i can't install .exe filles on my htc hd2, it's said that the hotfix is not compatible with my device. why?
rom 1.66.707.1

Because most of the hotfixes available are already in the 1.66 ROM.

StarHub WWE can flast to SEA WWE?

my htc touch hd is rom StarHub WWE , can i Flash the rom to SEA WWE?

yes u have to first flash olinex hspl 1.56 then flash any other wwe roms, am too having starhub touch hd from singapore but right now am in india.
