Stupid request...
Does anybody have the black/grey version of the default sony ericsson bundled wallpapers?
I flashed to the North American general and lost the wallpaper I had been that came with the Rogers firmware.
Thanks a bunch

I dunno if they've just got a bit confused but read this article about the HTC Hero 2.1 update - http://www.gadgetvenue.com/htc-hero-android-21-updating-hitting-taiwan-03260924/
Notice the mention of Live Wallpapers. Does this mean that the feature may be included in the official update after all? Maybe....
Considering the Legend with 2.1 doesn't have live wallpapers, I wouldnt expect the Hero to get them
Hello all
I'm looking to get a Legend on Vodafone but can see that you get Vodafone 360 pre-installed. I was wondering if this interfere's with the phone and / or apps or whether you can basically ignore or uninstall it to get a "pure" android experience.
Cheers
K
Well, I myself just got the Legend on Vodafone and can safely say... no, the Vodafone interference is minimal, like... 2 widgets installed on the default scene. But HTC have provided their own scene which is identical, but removes those 2 widgets.
I basically just ignore the 360 stuff.
Probably a stupid question, but isnt it possible to just flash a official htc rom to the legend to remove all the vodafone stuff? Or doesnt it work this way with android? (still on WM)
I will also be getting a Legend from Vodafone and I defenitly do not want all the extra crap providers put in.
Btw, can you remove those 2 widgets from vodafone?
Cheers dlau77, I went ahead and bought one and, as you say, you select the HTC Scene and you've got a pretty Vanilla Android phone. Perfect.
seems we got the wrong phone, nobody has done any development for this one. *sigh*
XDA is US-UK focused, and LG Optimus is JUST becoming available in UK, and hopefully will one day come to US...I am currently working on writing a guide for the MFG app for those who want to learn how to make use of it (and are afraid to experiment with it).
Any progress on other phones can be easily transferred over to the LG phones eventually, so I wouldn't worry.
PS: In fact, Optimus 7's Dev forum has more posts than most other WP7 Dev forums in XDA...we shall live ... AGAIN! And honestly, we all know THIS is the best WP7 phone...

I saw this when it came out for LG. works great. sometimes have issues with pure black not showing the preview square properly, but it works perfect when you use it. tho black tends to get hidden in some menus or soft buttons
Hi Guys,
I am not able to find Live Wallpapers as Samsung is showing in Ads 'Dandelion' LWP on my galaxy s3? Where is it?
There you go buddy......Download it from below....Its a bit fake....Means you can't access the setting but it will do stuff that u want...
But the question is still there? why it is not present in the official ROM. It is not there in mine too. I am in Australia with i9300t device.
I got a black edition s4 i9505, but the wallpapers are not like the ones on the unboxing videos I saw. It had none of the black wallpapers supposedly exclusive to the black edition. Was I tricked?
Sir,
Please wait until mods will move this thread to the device specific forum.

Sounds to me like its a normal i9505 ROM running on it. Or its a mist black front with the back of a back edition bought from eBay or Amazon. You can download the black edition firmware from samobile.
