Have you changed your ROM? Or radio? When did it start happening?
Try flashing a full stock rom, but if it's the same, you should consider calling your service provider. Have you tried using another sim card? Preferably from a different provider.

I will try that an let you know

Did you cut a mini SIM into a micro SIM to put it in this phone? This phone doesn't play well with cut SIMs. Does data or text work, and did you flash any radios?

Omg! I seriously think there's something wrong with my phone. So far I have seen almost half of my apps getting an error message saying "unexpected, (the apps name) has stopped". Like wtf half of the times I'm not even using the apps, the message comes out of nowhere. Really annoying.

I've been getting that too. I reset my phone completely. Still doing it off and on.

I know Watchon has that problem until you do the initial setup. If they are other Samsung apps you might want to try just opening them up for a bit to see if it fixes.

For the Samsung apps I've had watchOn, Samsung keyboard, Samsung flip board, text app, camera app and the music player. As for the none Samsung apps as follows, yahoo message, Skype, xda app, Google Chrome, and bsplayer.. I even did a factory reset. I think it's time to call up Verizon to get a replacement.

Ok, this may sound weird, but have you tried taking your SD Card out... and testing it with that out...

No I have not. I don't think that has anything to do with my SD card since not a lot of people are having the same issue. I mean I can try that, doubt that would do anything. I always take advice anytime. Will try.

^This... it's a odd thing to do, but most of the time fixes it... I've had to do it since the first android phones...

I will try this tomorrow afternoon when I get off from work at 7am. I will do a factory reset and once I go through the set up I will format the SD card and see if that works. I will report back here tomorrow afternoon. Thanks

I had issue with it early on, but tried it again on Wi-Fi and it worked.

Not a stitch of problems here, but I transferred my Isis SIM from my GS3, where I created the Isis account last fall. I needed to re-add and revalidate my Amex and Amex Serve cards when I accessed Isis on the new phone though.
There was an update today now isis works perfectly.
