Nand corrupted? - HD2 Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting and Genera

I have major problem with my nand memory.
Few days ago my hd2 hanged while I was doing some backup via Titanium Backup and since then I have a problem with my device.
Generally nand android builds are not working (boot animation stuck), some of them actually do work but with problems (f.e FC's on everything or do not recognise my SD card).
When I'm trying to flash WP7 usually an error occurs: (partition 4)
An error has occurred

Bro, did u got any anwser ??
please help, i have the same issue

Here is what I suggest you do : -
Flash a STOCK Winmo 6.5 ROM. Once that's done and you have Winmo 6.5 working, you'll atleast have your phone back up. Then I would suggest that you pick a LITE ROM to start with and see how that works for you. If it works, then move to your preferred ROM. Make sure that you're following instructions on how to flash back and forth to the letter.
Your device powers on. That's something you should be happy about.

im no developer but here is my solution
In my experience with this problem and its solution:
First remove the battery, and remove the SD card...
Second place the battery on the phone and reset it with the volume up key...
then take off battery and place the SD card back again, then place the battery...
restart the phone on plugged to a computer... (i do this on an WIN xp or WIN 7 machine).... so far it has crashed 3 times/same errors in the boot and this has worked.... i guess still some bugs need to be fixed...
(DONT KILL ME IF IT DOESNT HELP..IM NO EXPERT BUT ITS WORKED FOR ME..)

Try pulling your sim card, sd card & rebooting. If that doesnt work, try to flash an official rom from SD. (LEOIMG.nbh on root of SD, then boot with both volume buttons held) Upon 1st boot remove sim & sd. This should work, I had a simular problem and this fixed it. Android would not boot all the way, recovery wouldn't flash & WM gave me partition errors. I still had some issues in WM6.5 & could not flash the most recent EnergyROM with the newest HSPL. I eneded up calling warranty on mine. Hopefully the SD flash method will work for you.

They only need to hold the volume down button to get the bootloader to come up not both volume buttons.

hd2 stuck magldr 1.13 help!

Was trying to install wp7 on my hd2, but now im stucked on magldr version 1.13. Forgot that the volume buttons doesnt work and i cant get the phone out of there. Try to load original rom or even task 29 but nothing becuase the pc doesnt recognize it. When the phone its booting it says something like cant boot from sd android kernel fail and then the menu and i can select only the first 1 boot wph.
Is there a way to get the phone out of there, or my only hope its to repair the volume button.
thanks
If you haven't been able to flash anything then as long as you just reboot your phone you'll just go back to whatever ROM you had previously
I have the same problem, after having upgraded to 1.13. Whenever i try to install a NAND version of Android, i am stuck with the splashscreen of the build i am trying to boot into. Bear in mind that every ROM i flash is flashed without any problems. So I guess it is not the NAND memory thats broken or faulty. The only build i am capable of running, is DFT's WP7 stock build. This loads perfectly, but due to the battery drain i would VERY much like to get rid of it and use my beloved MDJs Gingerbread/CM7 2.6 build.
To avoid any trouble i thought of just flashing a Task29, and a stock WM65 ROM to 'reset' to stock, that is, installing a custom ROM from SD card, so SPL is restored to factory version. However, i am not able to enter bootloader mode on my HD2. It can only boot into Magldr and succ. WP7. It doesn't help to press vol down, and it is not broken as I can use it in WP7. It seems as though HSPL is skipped and the phone is boot directly into magldr. This should NOT happen.
Anyways, this is very much close to a bricked device for me, so i am very sad these days. Does ANYONE know a trick that would enable me to replace magldr 1.13 with the working 1.12 without the tri-colour bootscreen of spl?
i remove the battery but when the hd2 start again it boots instantly to magldr, i need another way to flash it different to the three color screen (i cant get there becuase the volume down button its broke).
i have a problem like that
If your volume keys don't work, then there is seriously, no other way. You can't get into bootloader mode without the volume keys, and the you can't flash a different rom without the volume keys, so yeah, your device is pretty much bricked....
But IF the vol. down key works, I assume that it is something with MAGLDR or HSPL, or possibly an error in RAM. Are there anything that can be flashed via magldr that checks the state of underlying HSPL?
any fix to this??? same issue following the steps and volume buttons dont work. I can select the boot wph ....wph not installed
Maybe I'm tired or too old... but I don't understand your questions
You can imagine the different "softs" as layers:
1st: HSPL (or SPL) - it's the one you enter by pressing vol-down while booting.
this one give you the ability to flah a WM ROM (original or custom), a radio or MAGLDR
So if vol-down if dead... your phone also
nb: the first splash screen is at this level, so it will be still here after flash of MAGDR, CWM, NAND, WM7...
2nd: MAGLDR - it's the one you go in by pressing "end call" while booting.
It gives the ability to flash a NAND or WM7 via DFT
So if "end call" is dead... you're not But it's anoying I think...
3rd: CWM - it's the one you go in by selecting "AD recovery" in MAGLDR
It gives you the ability to flash a "CWM NAND" or an update... It also gives the ability to backup/restore a NAND.
So please clarify your question if you need help. More important do not post different problem by saying "same here". It's just confusing. Even if you can't boot your NAND it's not always the same problem
Let's try again dudes

