So your on your way to the Verizon store to pick up a flashy new Xoom tablet, but before you blow $599 or $799 there are a few thing root and non root users should know.
Before you head out to grab ur self one of these 10in Dual Core beasts you should know:
*You will not have the V-Cast market so if you pay for TV apps like I do one the ThunderBolt 4G you will not be able to use them.
*There is no offical or working Netflix app and if you have a Account with them you will not be able to stream movies using the browser.
*Blockbuster app dose not support our screen size or Android 3.0
So what dose this mean your thinking? You will not be able to watch TV or Movies on Xoom!
I know it hurts but there's more.
So your thinking humm the Samsung Galaxy Tab supports swype so at least that's something good I have to look forward to right.
Oh so wrong Swype dose not support swype Yet. I don't know if they will support xoom later but as of now no swype.
There is no SD Card support yet but an update to 4G LTE is sopose to enable this.
Motorola is not finish with the 4G update yet but when they are your gonna have to mail the Xoom back to Motorola for the software and hardware update. Although Motorola will pay for the shipping and handling your gonna have to go Six days with out you Xoom while they update it. It could be longer depending on shipping. Motorola claims they will not deny the update to root users but if they can not install the software they will send it back with just the hardware update. I myself will be unrooting anyway before I Send it back.
Oh yea and no SD card support means no coustme recovery.img.
That means we will have very limited development for a while and only development that don't require flashing such as kernels will be created as of now. But don't worry guys when HTC release the flyer tab we will have the sense for tablets ported by me.
So lets just hope we have a recovery by then.
Also I wouldent expect Souce code to be released until sometime after the update for obvious reasons.
So if your still making ur way to buy this device know what what your getting and getting into.
Over all it is an amazing device.

All valid points, on the point of Swype, I don't use the "Swype" feature but surely something like this is preferrable:
http://technabob.com/blog/2011/02/06/swiftkey-tablet-for-honeycomb/
That looks like more of a Tablet keyboard.

Well the Ginerbread one is pretty nice, I use it on my Galaxy Tab and Desire, never found a keyboard I like as much. Aside from the size of the screen (i'm not sure it it fills or is centered?) what's the problem with it?
Smart Keyboard Pro is looking pretty good and working alright so far on my Xoom. To get it to work properly you will have to change the key height to the highest setting.
This is how it looks when first installed...

Plus it has a lot of skin options because it uses better keyboard skins. Still needs to be updated to honeycomb. The keys may still be a tad smaller when compared to stock.
I use smart keyboard pro on my mytouch 4g and love it. But the best keyboard for the xoom is the thumb keyboard. I use it on my streak 7 and zoom. I have tried tablet keyboard, smart keyboard pro, swift key beta and I really like the thumb keyboard best

I was talking with the developerof thumb keyboard. And he said some really cool stuff is coming in the next version
" I'm currently working on a new release, rebuild from scratch upon a whole new core. This will unleash some extra functionality for Honeycomb, Gingerbread and Froyo."
Since I'm running 3 devices one with froyo 2.2.2(streak 7) gingerbread 2.3.3(mt4g) and honeycomb the developer wants me to beta test the next version. I'm looking forward to seeing the next version

Same here, you can visit network (tbs, abc, etc) sites that stream episodes or you can use great apps like tv show stream or watch live sports.
Loving Thumb Keyboard with the 10" layout other than the fact that it spams my logcat to say the resolutions isnt HVGA. Can't wait to see what the author has in store
Amazon video on demand works with the Xoom. Right from the browser.

I use slingplayer mobile on my Xoom and that works for watching whatever I want.. Just get a slingplayer at home attached to your cable box and you are good to go... COMPLETELY LEGAL I MIGHT ADD!! LOL
The app seems a bit buggy on the tablet and not quite as clear as it is on my Evo but it works pretty damn well as is... I have contacted the Dev to ask about a tablet specific version so we can have as good of quality as possible just like the phone version has.
Xoom Feelings
I have been reading all of the previous posts and I felt the need to chime in.
Let's not bash the Xoom. Help us make the Xoom better.
Yes it doesn't do this and yes it doesn't do that. Not every device is perfect out of the gate. I once read that the Xoom is the new Nexus One. Ahead of its time, but maybe not ready for prime time. I think this is a great way of looking at the Xoom, and I for one am ok with that. Google is going to continue to improve Honeycomb, and whatever comes after it. Whats really interesting is that this community will more than likely continue to make available new versions of Android for the Xoom, as long as it can take new versions. I myself like that. This is my end game for getting out in front of the masses.
Is the Xoom perfect...hell no. Is any device perfect...hell no. Lets embrace our Xoom for what it is, and work together to find solutions to what it isn't. This is the power of our community!

