Restore contacts from BackupImage??

Restore contacts from BackupImage??
I just updated my rom,,but i forgot to backup my contacts and sms,,
I've used the flashrecovery to backup my own backup image,,,
and backup my SD card,,,
is there anyway to restore my contacts,,sms???

[Q] Need help for Replacing SD Card and keeping system files

I'm planning to replace my SDcard with bigger storage.. Can someone please tell me what to do for keeping all my old files and setup including important system files like, xrecovery+busybox..

make a backup first.
1.backupandrestore.apk (in minicm thread)
2. titanium backup .. apk/data
3. I also use myphonexplorer. .. numbers
4.xrecovery backup ..system
just switch sdcard in xrecovery mode.
make backup again (or copy from first sdcard), restore

ROM backup (with SD-Ext) ???

hello every one.
Is it possible to do a full ROM backup with the SD-Ext also ?
if yes, then how to do that ?

[Q] Nandroid backups and files on internal storage

Hi,
Suppose I do a nandroid backup of my ROM, I want to know if files such as music, photos and such are backed up too. If I delete them/format the internal storage, and restore the nandroid (of course I'll backup the nandroid backup on the computer first ), will those files be restored too?

Nope. Check how big your Nandroid backup is..
It backs up your system settings + rom + data (messages, call logs, etc). Not your /sdcard.

How to restore only contacts from nandroid backup? I had tried titanium backup but i was unsuccessful.

Well you dont need to restore contacts from a nandroid backup.Simply export the .vcf file to sd card and whenever needed,restore them