Ok guys please help me I don't wanna start new thread
I installed on my hd2:
-HSPL 2.08
-Radio 2.15.50.14
-Magldr 1.13
-CMR
First of all I noticed that I dont have to hold the power button to get into the magldr menu.
I couldn't get into Boot As SD so I wanted to flash custom rom from bootloader. Unfortunately I can't do that. Even tried HR. Is there any solution to flash stock ROM
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Stuck for me too
I just flashed the latest hspl3, radio code and MAGLDR 1.13.
When I try to boot MCCM 4.5 from SD it hangs on the main Android Home Screen. When I try to boot WPH MAGLDR says that WPH is not installed.
I am still running Windows Mobile 6.5.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
hi, have u tryed with the small button under the volume down button? it works as the volume down button...
If u can go in bootloader (if ur volume down works) could be ur nand is corrupted (as mine ) so bye bye hd2... i m waiting for the htc sensation
DAF doesnt' work

I figured out the Android problem (I needed a different rootfs).
I have magldr 1.13 working!!!!
However, when I try to run DAF I get the same:
"An error has occurred
Read below for more information
Error Description: Config load failed.
Info: .\RSPL\RSPL.cpp (725)
Error Description: CONFIG: can't open config file
Info: .\RSPL\RSPL.cpp (304)"
error that I have seen all over XDA-Dev.
However, none of the fixes I have seen on here have worked. I am running Windows 7 Professional.
I have tried:
Disabling Use USB in the Window Mobile Device Center
I have tried ANDR_INSTALL
I have rebooted
I have tried deleting all of the unattached USB device in the device manager.
I have tried using LeoAdvancedRUU
I have tried starting DAF first and then connecting the usb cable
I have tried connecting the USB cable first and then the starting DAF.
Help please!!! I was up until 8:30 AM trying to get this to work (I started at about 10:00 PM).
i also put the hd2 into the freezer for 10 minutes to solve heat problem and it doesn't start bootloaderi...
the nand corrupted..it start magdle but don't start android or cwm..there is nothing to do

[Q] HTC HD2 bricked, can load bootloader cant install any ROM

HI everyone,
This is the first time for me posting a thread here...thanks in advance.
Well I have a HTC HD2 that is a friends of mines. He was trying to change the radio so it could work in another country and managed to brick the phone. He got tired of trying to fix the phone so he gave it to me. I have tried fixing it with a tool kit I downloaded in another thread here. I managed to get it to boot butt it wouldn't get past T-Mobile screen...I kept on messing with it trying to install a ROM and different radios but non will work and wont turn on anymore but still is able to be recognize but PC(not mobile media center) and the last thing I did was task29. It stopped at 99%...still can load bootloader 3 colors but having a harder time getting the phone recognize by PC. Can anyone help me before I get into a deeper hole? If your need any more detail please ask me...btw the phone is running SPL- 3.03 HSPL in boot loader.
to the rescue !!

