Could you please help me with my problem. I have a wallaby version of pocket pc. My pocket pc started to run handsfree automatically. I can not stop it. It runs for every incoming and outgoing calls. After some days when started that problem there was also voice interrupting. And now I have no more sound... When I am having an incoming call handsfree opening automatically without sounding..

Does anyone know if it is possible to use a bluetooth connection between a Universal and a 'normal' mobile handset to make voice calls ?

I appreciate that there have been posts on the issues with some car BT kits, but was hoping to get some clarity in terms of with what the fault lies.
I currently have the MMI kit in the car and have also tried with a Jabra 250 headset. I ran the same comparison with my other phone - a Nokia 6280. The Nokia works fine on both kist, but the issue with the TyTN seems to be that I can make outgoing calls, but for incoming I get silence and so does the caller.
At forst, I though it was becasue I use TomTom but it is still an issue without TT running. I understand that some BMW and Parrot H/F kit users are having issues and I really want to try and determine if it is some bizare quirk of these specific kits - or a TyTN issue. Also, I have been trying the Jetware mobile software and whilst it gives me the signal strength and Operator info on the MMI display it does not fix the silent incoming calls issue. I have had some PM conversation with Markee (thanks!) and he doesn'y have this issue with his Audi kit??
Really frustrating and any help or advice would be gratefully received.
Are You using Jetware?
If so try to disable "Use phone ringtones" in the advanced options.
Jetware claims to at least partially support the Audi BT kit...

I tried disabling the "use phone ringtones" and I now get silence on both outbound and inbound calls.....

I got a Jabra BT350 headset which vibrates when there are incoming calls on the 8525 but it does not vibrate when there incoming emails or SMS text message or Instant messagings.
I am wondering if there a hack or a way to make sms or instant messagner or email to send a ring signal to the BT350 so it would vibrate?
Reason I got it is because I am hearing impaired and I wanted to use the BT350 to carry it in my pocket and leave the phone on my desk when it charging and still be able to detect incomings messages by having the 8525 send a call alert to the BT350.

I was looking around Sounds & Notifications and saw that the Incoming Phone have a "Ring" Setting while other does not have that setting so I assume that the BT headset only vibrate when internal ringer is detected.
Is there a way or a hack to make all other notification use internal ring so it would vibrate the headset?

I heard back from Jarba Support and they said only incoming phone calls will trigger the headset vibrate and nothing else would but there still have to be some signal being send via bluetooth to trigger the vibrate.
I also emailed phonealarm delevopers and they told me if they know what signal is sent then they could possiably of adding a feature to trigger the headset vibrate on any notifications I wanted.
Does anyone know what are sent via bluetooth to trigger the vibrate in the headset BT350 in Windows Mobile 5.0? I know it part of WM5 becasue I did not have to install any additional software on WM5 to make BT350 work unless it was done by the headset itself when it paired up with the phone.
I'll make a nice donation to anyone who can write a software to vibrate the headset on any notifciations I receive on the phone ie sms text / email / instant messages etc instead just incoming phone calls.
