Rom manager

Hello xda. I hope you guys have a solution to my problem. I am playing with the ROM manager from clockwork. But i can't reboot into clockwork recovery? It says installation failed. Then goes to regular recovery mode? Anybody know how to fix this?
Cheers..
EDIT: actually it says Installation aborted.

When you go to the regular recovery, is it the recovery <3e> ? Because if you have the recovery <3e>, you have to go back to recovery <2e> because this recovery can use unsigned update.zip file, whereas the recovery <2e> can't...

no need to go back look for "CF-Root-XX_XEU_JPO-v1.2-Busybox-1.17.1"
use odin select file as pda and flash

ROOTED 4.2.2 won't boot recovery

Just rooted my N7 on 4.2.2 but can't boot into recovery. I just get the "no command" screen. I flashed twrp with the Nexus Root Toolkit and everything seemed to go fine but I can't boot into recovery. Is there another way to flash a custom recover?
Thanks!

fastboot flash recovery recovery-image-file-name.img
while in boot loader mode.

you probably booted, not flashed the recovery. fastboot flash it via fastboot with the instructions above. or, to make it even easier, download the goo manager app. you can flash twrp recovery with the app. open the app, press the settings option, press install openrecoveryscript, press yes, then let it do its thing.

Read the download instructions at the bottom. Have you done that step?
The stock recovery will be restored on boot otherwise. It's the same procedure for any recovery (CWM) not just TWRP.

Tried to restore from a backup, flash failed. TWRP asking for password?

I cant reinstall my ROM or flash anything, i cant even boot into anything but recovery and download.
I did not set a password, i tried restoring hyperdrive from a backup.
Is there a default password to TWRP recovery?
If not, can i flash recovery without booting into my phone.
EDIT:
I'm following this guide here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2301259&highlight=stock
and here:
http://androidfirmwares.net/Guide/Details/9
To flash via ODIN.
I've seen that with a bad download of twrp. Download load it again and then reflash it.
Edit, at this point you might be better off using Odin to flash the stock rom and starting over. I'm not sure if an odin flashable version of twrp exists.

Went through the Odin process and now i'm stuck at the Samsung custom screen, wont go any farther.
Any suggestions?
EDIT
WOAH Looks like i have stock recovery now. Trying to factory reset etc...
EDIT 2:
Alright so the process i took was to flash the stock factory image using Odin, then reboot into recovery and factory wipe/reset phone.
It's booting up into the stock rom now..... Woot!
Yep, that's what it all should be.

Problem while flashing CWM recovery. Plzz help

I was trying to install CWM for Galaxy Y(via .zip) which was successful but whenever I boots into recovery mode it boots to stock recovery rather than CWM. I have tried installing two CWM .zip files but both show same result.
P.S Can I flash Galaxy Gio's CWM on Galaxy Y?

why are you repeating the question it is already answered in your last post
anyways there are two types of cwm
temporary cwm - you have to flash it from stock recovery to get cwm ( the one you are using now)
permenant cwm - which replaces stock recovery
to get a permanent cwm you have to install a kernel which has an integrated cwm with it
Use only Galaxy y's CWM
ClockWorkMod Recovery is temperory if you flash it via stock.
Permanent CWM comes with the kernel. So flash a kernel that has CWM replacing stock recovery.
DONT FLASH CWM THAT WAS NOT MADE FOR YOUR DEVICE.
Dont use CWM of Galaxy Gio.
P.S. Dont repeat questions and spam the forum.

Can I flash TWRP recovery if I already have CWM recovery?

I just need to be sure it won't brick my phone.
Flash it through the Flashify app.
Open Flashify -> Recovery image -> Choose a file -> Search file
Just be sure to flash the TWRP zip file of @Rox (it should work)!

Thanks but...
Will that recovery file work for my Samsung S3 Neo GT-I9300i?
Flash via ODIN, I've done it a dozen times, no problems
