It looks great except for one spot in the bottom right hand corner where the color gets lighter. Anyone else seeing this?

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem or if this is the actual design. On the screen part of the Epic, I have 2 bulges on the right and one on the left where the side meets the backside of the screen, like the plastic is slightly warped.
Anyone else have this?
OK, so i just noticed something really weird on the screen of my Nexus S. Towards the bottom of the screen, right under those 4 touch buttons where the glass meets the housing, i see these grey stains. The stains are on the inside and i feel like it's the glue that was used to install/paste the glass. I think those grey stains on the inside are all around the glass but i can only see them on the top and bottom.
Anyone noticed something similar?
Any suggestions?

The glass is thicker at the top and bottom. I think that is what you're seeing. I just looked at mine in the light, and to me, it just looks like the edge of the glass. Just the nature of the curved glass imo.
I had a bit of glue around the edges of my screen. I just stuck some Scotch tape around the edges to pull it off.
i took my phone back to best buy. the guy there told me that this is a pretty common problem not only with nexus s but evo 4g also. he let me check about 6 devices (not exagerating) before making an exchange and i was quite surprised to see all those screens with some sort of defect around the top and the bottom. i picked the one that looked the best and went home satisfied.
Let me first say I'm very impressed & happy with my S4 (i9505) and that it works great.
As I'm a perfectionist, I can sometimes really bother about tiny details.
Below I'll describe what I noticed, and I'm wondering if this is fixable (preferably by myself) and if others have experienced the same.
The S4 has a smooth alu-look bezel around the glass, the bezel is 1mm (or even a bit less) "higher" than the glass/screen.
This counts for my S4 as well, except for the left bottom corner. I can "feel" the sharper edge of the glass. Please note it's too small to make a photo off, and very hard to see by eye.
My conclusion, in the left bottom of the screen, the glass is a bit raised compared to other sides.
Also, as my collegue has the same phone, I noticed that this is not a general issue as that phone doesn't have the same "feel"
Did anybody else experience the same, and is it something simple fixable?
small note: I didn't purchase the phone where I live, so it's impossible for me to go back to the seller for this thing (and I think he would laugh at me in my face .
Has anyone else noticed slight ripples on the underside of their s8 glass screen uniformly along the top near the cameras and sensors.
I say ripples, but this may not be the correct terminology. Kind of like some roller lines from tempering process or screen curving??
These can only be seen under angled lighting conditions and don't show up on a photo.
Just received the s8 as a replacement for a one with really wobbly buttons and only 3 weeks old.
Don't want to send back if normal (as phone is good otherwise).
Some shop display one's seemed to have it to some degree but hard to see the top bezel properly due to lights being too bright.
It's a crease in the front glass panel. My black S8 has a pair of matching (mirror image) creases on the right-side top and bottom corners. They are curved creases in the glass that point to the corners. You can only see it under the right light and angle. It looks like a defect in the curving process. But I am happy with the phone and this doesn't bother me.
I sometimes wonder if this affected a large production batch and those are the units that Samsung sold at $425 (after promotion and rebate, and how I got mine). I cannot imagine that Samsung is unaware of it.
It doesn't look like a crease to me, it looks like either roller lines or moulding marks on the underside of the glass. Only visible under certain lighting.

I had received my tab s5e WiFi edition about 10 days back. Device has not fallen , nor does it have any scuffs or dents.
Just noticed today that there is a slight gap(please use a flashlight & look closely) centrally above front camera between screen glass edge & metal border. Unable to show it on snaps. Anybody else noticed this? Is it by design, for earpiece? The device seems to support some form of voice calling? My return window is closing soon, if its a defect than defective design.
With your fingernail move from camera towards end of bezels, it should feel the same for left tablet side and right tablet side. And it should feel the same for top tablet side and bottom tablet side. You can use left hand and right hand if your fingernails are equal.
Using your thumbs from your hand moving symmetrical and it feels the same with the only difference at the side of the camera you only see the camera, but it should feel symmetrical.
Left should feel as right, and top should feel as bottom.
This is best performed holding in landscape with camera left.
Top and bottom are here equal but left and right are also equal although bezels in landscape top and bottom are little smoother.
Your fingernails should feel a fraction of a millimeter gap which must be symmetrical equal.
Thanks catmobile for the detailed reply.
So your device doest have the issue.
On my device there is a definite centrally located gap above camera which is asymmetrical to bottom. Gap itself is asymmetrical in relation to both sides of front camera. Its only about 1 mm or less , if I shine light I can see internals slightly through the gap.

It should be symmetrical at both sides. I think you can only capture it with the Sun as sidelight and a mobile camera of good quality.
As I read you must decide within hours to get replacement.
The whole smooth symmetrical gaps between glass and bezel all around entire tablet are normal but absolutely not central only.
I advise replacement!
