Hi
I have a problem using my sony ericsson xperia x10. When i call a number it simply sais that the phone call is shutting down. How to fix this problem, btw the phone is 2 days old!!

I have had the HD for 4 months or so with no real problems other than the usual to expect.
However I had to do a master reset two days ago and have since lost the use of video calling from the handset.
I have narrowed it down to when I was re-patching the phone with the HTC patch for the sliding key which when installed seems to lose this from the phone and also you lose the video calling button from the phone screen which is overlayed with Call His...
Strange.....I had the patch on before this reset with no probs at all.
Anybody else experienced this?
Orange branded phone and all standard rom.
Other than that a great phone
Confirmed it's the hotfix for the sliding thingy from htc which caused the problem. HTC replied my mail. Darn.. have to hard reset to get that video call function back. Looking for apps to backup my SMS...
Strange how the patch may have changed?.....I had it on the phone with no probs since it`s release and then re-patched and the porblem arose.
I use powersms...very good for backing up messages

My friend has HTC Desire HD (me to ) and he doesnt get calls when screen is off. He tried a lot of roms, and the problem is still there.
Maby a hardware problem?
Please help us! he is going to sell his device because of that
In the UK its an Orange thing. It hasn't happened recently, but there would be no indication of an incoming call until a few hours later.
But if the caller immediately tried again, the call would go through.
So I would say it is your service provider and not the phone at fault.

I have a Fido Branded xperia Pro 1251-7365 and i recently tried to unlock my bootloader to start to mod the phone. After using the test point and running s1tool on the phone i had problems making calls out. This would be with wifi on or off data on or off. randomly it would just end the call upon making it. I then paid for a lisence from optimus to unlock the bootloader and i put ics on the phone. the phone is still having the same issue where it will call fail. also when the phone is in this state people cannot call me either. when i play with turning on the wifi and turning it off it calls will randomly start working... im at a loss here.... thanks

Hello. I hope sTengo a problem with a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 with Android 2.3.3. During the time that I have I worked well until one month ago about using the camera I reset the phone and to my surprise it did not work or the loudspeaker and the microphone.
We did everything from checking sound settings to the option of restoring the factory settings to no avail. Until after several attempts by removing the battery again came the sound and microphone.
15 days ago using the program whatsapp again restart the phone from me the same story that I mentioned before. So use the repair method using the Sony PC Companion without any positive results. After several repairs with this program in one of them returned to work.
2 days ago using another program me the same thing happened again. I did everything but without any satisfactory result. Until I opened the phone to see if he had any broken Flex speaker or mic and nothing, still not working.
Until this morning has given me power cycle it again and it worked again. I noticed it took long time to start at the beginning.
All very well until this afternoon I came back to turn it off and on again and it will not.

i´ve got a new zuk z1 since 10 days in germany.
Since yesterday i´ve got some problems (My Version ist: 12.1-YOG4PAS38J):
I have suddenly no reception with my 2 nanosim cards after some hours with the new version. No calling, mobile internet and sms.
(I´ve got reset it, shut it down and start it again, take the airplanemode on and off)
Mein u-touch button is no longer gettin back in apps.
Anyone can help to fix it?