your friend shouldnt have flashed the radio without proper info !!
radio is the only thing which bricks the device !!!
dont worry we'll try to sort something out !!
firstly start with flashing a proper radio !!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=611787
download the radio 2.15.50.14 from this thread and flash it !!
NOTE : if you cant flash radio from ur pc, via nbh installer or the toolkit, you can flash it from a memory card !!
just format a normal memory card, put the radio on the card, rename the radio file to LEOIMG.nbh and get to the bootloader screen !!
follow the instructions from there and flash the radio !!
secondly if you want android or wp7-7.5 on ur device !! hspl 3.03 wont work !!
so install hspl 2.08 for that !!
for winmo6.5 3.03 is ok !!
do a task 29 once and flash any rom or magldr(for android or wp7-7.5)!!
good luck .....
thanks for quick reply
I am trying to do what you instructed me.
Didn't work
I tried it on the PC and it sadly stopped @ 96%, now it wont turn on volume down+power. Battery was charged and i didn't turn off. It displayed error 262. as soon as I can I will try it on sd card. Thanks though.
I was not able to install the radio but did in fact get to task29 successfully and MAGLDR Version-1.13. Now my phone is stuck in the Stick together screen. Can anyone help me from here what should I do. thanks I will be waiting for a responce.
Do you still need help cos its really easy to unbrick your phone and I say this because once I flashed 5 different roms in 2 hours or less and my phone wouldn't even turn on and when it did it would get stuck on the tmObile splash screen and restart but I fixed it and now I'm running the best Rom out there lol... reply to this thread and I'll tell you what to do

The thing is that I can't get any ROM's to finish installing...in the SD card the power button does not work...and in the computer the fartest I gotten was 99% but always stops and gives me error ussualy Error 262. Ireally don't know what to do. MY friend said he took it to an Asian Guy...I noticed that the battery S/N does not match the phone...can this have an effect...I haven't been able to flash any ROMS successfully not even the debranded stock. I flashed several phones and installed many different custom firmwares but this phone has been a real challenge...I'm over 2 weeks in...Thanks for the help thus far you guys are the best...
leoimg.nbh won't start to install
Hi everyone,
I have a severe problem with my HTC HD2 after installing a NAND version of android which did not work very well, than wanting to reinstall winmob 6.5 (vodafone) it startet "loading" the leoimg.nbh from the SD-card, but than stayed in this status neverending. So I interrupted (was that the mistake?? :-( }. Now I'm able to start MAGLDR 1.13, am also able to install another NAND version, but with every version I get the message: problem with android.xxx and so on.
I can start the bootloader modus (SPL-2.08.HSPL 8G XE), also connect by USB, but if I try to reload any leoimg.nbh from SD card - it does nothing, just stays in the bootloader modus.
Did I destroy any hardware by interrupting the non functioning "loading"?
Please help, if you can, what I could do now to get a functioning NAND android again!
Many thanks in advance!!!
freak just try the task 29 and u might return everything to normal condition
and for future never interrupt the installation process as u can brick ur device
for the main topic, i can say that ur device is fully bricked and the only way is taking it to the service center or try flashing directly into the hardware, but thats dangerous and requires professional skills
Plz help!

First of all; This steps can solve your problem. But first of all(don't forget to check 2.08.HSL) try to use "Task29" and if it is success, load Radio ROM 2.15.50.14, and load original Winmo 6.5 ROM (Tmous or EU which phone do you use).
If you are stuck somewhere, then;
Download an original ROM for your HTC device from HTC webside.
- Format your SD card like FAT32 primary.
- Take "RUU_signed.nbh" from an original ROM and copy it to your SD card.
- Rename to "leoimg.nbh"
- Reset your device while pressing the volume down button.
Radio ROM 2.15.50.14;
Radio ROM 2.15.50.14
HD2 Toolkit 4.2.0.1; ( contains task 29, magldr and recovery and also HSPL)
HD2 Toolkit 4.2.0.1
it's revived!

After several attempts to switch on the phone it finally turned on so I immediately installed stock ROM and it didn't get stuck on 0%.. it worked!!
Do you think I should perform a task 29 now or I can just proceed with installing a new radio and then installing a new ROM?
Thanks again mate!
Apparently I need to install SPL 2.08 before trying to install HSPL and then run android.. anyone know where I can find it?
Nevermind figured everything out Thanks anyway

If you want to change your ROM with one another like Android NAND ROM or Windows 6.5 ROM, then use this procedures.
For NAND Android ROM; You must flollow this sequence;
first check your device if it is 2.08.HSPL, and format your sdcard ext3 or ext4 and 1gb (which one you must use is pointed out by your Android chief). Copy new Android ROM into your sdcard's FAT32 section. insert it into your HTC device.
1. do task29
2. instal radio rom 2.15.50.14
3. install magldr 1.13
4. do recovery 5.0.2.6
5. do clear cache and dalvik cache.
6. Choose your android ROM .zip file on sdcard, load and enjoy...
For Windows 6.5 Follow this sequence;
first check your device if it is 2.08.HSPL, Format your sdcard like FAT 32 primary partition. insert it into your HTC device.
1. do Task29
2. Install Radio ROM 2.15.50.14
3. Run LeoCustomRUU.exe like "Run as Administrator" which Windows 6.5 rom you chose to use.
Radio ROM 2.15.50.14;
Radio ROM 2.15.50.14

