How do the companies unlock the phones with our IMEI#? I have unlocked phones in the past but i connected them to my pc to do so. Never with a code.
Where do they get the codes from, if they are not our service provider?

Is there a unlocker out for the PPC 6700, or is this phone unlocked already from Verizion, cant seem to find a unlocker for it
My understanding is that these CDMA carriers, Sprint and Verizon, can tell from the electronic serial numbers whether or not a phone was sold by them. If it wasn't, they simply refuse to activate it on their network (they will only allow it to roam on their network if it's activated by its native carrier). So unlocking is not relevant to these phones.
If you are referring to an unlocker for the bootloader, there is none needed.
Does anyone have info on what can be done with the "Alltel", Pocket PC, PPC6700, HTC Innovation PDA?
Since Alltel went kaput and was bought by Verizon, Verizon says unless you renewed your old Alltel plan under them, the phone is now useless.
Is that true or can it be connected to an existing Verizon account?
does any have the unlock codes for a HTC dash cell phone that is locked to T Mobile network?
To unlock what?
My D3G came app-unlocked from T-mo. I have installed a dozen apps since I received it.
SIM unlock, so it could be used on other networks. But the unlock code depends on the phone's IMEI, so nobody "has the unlock code" for a phone besides the carrier it's locked to and whatever companies have access to that code.
What are the network unlock codes for TMobile, AT&T and Verizon?

Network unlock codes? In general, this device is unlocked, works on all carriers in your region, and doesn't need any codes.
If you have a carrier locked device, like from Consumer Cellular, then the only way to unlock is to go through their process or find a 3rd party seller on eBay or similar service that can provide that unlock code since it is unique to each IMEI number.
I unlocked my s10+ from a website I already input the code and everything worked. My question is if this phone ends up being black listed for non payment will it effect the unlock?
i dont think your so. your provider wont be able to check that remotely. even if they can they wont be able to lock your phone
Who did you use to unlock it?
From what I understand, if a US carrier blacklists it then it won't work on any US carrier. It should still work with non-US carriers, though.
