[Q] Help! Galaxy Tab won't boot... - Galaxy Tab General

Hey guys!
I went to boot up my galaxy tab one day and there was the battery level indicator screen with dots under neath. I tried pressing the power button down for 30+ seconds and got nothing. I am able to boot into download mode with Vol Down and plugging in the USB cable however I can't seem to get it out of download mode. I was going to try to flash it but the drivers won't install. Any help would be appreciated.

[Q] Device turns on for a second after inserting battery, won't turn on otherwise

My phone abruptly turned off while I am using it under charge.
I promptly attempted to restart it through pressing the power button, but had absolutely no response.
Then I tried replacing the battery and the phone device on normally right away, with the Galaxy S4 logo shown as usual, but turns off after a second of the logo display.
Attempted getting into both the download and the recovery mode, no response.
Anybody know what's the issue here? Phone has been rotted and flashed with SlimBean ROM, it has no issues leading up to the event today. Please help!
Update: I tried accessing download and recovery mode as soon as I inserted battery into the phone.
It would have the loading screen as soon as the buttons are pressed, but the device still turns off after a second as usual.
Is it hard bricked?

Your s4s power button is fine?cuz my s4 doesn't power on with only inserting battery.try to put it on charge for 15 min. And then try to go download or recovery mode.if it does boot to recovery while charging then it will boot up normal.and make sure to use original charger and cable.

Hey, thanks for the reply.
Download or recovery mode doesn't happen when I try pressing the power buttons, however when I insert the battery while pressing the power+volume up button, the phone will go into those modes, but will turn off promptly in a few seconds.

HELP! S8 won't boot after updating TWRP

I updated TWRP to 3.1.1.2 inside TWRP. The issue I encounter now is that my S8 stucks on the very first booting screen. You know the very first screen where it stated "Samsung Galaxy S8" and down below "powered by android".
I can't do anything. It's just like the phone has frozen at that state. Nothing works anymore. Even If I try to turn it off by pressing Volume down + Bixby + power button, it just restart and get stucks at the boot screen again and again. There's NO boot loop.
I'm on europe version of the Galaxy S8
stock rom and rooted (Magisk)
Got TWRP installed but after updating TWRP the phone freeze at the very first booting screen.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks for your efforts!
First of all - make sure you have the correct TWRP for your device. I know for myself that by searching google I got the S8+ twrp at first and flashed it by mistake without noticing.
Then try this-
Connect your device to a power socket (pc or wall, doesn't matter)
When you are on the very first screen, turn off the device by pressing Power + Volume down. Your device will shut down and you will see the charging animation.
Once you see it, disconnect the device from the USB and try one of the following:
Power + Volume up + Bixby for recovery mode
or
Power +Volume down + Bixby for download mode
I think the download mode will work, then just flash a stock rom or the correct recovery and try again
I failed right at the second step. Once I connect my S8 to power socket and tried to turn of the device by pressing Volume down + Power, the device turnt off for about 2 seconds and then reboot again to the very first screen. Even if my S8 is on power socket, I do not see the charging animation. So that is why I cannot continue with step 3.
Any Ideas buddy?
EDIT:
I got it enter the download mode
I downloaded the TWRP img from here https://eu.dl.twrp.me/dreamlte/
After enter the download mode, I flash TWRP via odin. It passed via Odin but my S8 doesn't enter TWRP but instead stuck at the very first boot screen.
Any ideas, buddy?
EDIT:
I've solved it myself. Thanks for your efforts!
I got the exact same problem but how did u do it please help me
Hi I just got the exact same problem as you but I cannot get how I would fix it please help???
Edit: I got it to download mode but I do nut understand how I would flash it
The only way around this I found was to Odin back to stock https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s8+/development/rom-galaxy-s8-t3749444
Then follow the instructions to reinstall twrp using odin https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...-s8-exynos-t3847712/post77735501#post77735501

Bricked Galaxy S6 Edge + (SM-G928F)

Hi. At first english is not my main language.
I got phone from sister of my girlfriend and she told me that it's wont turn on (stays on samsung logo) and she will buy new smartphone but she want to recovery photos from old one.
First when i pluged in charger, phone was hard stucked on charging icon. After a few restarts (volume down + power) it goes finaly to samsung logo and stay at it forever. I want to go to recovery mode (turn off, volume up + home + power) but it didnt work at all. Only thing that is working is Download Mode. So i decided to flash fresh firmware using odin. It was really hard because every rom give me error while it was transfering system files.
Finnaly i got working rom that was flashed succesfull but i came back to the begining where phone was stucked on logo and recovery mode wasnt working.
I tried files recovery programs like fonepaw but i cant get it to working cause of frp protection.
Do anyone knows what to do else before bringing it to service?
boot it into download mode by fully powering off then holding power home button and volume down then once its in download mode plug it into pc and you can access the files on your pc. pictures and videos are DCIM, pictures or movies or videos

Galaxy A40 infinite loop - impossible to turn on

Hi!
I have a problem with a galaxy a40 device, I flashed a stock ROM with Odin, everything went fine, green lights, PASS and all, but now the device just won't go pass the SM logo anymore. When I turn on, logo appears 2-3 secs I get a warning of the unlocked BL then logo comes back and after a second the phone restarts itself and the same goes on forever ( well about several hours, and after that it just shuts off somehow ). I cannot enter recovery mode or download mode at all. I keep pressing the combinations Power + Vol Down, Power + Vol Up, All three and every combinations I have just found on the internet so far. Odin doesnt recognize the phone, which is not a surprise since it won't start up. I have tried with adb but waiting for device is all I get.
How is it even possible that I cannot enter download mode at all? There was no problem with the physical keys, and the power still works, I cannot test the Vol buttons tho.
Has anyone ever had a problem like this? How can I come back from this? Is there a way to flash a ROM without download mode or turned off phone?
Thanks for any help!!
The download mode for this model is different from previous Samsung's :
IIRC, with the phone off, you need to hold VolumeUp and VolumeDown, then plug in the USB cable connected to a computer (you may need to press Power to power up the phone, I can't recall properly).
From there, you should be able to restore a stock ROM with Odin.
Let us know if it helped !

Here the same problem, have a40 in loop and never get rocgnized for computer, tryed many different cables, and installed a booring large amount of drivers software and nothing...
you need to power off device completely. let battery drain if you can't shut down. press and keep holding volume down + plug in usb cable for Odin3 (I doubt both?)

Generic answers, repeated 800 times why really need to waste a post with that? and that not was the problem:
1- For no usb recognition, is this phone bad design, in the back tap where is the battery in the samsung logo more or less if you push with fingers and charge is because the design of baterry is so crap and your usb port goes off when the under tap cable moves or just get little out of conection. If you can get working after push, usb on phone will do too.