Are you booting into bootloader and connecting the device to your computer so you can get the HTC Sync connection. Just boot into bootloader by holding the volume down button down and poewering on your device. Connect it to your computer via USB and when you see Serial in the white bar of boo5tloader change to USB you have the HTC Sync connection and can flash your device.
I face a very odd problem with my HD2 EU. After years of 2 different versions of Android on nand I decided to reset it to stock(Vol down+power with leoimg.nbh in root of a FAT32 formatted microsd). When I get in bootloader mode there seem to be 2 instances of bootloader. The first 3 colour screen with all the right wordings lasts a second or two then I get a second 3 colour screen with the same wordings. With my Verbatim 8Gb class4 microsd formatted FAT32 and leoimg.nbh (obtained from the original RUU_Leo_HTC_ITA_1.66.408.1_Radio_15.32.50.07U_2.07.51.22_2_Signed_LEO_Ship.exe) in the root directory, the device does not recognize the file and it's not possible to restore the phone to stock, but I can only get into usb connection.
Being able to get in usb mode with the various versions of HSPL (1-2-3-4) I can still change the bootloader. With the HD2 Android toolkit 4.2.0.1 I can install cLK, Magldr, do a Task29 and repartition.
When I use the RUU installer I can install the RUU_signed.nbh that I used to get the leoimg.nbh BUT when I do it, and it does finish gracefully, on the screen that states the currently installed image THE INDICATION OF SUCH AN IMAGE IS BLANK whilst the name of the image to install is the one I am flashing. If I reflash the same image AGAIN (so I know what's on the device) the info of the installed image is never displayed. So after trying the various bootloaders HSPL and SPL and getting the same result you are my only resort.
Has anybody experienced such a problem? It is as if the the bootloader goes through a script that then starts a second "identical" bootloader (I understand that I may seem crazy) that is not capable of recognizing a leoimg.nbh. All my buttons are still working so it's definitely not a button problem. Therefore in a nutshell the question is: if I can't get the device to recognize a leoimg.nbh is there any other way to make it do so, given that I can communicate via usb without problems ?

[Q] Im stuck. White screen

Ok. I have a HTC HD2 t-mobile. Someone gave it to me to see if I can fix it. So I have NO clue how it got to the point it is at now. All I know is that you power on and its a white screen. No HTC logo. Just white.
Enter boot loader: Red/Green/Blue/Black/White.... Its says:
PB81120 SS-B3
SPL-2.10.0000 8G XE
MicroP(LED) 0x05
MicroP(TOUCH) 0x50
SERIAL
Thats it. It doesnt connect to the computer.
What can I do? I tried:
CLEAN INSTALL
It’s a pretty long process, however, it takes a shorter time than the Installation of NAND Android. It takes me about 15minutes. It should take you about half an hour but no more than half an hour.
HSPL3, -2.08.HSPL.

I have ran the Task29... well tried... it says image is corrupted. I have even stuck the dang thing in the freezer like I have seen in random posts. Nothing but a really cold phone.
When I try and install HSPL3 I get an option to choose 2.08.HSPL or 2.08.0000 I have tried both. I get the critical error... Error code 16 description unknown.

Hi to the experts!
I have a very similar problem, maybe "almost" identical...
My HD2 (Australian Telstra, stock in almost every way), and it has been reliable for 2 years from new.
Then last Saturday night it started "failing to load HTC Sense", but all the WinMo 6.5 stuff was still fine. This lasted for 2 days and I thought it was stable like this so I would have time to look for a new phone, but last night I turned it off and on again, and all I have is the white screen. Mine has the green htc on it, but the only way to make it go away is to take out the battery.
I tried the volume down / power ON and I get the RGB+W screen, and when I plugged it in via USB to my new laptop it loaded drivers and initiated Windows mobile device center - but it won't recognise that there is a device there.
Now my very strong desire is to somehow boot it to allow recovery of my contacts directory - I have just started a new job and have probably 40 or so new people in there since my last backup.
What are my options? Is there anyway to boot from SD card without erasing the whole of system memory??
Failing that, how do I flash back to stock?
thanks (in hope)
..Neil
Stock WM
Try installing stock WM 6.5. There are many links available for the same, google it.
Do this without the memory card.
Enter Bootloader by pressing volume down and power on button together.
Then run the WM ROM file on your computer. You must see the progress bar on your phone. Let it settle down.
Hope that helps..!!