I apologize for making another "I'm mad at Samsung for..." thread, but after trying for the past hours to get the JI5 update and failing, I'm a bit angrier than I usually am and want to hurt Samsung somewhere where they will feel it while not going to extremes like trying to organize a class action suit.
Ever since the Galaxy S line came out they really haven't done much to support it except release 3 buggy updates for three of the phones and completely ignore the one that's been out in the States for the longest (until the "made you look" event of today), yet they're so eager to show off that Galaxy Tab that they want everyone to be interested in and buy next month. I suggest simply spreading the word to everyone that no one should but that thing until they at least get their house in order and get the Galaxy S line up to the basic functionality they should have had out of the box. Spread the word that they apparently can't support the products they release and that nobody should touch those things until they can prove they are going to stand behind the products they want us to spend our hard earned money on.
Before some of you start flaming me, I do very well know this is a forum for people who mod their phones and have no intention of staying stock. I mod my phones too. Even with the fixes I've flashed I still have issues with GPS and the phone resetting. I appreciate everything the community has done to help make these phones better and I whole heartedly thank them for doing so, but at the same time there's a whole company with a division of people getting paid to do this that hasn't been able to supply us with one good fix after nearly 3 months time. It's time we should make every potential customer aware of that.
I'm boycotting the U.S. release of the Galaxy Tab, but only because I find the fact that all 4 U.S. carriers disabling the phone functions of the thing (the international version won't have this limitation) as a hugely retarded move.
I'm not interested in carrying around 2 huge slabs-o-touchscreen all the darn time. If I were I'd be an iDiot and worship Steve Jobs.
That's understandable, personally I could care less about being able to make calls on tablet. It's not like you would be able to take calls on both your cell phone and the tablet. And I sure wouldn't care for having another phone number.
I love my iPad btw!

Why would you carry it around if you can't use it as a phone?
Sent using my Vibrant with the Tapatalk app
To be honest I am not surprised they are disabling the calling feature. In fact I would be surprised if they didn't.
I mean I for one wouldn't want to stop using my vibrant to use that giant tablet.
Also no matter what it will have wifi so it can be more like a laptop on the go and playing games on it will be awesome from the looks of it.
Well if they are just disabling the feature then that means the hardware to make calls is still built in so someone could root it and make calls anyway. But I'm still not getting one cause it'll be just like my phone. Tablets are a median of a phone and a notebook but nowadays the Ipad is the best out.

Can't say I'm feeling pouty and petulant about Samsung in general, but I crossed four Tabs off my Xmas list when they announced the phone functionality was disabled.
As for the frequent comments about the Tab being too large to use as a phone, I use my phone as a speakerphone most of the time, and Bluetooth headsets put the final nail in the coffin for that argument.
I really doubt the S Tab will sell much anyway.
Smaller screen than the iPad, lower resolution, considerably worse battery life, for almost the same price....
Plus, given our experience with Samsung, it will probably not be upgraded to Gingerbread, which according to Google is the first version of Android actually meant for tablets.
Who in their right mind will buy the Tab?
What made me mad is they have more accessories slated for that thing than the very phones they already have out.
Docks, keyboards and all kinds of goodies. Oh yeah they all plug into the bottom of the Tab not the top like our retarded phones.

Exactly!
Since it's functionally crippled compared to it's European counterpart I don't plan on carrying one around.
It's an interesting device, and will probably have a modicum of success, but the deliberate lockdown of an existing feature is one that makes me uninterested in it.
Given that it's carrier unsubsidized pricing internationally is likely going to make it more expensive than the iPad, if I were to develop an interest in an Android tablet/mid that didn't support phone functions, I'd just SPEND LESS MONEY on a comparable 7" tablet that doesn't have phone functions. There are several...
Huge flaw with Samsung tablet, not sure if mentioned
At the moment pretty much every App available doesn't even support the tablets 1024x600 resolution so they will be to small for the screen or will stretch and look like crap.

No, Samsung's track records with product support just sucks. That's why some are pissed.

