Each time I try to flash it aborts the installation? Does anyone know why this would be?

What recovery are you using, if its amon ra then you probably nee to toggle 'signed .zip verification' to disabled
Im using clockworkmod..

Hmmm, could be a bad download, I dont use clockwork so I really have no answer for you

Find the ClockwordMod thread in the Developers section. He explains there why some ROMs won't work. It has to do with the way they are written. You could also try AmonRa's and see if it works.

Either its a bad file, you're on CWM 3.0+ and the file isn't edify compatible, or a good file but isn't signed, which fails the signature test, so toggle off signature verification and try it again.

I go to ROM Manager, download the latest recovery, go to reboot to recovery, and as the stock recovery flashes the update.zip to get into clockwork, it blanks then the "samsung" boot up screen comes up and it goes into the stock recovery. I downloaded the newest clockwork recovery dozens of times, tried flashing older versions and ROM Manager says there's an error...this started happening when I flashed the newest version onto my phone I believe. Why is this happening???

Did you also flash CWM recovery in Odin? Because you won't be able to access it without doing that. There are instructions on how to do this in the development section.
Sent from my SCH-I500 using XDA App
Well on rom manager, it gives me the option to flash it straight from my phone. That's how I always got clockwork but now it hasn't been working since the latest update

Use odin to flash CWM found here. Then delete rom manager and forget it exists.

CWM
I always lose the "red" CWM. I will use the green as long as I can. It is the only one that boots consistently.
ive gone over it here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=960118 see if any of those tips help you.
Is anyone out there using it yet?
Can it handle ext4?

Open Rom manager, it will tell you that there is a CMW update, let it flash.

Ahh OK thanks. I'll stick with Romracer's for now.
I purchased the premium version of ROM Manager, but there's no downloads... is there a link for the Atrix CM7 ROM?

No they aren't supported by the CM team yet. They are still in pre beta phase.

I read in another post that this version of CWM only supports the sd-ext so those of you that like romracers recovery can just keep that.
CWM does support ext4 though and it has for the last couple of point releases I think.

Yeah, 5.0.0.1, is available from the website directly.
Will flash tonight and have a nose

Well it defaults to the ext-sd, if you have one. Otherwise, I guess it defaults to the internal. The install .zip. and backup/restore features are all automated now, in terms of you not being able to select internal or external; i.e. if you have a ext-sd installed, and you simply select backup in CWM, then the process starts automatically, without giving the option to select where you would like to store the backup. I didn't care for it, and went back to RomRacer's; more options + colors.

Yeah. I'm having trouble with it too. Will not perform a backup at all. Asking to ensure I have v4.4.0.0 or higher installed. We'll yeah, I've got 5.0 installed!
Going back to romracers as well.

So we all should keep sticking to romracer's 4.0.1.5-atrix3.2 Recovery ?

You need ROM Manager v4.4.0.0 or higher, not CWM. Go to the market and update your ROM Manager

Because I use Touch recovery..it will not work on the other recoveries...
flash the recovery via Odin and Flash the ROM..
then you can flash back the other recovery on the top of it to have your backups..
[Edit] try it on your current recovery once..I think it will work as it uses Edify scripts..do let me know so that I can edit the OP

Why dont you try flashing a stock firmware via Odin first without bootloader checked and second time with bootloader option checked..then flash any other ROM..it is know to cure Wifi problems when moving with leaked JB ROMS..

Got an update notification from the Play Store on rom manager app and then the newest update it says supports Loki. When you open rom manager and go to set up recovery it actually has the AT&T galaxy s4 in there. I was wondering if anybody use it or it safe to use?

Ram manager has always caused for issues then it has been worth. I would stick to doing things manually. This way if something goes wrong you know it was something you did.

If you don't want to use rom manager do it manually. It looks like standard and touch are both available.

The download files are Zip's. You'll need to flash them in a custom recovery, ie twrp or cwm. Do some more research before you flash anything. This thread isn't very good for someone not familiar with flashing.

The img files are used in goo. I'd download the zip file, recoveries on the download page and flash that in my recovery. That assumes you have a custom recovery and you want to update it.

Please be more clear... If your are already on a custom recovery and want to change for ex currently on cwm and want to change it to twrp just flash the twrp zip and reboot, done. (Though not sure as I am still confused about your question)
You just flash a new recovery using fastboot, same as you did flashing the first custom recovery