[Q] HD2 not responding

Dear all,
Some time ago some guy came over to me to have his phone (HD2) reflashed. I installed the HardSPL, eMagldr 1.13 and the 400mb file-system as needed for the rafdroid version I installed. Everything worked out fine. But now he has manually flashed CWM without changing filesystem etcetera and took out SD card and formatted it. The phone did actually boot in CWM, and he sold it to me. Now I wanted to do a factory reset, but the phone wouldn't boot anymore, nothing. I tried flashing back stock ROM, but the phone will not be found. I cannot even reflash the 400mb filesystem, it says RSPL.cpp missing... I'm running out of ideas and I'm starting to panic a little. So here are my problems:
- Phone crashed when booted into AD RECOVERY;
- Phone does not start up in any way, when lucky stuck forever in CWM bootlogo (for over 60 minutes);
- When booting into bootloader (volume down + power), a text "loading" should appear, but it doesn't;
I have no clue what to do from here. I don have the T-Mobile version of the phone I do know that . But it seems not to respond to anything which sucks. But I do get into MAGLDR with the menu choices so the device can not be ****ed up too bad.
Please advise me on this

Only if you have a correctly named leoimg.nbh on the SD card, and the SD card is 4gb or smaller, please confirm?
RE
You're right about the logo i meant CM ( cyanogen ) sorry for that, and no my sd is 4Gb and I named the file LEOIMG.nbh with capitals so going to try that ou tomorrow, but it still doesnt explain why my computer did not find my device with RUU update.. :s
Thanks for your help though you gave me some ideas
Leoimg in capitals should be ok,, correctly extracted from a stock rom? (People still sometimes make the mistake of simply renaming the whole romname.zip file, without extracting the ruu_signed.nbh file first)

When you try to run the RUU, does it say USB in the white bar of bootloader? if not you have adriver issue and need to install Active Synce(Windows XP) or Windows Mobile Device Center(Windows Vista and 7).
RE:
Yes it does say USB and I managed to do a vodafone update from the HTC site. Though I don't know if it was a vodafone branded device, but that shouldn't matter right?
Anyway, I'm stuck forever in the "HTC" screen in green letters. So this time I'm stuck way earlier. But I'm going to give it half an hour and see what happens. I had to run the update three times before it succeeded so I doubt it.
But another thing, now I ran the update MAGLDR will be restored in its factory form right? And recovery and **** has been removed so I could try to reinstall them and go on from there if the phone won't boot, right?
RE:
Now I can't even get into MAGLDR. The phone is stuck in the first bootscreen saying HTC for over 3 hours now, I turned off my phone and I'm running the update again now, getting errors again. What do you advise? I still got an 8GB sd cart in it but I read somewhere that is OK.
If you flashed a stock rom, magldr is gone, magldr is a hacked together bootloader from the dft hackers,,, there is no "factory form".
Most 8gb or larger cards wont flash nbh files, but some do,
If you downloaded the rom from HTC using your phones serial number, then yes, its voda branded.
I suspect some corruption, some variant of stuck radio, .
I'd start by trying to use hspl2.exe to set hspl 1.66.0000 then flash the stock rom from SD taking careful note of the blue writing during the flash,
As Samsamuel said if you flashed a stock ROM MAGLDR is gone4 and you will have to re install MAGLDR, You being stuck at the splash screen could be caused be the stock ROM you flashed not being the correct stock ROM cause if you flashed it via SD card you removed HSPL and there for if it is not the correct ROM it will not boot. Also if you flashed it via RUU and it is a older ROM version the HSPL 2.08 that you have might no be compatible with the ROM causing it to stick at the splash screen. Maybe this will help some.

