Single Vibrate Bootloop

Hey guys, I'm temporarily coming over here from the Inc2 section to help out a friend with the OG Inc. He was originally running CM7... Out of nowhere, his phone decided not to boot up one day and is now stuck in a loop.
What happens is that the phone splashes the "htc incredible" image, goes black, vibrates once, splashes it again, and the process repeats. Now, the strangest part is that I can enter HBOOT but not recovery. What happens is it will load recovery, show the Clockwork menu for about two seconds, then immediately shut off and bootloop again.
I've already tried flashing the stock IMG file through HBOOT - the only change that I can see is that now when I select either "Factory Reset" or "Reboot Recovery" it shows stock recovery for 2 seconds before bootlooping again.
Any thoughts?

If your s-off i would back uo your sdcard and then format it fat32. Then flash cwm recovery thru hboot. If cw works after flashing i would wipe everything and then resore a known working nandroid or flash a fresh rom.
Alright, thanks, I'll give that a try and get back as to whether that works.

[Q] Cannot Boot into Recovery, Android O.S is Messed Up

Hi,
The other day, I flashed a new ROM (after clearing everything) and it has messed up my entire device. My device gets stuck at the android logo and stays there forever when booting into Android. I cannot boot into recovery mode, it just gets stuck at "Google".
I also cannot boot into recovery mode using Nexus 7 toolkit because it requires my device to be booted, which is impossible.
Anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks

Keeps hanging on recovery boot

For some reason, every time I try to boot into recovery, either through app or munual restart, my phone gets stuck in a boot loop and I have to reflash to get out of the loop.
I'm trying to get into to recovery so I can fix my volume problem

Please help! Phone can't get past boot animation

The phone's just stuck at boot animation. I can get past the 'Redmi' screen but once the boot animation starts, it just goes black even if the battery's charge.
I've tried flashing fastboot rom, but it's still the same. Can't get past the boot animation. My backups didn't help either. It would sometimes get past the boot animation, then after a few hours of use, it will shutdown without warning, same with custom roms (Syberia, Lineage, Pixel Experience, Havoc etc...).
I've read some threads that holding the power button for more than 5 seconds works, but it won't get past boot animation. It loads for a few seconds then the screen goes black.
I've never had any of these issues on my Redmi Note 3. Please help!
Notes:
- I can use Orangefox and Fastboot perfectly without issues. I just can't get past the boot animation.
- Bootloader is unlocked.
- I always Clean flash. After before every rom migration.
Make a backup of it internal sd.
Format system, data, dalvik, cache, vendor (not vendor Image) and the internal.
Reboot in to the recovery.
Flash again orangefox.
Flash last firmware, rom, gapps, maybe a customer kernel (I use morfuz), magisk and reboot in the system.
Wait...
Full charged!
