How can i solve this problem?
When the battery get low alot of the features wont run, you need to charge your phone up
when the battery is fully charged, but contacts are still not showing
did you turn the auto sync off? have you tried to manually sync?

[Q] Occasionaly wrong battery percentage/no charging possible

Hey,
my XDA Neo occasionaly has a strange problem:
- the battery percentage stays at the same level all the time
- if this occurs it doesn´t start loading when the wall charger or USB-cable is attached
- the problem can only be solved by restarting. After it has rebooted one can see that the battery percentage is often way lower than the one that was shown before the reboot (e.g. 90% before reboot, after reboot it shows the "real" percentage of 50%)
Did or does anybody else have this problem. And does anybody have a clue how I could solve it?
Best regards and thanks in advance
Max

[Q] Hack battery indicator

Hi guys,
I have an old WinMo phone (HTC Gene) and about a year ago it stopped working due a problem in the battery indicator. The problem is in the main board and there's no way to fix it, beside replace the entirely board.
I just realized that the OS (or the battery driver, I don't know exactly) is reporting about 0.5v less than the real battery voltage. It means that, when the battery is full (4.2v) Windows thinks the battery is just a half charged (3.7v). It turns off when the battery is still at ~3.85v, reporting "0% - 3.35v"
There must be a way to, via-software, pass a false voltage reading to OS, with plus that 0.5v.
Or, maybe, a way to just stick the battery meter at any percentage, which will make the phone turn off when the battery PCB automatically cuts the current when at a very low voltage.
Anyone knows a way to force a false battery state? Or just point me a way to search more.. registry keys, dll's, the Windows process that retains the battery state, anything.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance, and sorry for my English.
Rachid.

[Q] Wierd battery draining behaviour

Hi Everyone
Since three weeks I have the following problem: the phone suddenly power of, i notice it if i push the button to get the lock screen. In this case the phone stay black. When connect it to power the led short blinks up red. Afterwards im able to turn it on.
My LG N4 is:
non rootet
kitkat
what if tried:
let the phone die, and load it for a few hours
replaced the battery with a new one
searchd for apps may are troublemakers
The images are screenshots from the battery stats screen..
Screenshot_2014-03-11-22-37-22.png and Screenshot_2014-03-20-10-28-15.png are just screenshots where you see the issue
Screenshot_2014-03-20-10-41-49.png and Screenshot_2014-03-20-12-53-41.png are from today and show the battery dont make it over 5 hours.
I'can handle the fast draining, but this sudden shutdowns are real pain.
Have anyone registered the same problems? Is there a common solution?

Battery level stuck

Howdy, everyone!
I have a problem with my G935F: the battery percentage stays stuck while the device is on, it gets updated on reboot but then won't change. If I connect the phone to the charger the icon in the status bar reflects that but the charge level still won't update until the next reboot.
Battery life is great and charging while the phone is off shows the correct percentage throughout, which makes me believe this is not a problem with the battery.
The phone is rooted and I'm on stock 6.0.1. I've already tried multiple full wipes and flashing several versions of the stock rom (including Nougat) but the problem persists. I've also tried clearing the cache and the dalvik cache to no avail.
Do you have any ideas about what the problem might be or what steps I may take to try and fix it? I'd like to rule out all possibilities before dishing out €50 to have the battery replaced!
Maybe you have an app that's interfering with the reported battery level. Does the battery indicator update properly when you boot the phone into safe mode?
Unfortunately, no.
No ideas?
Unfortunately the battery level is still incorrect even when the phone is booted in Safe Mode. However it is correct when the phone is charged while turned off and the battery life is normal, which makes me believe it's not a hardware problem...
Hey guys sorry to bump old thread , but found this thread and its good to not always make new threads Well, i also suffer some heating issues but recently my battery percentage stuck at 82% while i was charging with hotspot active , i dont know why it got stuck , but when i replugged the jack in usb port , it continues but after sometime stucks again at 84% , i cleared cache partition but its still the same. But if i turn off the phone and charge, it will proceed to 100% , so the only changes that i made in system are enabling developer options and installing nova launcher and xwidgets app , phone is not rooted and completely stock. Any hints guys ?
