TomTom Full Postcode Navigation

Does anyone have, or know the location of the tomtom navigator 5 full post code search / navigation file can be downloaded?
Would be great if anyone could shed any light on this for me!
i really need this file and ive searched the planet for it and cant find it
I used the search function and came across this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?p=164046&highlight=tomtom+postcode#164046
I think it contains the solution to your problem.

Windows LIVE Today plugin search: How do I change to search using GOOGLE instead?

As some of you who have downloaded Windows LIVE know, you get the option to place two Today-plugins if you so desire. The main Windows Live is pretty sucky due to its waste of precious screen space.
However the search plugin can be quite useful since you can just click "xyz" on it and it opens PIE and off it goes.
However the sad part about it is that it uses MSN search as default. Now, we all know how amazing MSN search is. Thus I would like to change it so it uses another search engine. Perhaps that mom and pop search engine called Google instead.
Obviously this is in the registry somewhere, I hope. So I was wondering if anyone here knows how to do it. And please don't just post "search the registry," as that is help at all.
Some quick google searches came out empty. I guess that WL for PPC is still somewhat new for the mainstream.
Cheers,
BUMP?.....
I would imagine that this is hard coded and you can't change it.
I was thinking about this becuase on Vista The option is there to change the serach defualt.
Wondring if there is a link to open the search page....

Google search on Today screen
I remember from when the Windows Live search today plugin came out and I was reading the Axim boards, there was at least one person who came out with Google plug-ins.
A quick Google search (of course ) found this:
http://www.cs.pitt.edu/~jmisurda/ppc/blog/index.php?entry=entry051204-182826
I haven't tried it yet, but I think I might just download it myself.
Downloaded and installed... WORKS GOOD. It also allows you to change the background and text color.

Thanks for the reply! I am trying it now. However this is not a play on the WL plugin but a complete rewrite. A brand new app. A beta.
done bosh sorted
Yup, I read that one already and did the changes. I was going to post but the thread was closed.
Well, the two main issues I had, this and the Opera\Outlook issue has been fixed. Alright!

Xiaomi Mi A1 + June upgrade / Oreo = all sms lost

Hi all
I've been the very happy owner of a Mi A1 bought in China with Mr Internet since November : impressive machine, fast and cheap, reliable, working ! Especially impressed when the monthly upgrade that brought me 8.0 after a few months : dazling fast, device startup really speeded up and app launch time amazingly accelerated, smile was not quitting my face .
Only glitch from time to time : proximity sensor will stop working during calls and my ears starts to play with touch interface... Not often.
So basically happiness since the start, up until a few days ago when the monthly upgrade brought 8.1 : all my sms history was lost, I'm using the standard app provided (I try to do this for most functions). I googled and searched, I read about "native sms backup" in the parameters but couldn't find anything useful.
Appart from this all is running fine, I don't really see a difference between 8.0 and 8.1, but this issue makes me sad.
Thanks for your ideas.
use search option before making new thread.
you are not the only one with this problem.

This has been reported already in the XDA article. At least learn to read first before making new threads that are useless.
Wé coco mais tu vois j'ai pas envie de me fader tout ton forum de m pour trouver une aiguille dans une botte de foin, d'ailleurs je constate que tu prends même pas la peine de citer tes sources donc je me demande bien quel est le plus inutile des deux.
On another topic, another major backdraw of this release is that data connection (and even connection itself) is oftenly lost in places where i wouldn't have any issue in the past (since I do the same travel to work it's pretty easy to compare). And this is quite a bigger issue than the previous one, caused by this release.
Mais bon je suppose que vous allez encore me sortir le rtfm de mes deuzes donc voilà bien un endroit inutile pour chercher de l'aide...

Writing in french doesnt make a difference. Btw this forum is supopsed to be english only He doesnt have to provide sources. It is in your obligation to use the search function or even google search if you want answers since these issues were in the media. So he wasnt useless.
There you go:
http://bfy.tw/Iw3N
And if you search for help this is not a useless location. But you didn't search, you asked for help and not because it is difficult but because you didnt want to / were lazy, whatever your reason is.
OK so many users lost their SMS and no solution was provided in the thread about "lost data" (and for some reason I can't post in that thread, it wants me to recreate a profile each time), "the upgrade contained bugs and has been retired", SNAFU.
PD : I don't like forums where regulars feel so superior that they think they have to lecture newcomers.
PD2 : I don't use google search, I use qwant
My SMS were gone too after this downgrade, but the biggest issue for me is overheating. YouTube + messenger is enough to throttle device like hell, while previously on 8.0 it was all ok, phone never got hot so much like now.

I've been on XDA a very long time and this is one place where folks don't tend to be too helpful and get annoyed when the search function is not utilized. Each community is different and here in this forum there is little patience for questions that might have been answered before because it clutters up the forum. Unfortunately answers to questions can be buried on page 98 of a 500 page thread and some people expect newcomers to find that information....
That said, this particular device forum is even less patient than other device communities o XDA I have been a part of. Some good info and helpful people here but the negative folks here will pipe in pretty fast when given an opportunity.
Yep sorry to read that :/
(but thanks for the answer)
I can live with missing SMS, the real pain is that frequent loss of connectivity, I've been trying to search but couldn't find anything useful (since i will not try to root or install some other firmware or rom or whatever, the reason I chose that device is to *keep it simple*, precisely) so I'm afraid I'll have to wait for google good will with a further release, hoping that they don't forget that they also provide their Android One thing on a device called Xiaomi Mi A1...
