Hi - while charging the phone with stock 2.1 or Froyo there is a current battery percentage visible - can this be enabled to show current battery % permanently?
+1 on this, would be nice to have it

Hi all,
One of the things that annoys me about the S200 is that the battery indicator, when charging, doesn't show the actual charge level (but instead, cycles through 20/40/60/80/100)
So, if I want to check the charge level of the phone, I have to disconnect, and then (if it is not charged enough), reconnect.
Is there any tweak that would get it to display actual charge? (All my previous WinMo phones - even going back 8 years - behaved this way)
Thanks

Check out this App. I use it and i love it. It shows a battery line and can show percentual state of battery.

Hi!
I'm trying this on Arto's 2.8 (Manila) ROM and it doesn't appear to do anything at all... are you using a Manila or non-Manila ROM?
Also, it isn't clear from the description if it will display battery level accurately while charging.. can u confirm it's behaviour?
BTW Arto's ROM already includes a mod to show battery to 1% accuracy (but while charging it only shows a charging icon - and battery settings cycles 20/40/60/80/100).
I think the issue is not in the displaying app, but some means to change how the phone reports the battery level to software (perhaps a reg mod or driver mod)

forgett this app
my mistake. batti only shows % steps. this means that the line is cutted in parts (like blocks). sorry no numerical display
Hi guys
I don't know why my phone's battery Icon shows the percentage every 10 percent,
I mean It doesn't show the range of it it just say 10,20,30,40,50,....and so on.
is there any solution?
I have TP2 with wm6.5 official rom.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=527006
im runnin Elegancia GTX by Miri & Steve - WM 6.5.X - V 2.0 FINAL and this version of android http://gamesquare.co.uk/froyo.html (original Froyo ROM)
the battery icon shows the ! as if its at 10% or less and the lock screens reads to connect to charger. the phone can be fully charged and it says this. ive also tested on different battery life percentages before booting and i still get the same icon.
i want to boot in android for most of the time but i also dont wanna be surprised when my phone dies becuz i cant see the battery life correctly
when i look in SETTINGS>ABOUT PHONE>STATUS
the battery life doesnt show a value
maybe i need to rephrase
my battery indicator doesn't show battery life, if anyone knows a thread that has the answer or knows how to fix please help me
again this issue happens once I've launched android, the battery status will always read as if the battery were low
Hi,
In my rom ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=933951 ) I used to have a battery indicator which showed remaining battery in percentage. Now I re installed it and the battery icon shows just remaining battery without number and I cant find settings which would allowe me to change it.
Any suggestions? Thanks!!!

How is this possibile? (mahdri ROM with HellsDoctor kernel)
Have you got halo/lockscreen notif pocket mode enabled? If yes, then that's not strange at all seeing how you don't use your phone much. Those features drains some battery life through systemui.
Does the notification system drain battery even if there isn't any notification?
Can be..because it's always running. And it had high percentage because none other things were using the battery much. If you use your phone more, then screen will definitely used more battery than systemui. I usually get 50-60% for screen. Systemui not much cause I am not using halo/pocket mode. But then, maybe you can try a clean flash. Could be a result of a bad flash too.

Thank you I solved this problem! I switched off the notification on lockscreen and now screen is about 40%.
But my battery life is always very bad... 1% for 1 minute onscreen. Do you think is a battery or a software issue?
Thanks in advance

Nice. Btw, lockscreen notif doesn't drain much. It's the pocket mode in lockscreen notif that is. Try to do a battery recalibration and install better battery stats to see what apps/things that are causing any wakelocks. It's the best way to troubleshoot battery problems.

Any ideas?!?!
I'm at 73% of battery and I have used the phone only for WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or messages for a total of 37minutes.
