LG Update Center Help

I no this isn't the correct forum, but I have the ATT LG G2.
I see several mentions of the LG Update Center in the settings tab to update LG specific apps. However, I can't locate it on the AT&T version.
Does anyone know how I can go about update some of the LG apps then? Does the ATT version have this app hidden somehow?
Thanks.

no the update center you are talking about should be lgsmartworld and it is usually in international and Korean variants, there should be a thread sharing it somewhere on xda check the g2 themes and apps section
I thought I looked in that section already and couldn't find it. I'll search again.
I found the apt, but that doesn't look like the one that allows you to update the LG specific applications. It just takes me to the LG marketplace. I've seen the 'Update Center' even on the Sprint version. It's in the setting area and allows the update to these LG specific applications.
This is what I'm looking for? From the Sprint version - > System settings > System updates > Update LG software. That doesn't exist on ATT version.

[Q] How do I change the baseband version on my Galaxy S5?

Hi,
I've just found out that my baseband version is for the Taiwanese market (G900IZTU1BOA1).
How can I change the baseband version to G900IDVU1ANE1?
I need it to be changed, as I otherwise can't use NFC here in Australia.

The baseband version should have nothing to do with the ability to use NFC.

Hi AMoosa, this was on the Westpac Mobile Payments site:
How do I set up mobile payments on my mobile?
On your Westpac Mobile Banking App home screen, tap the ‘Pay’ button and follow the screen prompts to set up your eligible cards for mobile payments
For the Samsung Galaxy S5, you will need to have the latest version of the 'Android KitKat' firmware on your phone. You can find out by checking the 'Baseband version' field in the 'About device' options in your phone 'Settings'
For ‘Pay’ to be enabled on your Samsung Galaxy S5, this 'Baseband version' must be 'G900IDVU1ANE1'
This new Android KitKat firmware was made available for Samsung Open, Optus, Telstra and Vodafone Galaxy S5 devices from Tuesday, June 10th 2014
If your Galaxy S5 does not currently have the 'G900IDVU1ANE1' version of the 'Android KitKat' firmware, check the 'Software update' section in the 'About device' options in your phone settings.
There's 2nd massive list of firmware to download here

Just use one of them.

Update Unlocked AT&T Galaxy S4 to Lollipop with inactive account

I'm trying to update my unlocked Samsung Galaxy S4 that I got from AT&T when I was on their network a while back. Since I'm no longer with AT&T, and after attempting to update a few times I realized that I'd have to have an active account with AT&T in order to receive the OTA updates. I also tried Samsung Kies, but no luck (it's absolutely useless when it comes to firmware updates, I'm not sure why samsung even puts it out there).
Is there another way to update my device without going the whole custom rom update route (i.e. rooting the device, ODIN etc).

Try the "Verizon Software Updater" (VSU) program... You should be able to update it easily.
To find the VSU:
1. Connect your phone to a PC/Mac via USB.
2. Change the "USB Mode" to "Software Installation".
3. Launch the EXE file that you see (on your phone) on your PC & complete installation.

Internet Icon Missing after U Firmware

I put the U firmware on my ATT S7 but have noticed the Internet Icon is No Place to be found, even in Applications. So how do I get it??
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sec.android.app.sbrowser
edit: saw this question in the u firmware thread. the samsung browser doesn't actually come installed on any of the phones. you've got to seek it out on verizon, att, whatever.
