Hopefully someone can point me in the general direction here.
I've just installed Corvus5, bought Mount Manager and trying to connect to my DNS-323.
I've logged into the DNS-323 and set up two NFS shares with the following settings

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I'm entering the details into Mount Manger
Share Path : 192.168.1.14/Volume_1
Mount Path : /mnt/cifs/Volume_1
I get the error message "Invalid Argument"
Any clues?
Can you mount these from your pc? Install ES File Explorer on the Vega and under the LAN tab do a scan and see if both those shares appear. The only other thing I can suggest is remove the underscore from the share name. Maybe MM doesn't like them.

Here's a little X1 icon I threw together for when you're viewing your device on your computer.

}
You can download the icon here.
To have the icon show on your drive:
1) Copy the Icon.ico file to the root of your memory card.
2) Create an autorun.inf file, and add the following to the file:
Code:
[autorun]
label=Xperia X1
icon=Icon.ico
3) Hide the Icon.ico and autorun.inf files (not necessary to keep shown)
Note: This icon will only show in Disk Drive Transfer mode.
Thanks! I'll give it a go
I have a feeling I'm going to end up wearing a pointy hat and standing in the corner for this, but I've just installed Ubuntu 10.04 server, along with LAMP server option.
Everything went OK and the server is running. If I access it via a browser, I get the, 'It Works!" default page.
What I want to do now is upload a Joomla installation via FTP, but find that I can't get access as no user name and password combination I've tried is accepted and I just get "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
What have I missed?

is there any suggestion for me now?
Hi guys, trying to get my apps backed up so I can flash a ROM, when I use Rom Toolbox and browse it says I should have an App_Backup folder in my emulated storage folder, but I don't see it, and I cannot go to the root / folder either, does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks.

Here. On your device's internal sd card. It won't show up until you back up an app using the app mgr.
Accurate MTP usage depends on having an up to date index of all files. You can run a program to force the index to be rebuilt. I used SDrescan with success.
Hi guys,
was anyone able to use nfs on the nexus 7?
I tried cifs manager and mount manager and none of them worked
i also tried mounting it from the terminal and it didn't work, depending on the kernel, i either got "Protocol not supported" or "Permission denied" but not a whole lot of verbose information on why it was denied
P.S. for people asking why i made a new post
I would have edited my previous post but the edit button doesn't work, i just get this spinning thing that never stops

I suppose you meant 'path' instead of 'patch'
If that's the case, try placing the FlashOne folder directly at the root of your disk partition (e.g. C:\FlashOne2\)
Just as the error message says, make sure there's no space in the path to your FlashOne folder.
