[Q] anybody using vpnc (with fritzbox) successfully with kyrillos rom? - Galaxy 3 General

Hi everybody,
I installed vpnc from code.google.com/p/get-a-robot-vpnc.
I followed an howto (in german) for galaxy s (ip-phone-forum.de/showthread.php?t=222417&page=1) and tried to connect to my fritzbox 7390..
But I get an error when I want to connect to my vpn.
Error: application VPN Connections stopped unexpectedly.
The application requires tun.ko, which already is in the modules folder - al least with kyrillos 5.7.
As I'm unsure where to find the error I first wanted to ask if anybody ist using this app successfully - eventually with the patches provided in the mentioned howto.
Kind regards,
Dieter

Upgrade ROM gives ERROR 011 - What does this mean??????

I am running Windows XP Pro SP2 RC1 and having successfully used the USB connection to update the ROM on my 02 XDA 1, I then discovered that I have the T Mobile version of software.
It all works fine but I did not want T mobile so I used ROM kitcehen to create a new ROM and tried to load this. Unfortunately I now get two errors. The first is via the Command prompt "ERROR: GetDeviceData - An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. error getting devicedata" and the second from the upgrade software "Error 011 Execute Remote Communications Program Error. Cannot execute the remote communications program. Please make sure the USB/Serial cable is properly connected". Since my USB connection is properly connected - I can synchronise with my PC and load applications to the XDA - then I am unsure what to do.
Can anyone please offer assistance with resolving this problem?

Ok, I got the access to market but...

Hi guys,
I have got the access to the App market on my HD2 ( 31.Mar][ROM] BOYPPC-SHIFTPDA WP7 SERIES V3 (build 7.7008)) however, a great number of error appears when i try to instal some application.
I have tried several times, but each time a message error occurs: " Unable to connect to the market at this time please try later". I would underline that wifi or UMTS connection are functioning.
So at the moment I have 6 downloaded but not installed apps in my Hd2.
Any solution?

[Q] StarBurst Classic 1.5.0.0 VPNC Widget problem

Hi,
I'm using StarBurst Classic 1.5.0.0 and my phone is HTC Desire (rooted). I'm having problems with vpnc widget. It says that it doesn't have root privileges and after trying to connect to VPN server I get:
"couldn't open '/etc/cpnc/29.conf'. No such file or directory"
Before StarBurst I had Leedroid and it worked fine. What seems to be the problem? Thanks

Galaxy Ace + AnyConnect

Hi, i have a (rooted) Samsung Galaxy Ace with Gingerbread and i would like to use the internet at the university.
This is ONLY possible with a VPN-Connection via Cisco VPN.
I've already downloaded Cisco VPN and it also starts, but after the login i get get the following message:
"This device does not meet the minimum requirements to run this Software. A TUN/TAP driver could not be located. Please ensure a TUN/TAP module is compiled with your kernel or located in /data/local/kernel_modules"
What I've done already:
Downloaded the tun.ko from this Homepage:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1207952
Put it in
/data/local/kernel_modules
/lib/modules
/system/lib/modules
but nothing works (after the reboot the tun.ko disappeared in /lib/modules and /system/lib/modules)
I already did "insmod tun.ko" but i got the message "insmod failed exec format error"
What can I do so that I can use VPN?
(I´m sorry for my bad englich but i´m german)
