I've seen plenty of threads in which the Sense lockscreen is made transparent, but I was wondering if there is a background file for the actual unlock pattern screen that I could replace with a transparent png or something.
I noticed that froyo and cyanogen both have a transparent background, but not Sense. I already searched all of the previous threads and found nothing on this.
I still want to stay with Sense, so don't tell me to just switch to a different ROM.
I'm running the liberated ROM.

Hey all, been searching for day's now to no avail. I have changed from the at&t wallpaper to one of the stock available wallpaper that came with the phone "Smoke" , but it seems more than just a wallpaper because not only does the wallpaper change it changes the slider, clock, and all icons on the touch flow bar on the home (today screen) which I like much. The problem is that as soon as I slide away from the home (today screen) postion It reverts back to the at&t wallpaper and theme on all other screens and tab. The Smoke theme stays for a half second then it seems that it is over ridden by the at&t theme. Is there a way to make the "Smoke" theme stay for all screen, tabs and fully turn off the at&t theme with possibly a reg edit? The "Smoke" theme seems to be there but over ridden.

You need to search the HD Wall thread. It explaines exactly what you need to do in the first couple of posts. It is a very long continuous thread with tons of custom wallpapers. Just do a little reading and you will find it in there.

Also I've heard that the actual quality (how the screens look) isn't that great with HDWALL. Well thanks, I will educate myself to the HDWALL app and see what I come up with. Thanks
Pragmatically, how does Sense set the Lockscreen background? If you look at the code in HtcLockScreen.apk => /res/layout/htc_keyguard_screen_lock.xml the background is set as transparent. Does anyone know what call or function I can use to change this pragmatically?
Look in the droid eris themes forum for transparent lock screen.

I am currently running MCR r8 and have already added supercircle F white text and coloured icons by fightspit.
I have seen various expresso and espresso mods with new launchers and even some with straight lockscreen and ringer bars but all seem to change so many other things.
Is it possible for someone to make a straight sense lockscreen, straight sense ringerbar (for incoming calls) and how about straightening the sense launcher including the homescreen indicator?
I am not good enough yet to do all of this myself (only recenly created and signed my first update.zip to sort battery and icons) so would very much appreciate someone taking up the challenge.
I have attached my current update.zip for the mods already installed.

Hi I'm looking for an expresso bar mod for my desire, and so far have not been able to find one, wondered if anyone can point me in the direction of one, if one exists that is, and yes I have used the search feature extensively.
The problem is I'm looking for one that just changes the bar on the home screens and a matching straight lockscreen bar, not too bothered either way about the notification screen, but don't want to change any icons on the notification bar as I have already used the circle battery mod, and would like it to stay the way it is, also needs to be for a 2.09 rom base, and no colour mods, I wan't the button press colour to stay at the standard green, not bothered wether it's skinned in the black or carbon either.
Would be very grateful for this indeed, been looking for one for months on and off now.
search for 'BrightSilence Espresso' and you'll find one of the best ones (IMO) or failing that you could use HElauncher from the market as there is a Slate theme, which is basically Espresso but no Sense Widgets...so it depends what you wanna do really

The first home screen in this post is this really nice, clean and minimalist theme I just can't seem to get. I have no idea how to remove the status bar on the homescreen, what specific widget is at the bottom and how he got the lock screen so basic. Sure, the post lists 4 apps that were used but that does basically nothing for people trying to recreate the look. Nothing in the comments section and I've also tried searching that user (AVEEUX) on here and that person has one post and it wasnt related to this theme. I've also tried to google search the preview image but no luck. Anyone got any info on recreating that clean white theme?

I believe the widget is custom made using the KWGT app. The status bar can be hidden with Nova.
And C Locker I assume is a lockscreen replacement?
Anyway. You can't download the whole theme, you will have to recreate it yourself.