That's great, let's organize a boycott of something that 99.9% of people have no plan to purchase in the first place. In other words, we're going to have to seek out people who want to buy the Tab and then dissuade them. Personally, I think I won't.
psshh, who is gonna buy that over sized phone anyway, too big for been a phone, too small for been a tablet
Ok im deciding between the xoom and the gslate. xoom supposed to be out in the next 2 weeks, gslate by the end of march. they're similar in specs. But should I sacrifice the bigger screen (10.1 inch) on the xoom for a "possible" smaller (8.9 inch) 3d screen on the gslate. Gslate is definitely capable of recording 3d though. I have tmobile as my carrier also but I don't mind signing a contract with verizon either since tmobile doesn't have 3g in my area yet (I guess they haven't have time to update our network cuz they're busy bull sh*tting about their 4g network). So which one do you think is better?
Ps: I've also heard that if the gslate has 3d screen, it'd require a pair of 3d glasses. I have no 3d tv either.

im leaning toward the G Slate for myself. Im on TMo and I prefer a smaller joint. I almost bout a galaxy tab then these showcased at the CES. I would prefer a smaller galaxy tab like screen for mobile purposes. If i want a 9-10 inch joint id buy a laptop or netbook. But, they will still get my money...lol
I am leaning towards the G-Slate for 2 reasons.
1) I am already a very happy T-Mobile customer and not a big fan of Verizon.
2) 3D. I already have a 3DTV and I enjoy it very much, I disagree with it being just a gimmick.

Maybe I'm crazy but I still think of LG as the cheap, low-end consumer appliance manufaturer. They made a microwave I had years ago.
And, I dunno, as such I'm skeptical about build quality. But I'd rather something on TMO or something without a contract.
The Xoom looks awesome but I dont think I want Verizon hiding behind every MB looking to charge me more money.
Yeah, I'm kind of a pessimist.
I'm leaning towards a Wi-Fi version of the Xoom. If they don't do a W-Fi version, then I'll get a ViewSonic G-Tab and flash Honeycomb onto it.
I kinda wanted the G-Slate, since it definitely seems to look more appealing than the Xoom.. but I don't know about the 8.9'' screen size. If it was at least the iPad's 9.7'' size.. I don't think I want to get any smaller than that. And then I hear that the Xoom's screen quality isn't even up to par with the entirely irrelevant to this discussion BB Playbook.
I don't know what to want ._.

Well I'm kinda bored with the Windows OS. In fact, I hardly use it at all anymore ever since I got my N1. But I prefer the 10.1 inch on a tablet though, but 8.9 really doesn't make much of a difference to me either.
To other commenters: LG isn't a cheap manufacturer man.....they're the second biggest electronics manufacturer behind samsung in Korea. And No, I'm definitely not getting a Playbook since I've never owned a Blackberry phones to sync it with.

Get the Xoom, assuming the price isn't outrageous. Until proven otherwise I don't believe that the 3D screen won't degrade the visual quality on the LG unit.
Here's a limited shootout based on what is currently known:

Well early leak says xoom could be out at the price of $699 unconfirmed, I hope it's the unsubsidized price though. Gslate has not yet been priced. LG is a good brand cuz I had this messaging phone before the n1, LG neon, anybody knows of it? It was a great messaging phone. Thanks for link too.
But I also don't think that the xoom is the nexus tablet either. It'll definitely be locked down. If xoom is the nexus tablet because it has no customization on it, then so is the gslate.
But hopefully lol both of them are going to be low price unsubsidized.

No, the Xoom is definitely the "Nexus Tablet". Not because it is pure Honeycomb, but because it is Google's lead Honeycomb tablet device. Just like the Nexus, apps will be developed on the Xoom, it will be shown in all those major app release videos like the Nexus One/S, and Google will use it to demo any tablet developments they make.
Although I'm about to contradict myself, the only reason I wouldn't believe it is the Nexus tablet is because it is tied to a carrier. And even has the Verizon branding on it. The Nexus One and Nexus S were simply buy it if you want to, it wasn't tied to anyone, and had no other branding but the manufacturer and Google.
In this situation, I believe it was "Google asked Motorola to make a tablet", not "Motorola made their own Honeycomb tablet cause they felt like it". I'm really assuming that Google will handle all the updates for the Xoom, and they used Verizon cause they needed to put the device out on a major network with amazing advertising power.

