How do i create a goldcard?

im trying to unroot my mytouch 3g and it says start a thread in this forum if i cannot or dont know how to create one please help thanks

Which methods have you tried BEFORE posting here?

Did you need a gold card to root? If you did use that same one... If you didn't need one to root them you don't ned one to unroot. Is this a US magic? My touch? If it is then go follow the unroot for the g1. That's what I did when I turned mine in for warranty.....

i am sick of waiting on t-mobile to send out the upgrade to my x10 so i need a guide on how to get 2.3.3 on my phone
im a complete noob when it comes to flashing and stuff so please as simple as possible, and thank you so much

then i doubt we can easily break it down for u
just skip custom n wait patiently for the official update

You need to do more research before attempting anything.....Start reading the threads and decide for yourself. Start by reading all the stickies here.

I want to root the A500 with this version "Acer_AV041_A500_1.049.00_TWN_GEN1". My problem is, all known methods are not working and I can't find any informations to this firmware.
Can someone please help me?

Seriously, just post them in that thread, don't create a new one please.
1. Install Unlocked Bootloader and CWM
2. Install Superuser (sometimes included in bootloader app along with BB)
3. Flash Install one of the modded or OC kernels.
Life is good.

Why do you want to manual root? Rooting with SuperOneClick is easier.
