin!.,there are from what i understnd 4 files i need to flash but i dont see them,can someone explaine why i dont see them?,thanks.