It had to be google who asked for motorola to make it. you've just convinced me the xoom is the nexus tablet because I remember at d dive into mobile, andy rubin brought the xoom with him. +1 to you.
It just pulls a trigger to me that google was using samsung galaxy s to be the nexus s because they didn't have 3.0 and the xoom ready yet. So they just did a quick search and found that sgs is the most powerful phone back then yet. But that didn't please everybody of course.
Like you said google need a powerful network to rely on, so verizon is clearly the winner. Let me add to that though. Google doesn't play favorite. They've already released their babies on at&t and tmobile except for verizon and sprint. Plus motorola has had a very good relationship with verizon thanks to the droid brand.
I think im gonna go with the xoom. But I'll keep waiting and weigh both of them some more when more official informations are out. But verizon and motorola better keep the promise to upgrade the chip to lte 4g. Motorola just ditched the cliq xt if that proves what I said.

I like my EVO very much, best device that I had and last me more then any other phone in the market(besides iPhone) and there is one thing the bugs the hell out of me tho and is fragmentation, specially this week, we got another EVO, epic and a shift 4G(all good phones btw) in our family but since I rooted mine and I was running cm7 and the stock Evo has sense so I forgot how different they are when you use them, trying to explain something was a pain in the butt so I have to flash a sense rom to give them the right direction(person the got the EVO came from blackberry and he was lost of what to do) , well after that I'm at work and someone had a mytouch (original) and still diference , the worse part is the moto, Sammy and HTC all use different layout in buttons! Why don't they have a set up one for all Google devices? ?? I mean the EVO makes more sense to me but for my friend thinks the epic does, this is something the Google should have control from the beggining, like I said I love Android but some stuff needs to changed
I have an iPhone3GS as well and if a iPhone 4 user asked me about settings or set ups is the same but if someone ask me how to use the mail app in HTC EVO with sense is different from the email app he aosp roms come with, I know how to do it no problem for me but a lot new comers are having problem with this kind of problems . I help that much the I can
And lets no talk about updates to new version cause that's another crazy topic, man the hero got 2.1 after almost 6 months and that was it, the epic (power phone) got official froyo 6 months later, and all those little android devices lmade by LG, Samsung, etc will probably never get froyo or gingerbread .
Anyways Gizmodo just published this article about Android fragmentation and it looks like finally Google will work on it

Man I hope so.
I have no problems with putting a "skin" over top of android, but, it HAS to be a limit. This is a prefect way for Google to slap back at the companies that are or are getting ready to lock their phones down (HTC! ><).
It is definitely getting out of hand and needs to be put in check for the sake of Android.

The skin is all good but like tethering it should be free for all froyo and all carriers block it, 4G tethering is nice when it works but I do t use it enough to pay so that's one of the reason I rooted

I don't really see your argument. Yeah fragmentation sucks, but to the average Joe it doesn't mattter. The example you used of your rooted EVO was terrible. Your EVO, had it not been modified by you would look and be exactly the same as your friends brand new EVO.
The majority of people don't even know what version of Android their phone is running. They don't even know there is a new version available until their phone tells them its time to update.
Androids fragmentation has improved greatly with the release of froyo. It becomes a double edged sword when it comes to OEMs having the ability to modify Android. It gives us consumers choice, at the expense of receiving slower updates. The problem is people need to vote with their wallets if they want change. People are voting with their wallets because they are buying phones with motoblur, sense, and touchwiz.

Where are the phones with Vanilla Android? Not everyone has access to a Nexus S or even knows what the difference is. That is definitely why Google needs to step in and show what Android really is.
Skins/UI's are fine and choice is always great. It just needs to be done in a cleaner, less bloated way. I really hope google reins it in a little bit..

normally, I would agree with this statement, except this:
MOST people don't choose to go to a carrier because of a phone (or skin on said phone), they already have a carrier they have a relationship with, and get whatever phone the rep says is "the best thing right now", and "hey, it's an android!", without knowing what that really means.
then they often find that the phone they purchased has very little in common with their friends android, diminishing the inclusiveness a shared brand should have. (think iphone) among other things mentioned previously like support, updates, etc.