[Q] Help Needed: HD2 stuck after install MAGLDR

Hey all,
Firstly, I know there are many similar threads posted here, but none of them actually gave a solution to a problem I have.
What I did: tried to eventually put WP 7.8 using Pdaimatejam's ROM.
*My HD2 runned on WM 6.5 and was completely original
I followed all steps in chronological order:
-Installed HSPL 2.08.HSPL - Succeeded
-Installed MAGLDR - Says it succeeded
NOW, it rebooted itself, since then it always freezed at the White HTC LOGO screen.
By booting via the bootloader (Volume down+Powerbutton) I get the following information:
PB81100 HX-BC
SPL-2.08.HSPL 8G XE
0x05
CotullaHSPL 0x40
I still see Serial at the bottom. When Plugging in USB it shows that it's connected with USB.
Important:
I have tried to install MAGLDR again: Same result. It says it succeeded, but is stuck after booting.
I have NEVER seen the MAGLDR bootup (The black list)
I have NOT put an SD-card when doing this all (Maybe that's the problem)
I also have NOT done anything with the Radio, because I diidn't know exactly what it is and I didn't think it was necesserily.
Any help would be very very very appreciated.

You can't just skip steps and expect everything to work properly. Flash radio 2.15.50.14, then I think you should be fine. Also, how are you planning on running WP7 without an SD card? Buy one or if you have one (which you should) put it in the phone. Flashing HSPL, MAGLDR, the radio etc. won't interfere with your SD or SIM card.
sdcard is WP7 main memory... you must have SDcard during flashing process in phone...

I'll put an 2GB SD card in my HD2. Can I now Flash my phone with Radio 2.15.50.14 and will my problem be solved now?
Or should I first Flash Radio, then HSPL again and then MAGLDR again?
Thanks for your response by the way.

is not important when you flash radio... just flash it...
I think radio then MAGLDR. You don't need to reflash HSPL though.
Thanks all for helping me out, still have to search for the 2GB sd card... I'll tell you guys Monday if it worked.
Hey all,
Thanks for all your help! I'm stuck again though..
I've put an 4gb sd card into my HD2 and have flashed my phone with
the radio (Radio_Leo_2.15.50.14)
After flashing, I didn't got the MAGLDR bootloader, so I (like Nigeldg said) flashed my phone with
MAGLDR afterwards.
After that It worked and now I'm able to enter the MAGLDR bootloader with no problems.
Entered USB Flasher and:
put a WP7 (although, that's what I thought) ROM on my phone...
The name of the file is ( 3_HD2 Pdaimatejam Rom Wp7.8 OS 7.10.8835.35 v8.5 )
After installation however the installation program gave me 3 errors:
An error has occurred

I AM able to boot my HD2 and Windows 8 (surprisingly 8) booted normally, untill it said that it doesn't recognise my sd card. Only
option is to shut down my HD2.
I'm now thinking to put another ROM on it, I already installed on my pc only (3_HD2_20Pdaimatejam_20Rom_20Wp7.8_20OS_207.10.8858.136_20RMT_20v8.7) from Dxdy's links.
When I deleted my sd card from my HD2 and booted it, it still booted normally with the Windows 8 loading screen and the error about the sd.
I want to delete at first that ROM and put another one on it. How can I delete it? It is ( I think) not installed on the SD.

First you must go to Magldr to activate the last 24MB
>10 Services>4 UseLast24MB
If this doesn't help, you must use another SD-Card. WP doesnt like any type of card. I use a SanDisk Class 4 card whitch works fine. Search in the forums other persons experiences with SD-Cards. Changing the ROM won't help.

Hi all, not too hopeful for a reply since this thread is OLD.
I just got an HTC HD2 from my brother..its used etc. anyway.. it was running fine on winmo 6.5.
I decided to checkout online for tips on mods n getting it to look and run like a newer device? I thought id go for android ICS.
So, followed the steps and got the required items first. HSPL, Radio CUU and the HD2 toolkit that includes the magldr 1.13.
the first two flashes for hspl and rom were okay, however after flashing magldr, once the fone boots up in magldr mode, i could scroll up and down using the volume buttons but i cant SELECT anything, hence.. i cant get to the USB flasher mode to complete my 'quest'.
Has anyone experienced this or know why this happens? I am currently unable to use the fone.

nooop
Pal ... Maybe Your Phone has The Special pack That is Unable to use Magldr ...
I had the problem of White Screen after installing Magldr
I had the same problem of White Screen after installing Magldr. Turns out it was the radio so followed the instructions Here >>>> .addictivetips.com/mobile/install-2-15-50-14-radio-on-htc-hd2
<<<<
Once installed it rebooted into MAGLDR then i could install a ROM.
Love this site btw!
