I have a Dell streak running stock 2.1 but fro some reason i cant pair with my Sennhesiser bluetooth headphones to phone anymore
is there a fix or can i check if something missing .
the phone is rooted & has titanium backup
but being to android not too sure what im looking for
so any help will be greatly appriecated

i am total novice so pardon me if i ask some stupid question =s
I am using Vodafone V1605 with standard rom 1.20.161.6
i have been trying since ages to pair my bluetooth stereo headset (SAMSUNG SBH-100) with my V1605 but phone doesnt find the headset when i search for bluetooth devices.
do i need to upgrade rom or something or what is the actual problem, can anyone help me Please!

I hate to ask the obvious, but did you put your headset into discovery mode?

No. First make sure your headset is in Pairing MODE. Usually the led will be ON solid or BLINKING very fast. Some have a different color to show if they are in PAIRING MODE. Then turn on the phones bluetooth and add a new paired device. If it does not show up then either the headset is not in pairing MODE or it is not working properly. Hope this helps you.

Alright I need someone to save my life. I'm not having the skipping problem... I just cant seem to get any music at all to play on my BT. I have been searching for what seems like forever and need a little push in the right direction. I have already downloaded the Pocket Player 2.8 (but i may need the 3.0... not sure).
Here are my specs:
WM5
AT&T 8525
Jabra BT8010
Nothing playing through BT headset
Could someone help? If there is a thread for this, I would love the link in the right direction! Thank you so much!

thank you for this link... but i need a little help on the download. I'm a newbie of 2 weeks for this phone and so I'm still trying to learn how to downlaod everything properly on the phone. Do you know if i just tkae the cab file, drag and drop it into my root directory in the active sync? After that, what do I do?

Okay... so I figured out how to download it but that didnt work either... im still getting music to my handset and not the BT.
Any other suggestions?
**ahem** so... for those of you that have maybe been trying to figure out how to get the jabra to play music without have to install all that a2dp crap... I figured it out. It's dumb... lol. Just go into your bluetooth settings hold down on the device you are using and "set as wireless stereo"... it works... and it works great.

I have recently bought the Parrot Minikit bluetooth speaker but it seems that there is something wrong with connection between it and the touch cruise.
pairing is performed with no issues but when i want to make a call it RANDOMSY sometimes transfer audio yo the Parrot minikit but sometimes it does not and the call stays in the phone (which of course makes me unable to hear...)
I really do not know what to do. i have tried several ROMs and several Radios (including the original ones) but it seems the problem is consistant with all of them.
Please of anyone knows if there is someway to solve this problem make some bluetooth patch to the polaris or an alternative bluetooth stack i can install that may help ... or any other suggestions...

Having some bt issues, and was wondering if anyone has a bt mod that ups the power to the xmitr.
Have a bt3030 headset that I love, but since the update, it will randomly loose connection for media only, and I'm trying to figure a fix.
If you think that I'm going the wrong direction, ideas welcome.

don't doubt us were good people at xda well if its the rom that's making your Bluetooth head set not work i suggest rooting i know you cant tell if its the phone or the headset so go ahead and put a rom on it if that dosent fix it unroot the device than or downgrade back to 1.6 and than unroot good luck bro if all else fails try to send your headset back
Hi, recently shifted to AOKP ICS Built#29 through Overcome as instructed. But facing a problem connecting to my Bluetooth headset (in spec written Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR). The tab is being able to locate any other devices such as Nokia Handsets, laptops but can't find the headset. I was using the same headset with the same tab without any prob previously but of course it was then with Froyo 2.2. Can anyone pls help on this issue? Thanks in advance.

and often use nokia bh 505, sony mw600 and motorola eq5 bluetooth headset/speaker with no problem. Never had some in the past too.
All work like a charm: play/pause, next, previous, calling...
Did you do a full wipe.? I'm using, humberos kernel 20120410 wich is include in the build.
For a while now, i always perform full wipe when i change build, like that all rocks.
I bought titanium pro, restoring is automatic, and in 3 minutes, all my apps are restored!