Yeah well is just diferrent stuff Guys be open minded on what people wants, I know most here like to work for our phone and I say this cause we flash, modify, and do all sort of crazy stuff and I like it but no everyone is like that some people want something the works for them, a smartphone should help you to make your life easier and replace multiple devices, books and sometimes aagendas and to get this experience right Google needs to step up and make it happen(gingerbread got the copy and paste updated and works better then froyo or eclair) , HTC is clearly the first one going the right direction with sense and then everybody thought they have something better like motoblur and touchwiz and just makes a lot difference for the user using it , Google needs to drive they experience and should make sure manufactures updates their devices the way everyone has the great experience that we (xda users do)

I don't see the nexusS doing anything my evo can't do, besides some fancy gaming, which I dont use my phone for anyways. There are things my evo can do the nexus can't,like run sense, change sd cards, notification lights, HDMI out to name a few.

Id rather save my upgrade for something better. I just don't see it as much of an upgrade from my evo. It will be outdated by the end of this year, I don't care how many people make the argument of it being directly supported by google.

I'll make another argument anyway.
By the end of the year the Nexus S will be pushed the usual Q4 Android update. The EVO 3D will probably have to wait until Q2 2012 or be stuck with buggy custom ROMs.
Nexus s was made by Samsung but I am sure its by google requirements. If you compare HTC nexus 1 and Samsung nexus s,u will want nexus s.
Also there is no moto or HTC which can even come close to sgs2. They did lacked in os updates in past but it was becoz of powerful and unique hardware. You just play with super amoled screen for once you will never go back to LCD or slcd. Also sgs2 specs beats HTC sensation is every department.
HTC will another 3 phones to beat Samsung. Just like what happened when HTC released one phone every month to compete with galaxy s series still Galaxy s is most selling android phones.

I mean that's cool if it gets open source support etc wow but the hardware will be done by 2011 imo. Every rom is buggy imo because Google rolls out these new build just to damn fast. Id rather have a bug free 2.2(which we still have) then moving to another android build that's still plague with the same bugs. 2.2 is no where near perfect (sense/aosp) and they're already talking about ice cream; give me a break Google get your **** together. Not to mention 2.3 is blah, even on the nexus s. I just don't care about direct support man because direct or not no build is perfect. I also don't care for the evo 3D, I will just hold my evo until something is worth switch. If HTC made a 4" webOS 3.0 phone I would jump ship in a heartbeat. Im just kind of bored with android :-(

You are right - no build is perfect, but at least you get the latest Android version. Either way Sense ROMs are built on top of AOSP, so most AOSP bugs are also in Sense but you also get Sense bugs on top of that.
As for Android - I'm actually looking into WP7. Mango fixes a lot of the things that prevented me from giving WP7 a try (good browser, multi-tasking). I figure I'd get the Nexus S now (hopefully next week), and then ride that until MS releases the next major update early next year. WP7 Mango looks incredibly good, and will get even better next year. I envision 2012 being MS year - Windows 8 laptop/desktop/tablet/phone/Xbox unity. I can see myself with a Macbook running Windows 8 for heavy work, a Windows 8 tablet for casual use, a Windows 8 netbook for coding, and a WP8 phone for calling and smaller on the go stuff.

This. One thing you learn about microsoft, if they want something good enough, their marketing department will take it over.
The amazing hardware acceleration on wp7 will ultimately win over a lot of people. No fragmentation, fast, easy app developments, no gay skins, updates sent by microsoft themselves etc.. will make it a def winner in the coming years. Mainly the app development. Even though java has its fair share of good programmers, there are a LOT more C# developers in the scene. Not only that, but C# has always seemed to outdo java in certain areas, such as gaming, and speed.
I also have a feeling that microsoft will have tricks up their sleeves coming w8. Some kind of integration technique between wp7 and windows.
Also looking at security wise, unless google starts taking their security and updates more seriously, people will start to see more worms and virus' on their phones, and will eventually drive away the majority of users away from android as they start to see 500$ bills showing up on their phone bill for dialing to china.

Basically Asus are acting all smug about awards they have won - so i decided to chime in for the TF101 guys and girls that are still suffering because of the shoddy ICS updates......
and so it goes:
Scott Forsyth
probably would have had more if you could actually do a decent firmware update and not screw them up.....just like you have for the TF101 - which may i add you have still not even bothered to fix properly. Instead you just move on to the next device and leave users in the lurch. Reviews are all well and good - doesnt exactly mean they are good going forward for the long term or when you decide to give up on fixing the errors you created. I love my TF101 - but thats only because i put custom firmware on it that works properly that your own highly paid engineers are incapable of producing for us. You lot really need to do something for existing TF101 owners - live up to the reputation you claim to have
and then i finished it off with:
Scott Forsyth
oh and jellybean works brilliant on the org TF - just incase you do decide to bother about your customers
Arseholes
Smug arseholes FB thread :good:
Well, personally I have no issues with the stock ICS (rel.27) that Asus have put out for the TF101 - it's very stable (currently 1619 hours uptime and counting) and I have yet to find anything that that I can't do under ICS that I could do if I had JB, so there seems little point in worrying about about the lack of a JB update from Asus.
I by no means fell that I have been "left in the lurch" by Asus - I bought my TF101 to use as a productivity tool, not to spend my time updating it just so I could say I have the latest OS version - you, of course, are free to use yours for whatever purpose you wish..
Please don't assume that you speak on behalf of all TF101 owners in your 'rant' to Asus.
While I agree that it may be pleasant to decompress on their page, it won't do any good. Down the line the device was just too old to warrant spending time and money creating and maintaining a new firmware for it. It sucks but that's that. I still have faith in Asus and anxiously wait to see the TF500's price range and specs.

I think the 9.2.1.27 works well. I keep that as a backup and use EOS4. Where I think a rant is warranted is Asus' terrible service/support.
scott
I was really happy at first with my 2 transformers and had planned on possibly getting 2 more. was just waiting for the fix to come out for what I had already bought.
I didnt care if they updated them to JB or not, all I was after was ICS working. I put up with lag app/browser crashing all the time as i figured they would eventually get it all fixed. so when i heard no more updates or support for them i was a bit pissed.
I know some ppl say that thiers are working fine but all the ones i have seen here on stock ICs have same issues i do with the lag and crashes.
And when everyone I tried hands on with had same issues 1 is very easily left with the conclusion they are all borked. Cant even figure that oh well maybe i just got a defective one.
At this point I gave up and they became expensive paper weights as no onecould be bothered using them.
I will never buy a ASUS product again even if they came out with the best product ever. I just remind my friends (most wont let me forget talking them into a tf101) about how the tf101 turned out.
What really tops me off at ASUS is that I found this forum and my paper weights are once again useful and running far better than ever.
if these guys can get them working so well why couldnt have ASUS done the same.

gee wizz man - remove the stick from your arse.
the updates from Asus werent really optional - its not about updating the device just to get a newer o.s like you seem to have interpreted it as........its the fact they have messed up a lot of owners TF's and that includes people who have no interest in anything to do with development - with a duff update - and left them in the lurch.
maybe you should go back and read it again because i also never said it screwed up everybodys TF's.
So just to get yourself right - i never spoke for everyone and i never said we all want the latest o.s. Just pointing out the fact that Jellybean works well on our Tf's in the hope they can consider it as an option and fix the TF's they have messed up & customers they have screwed over.
I'll happilly speak my mind and say wtf i want - ok :good:
There's three type of people using this TF101 or the 3G model.
1) People who doesn't f&^K bother what they have in their system as long as it work for their daily work. These people just use their gadgets until it dies and replaced it.
2) People who doesn't know a s*^t about firmware update and its references follow-up updates... let alone these people care about custom firmwares.
3) People who really into deep care and wanting the best firmware stability and the latest possible, and these people also looking alternative way to get there and be at the egde of it. Have it run on par with other's latest released gadget around added value to the old TF101 and all worth it very penny..
Now you choose which one do you belong here.
By the way... my signature speak it all on where I'm belong..

I got no problem with my TF101 other than it won't turn on when I press the power switch 100% of the time. At some point it will turn on, but it's more like 75% of the time. I usually have it docked and when I flip it open it turns on anyways. I know the power button works because it will always turn off when I press it. Just can't figure out why it wont turn on 100% when pressed.
I've had this tablet since it came out and couldn't be happier since owning it for the last 2 years. It does everything I need. I have a Nexus 7 as well for comparison and it can still hold it's own.

Basically Asus are acting all smug about awards they have won - so i decided to chime in for the TF101 guys and girls that are still suffering because of the shoddy ICS updates......

probably would have had more if you could actually do a decent firmware update and not screw them up.....just like you have for the TF101 - which may i add you have still not even bothered to fix properly.
