This guy is working on it, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=847423.

If you do a search on here for "qemu android", you can boot just about anything, as long as you build out the .img file, including windows XP, mac Os, ubuntu, etc, I'm sure you can get it to boot winmo somehow with that

LOL... actually one of the things I love about my HD2 is the ability to use both WinMo and Android. Android is my cool toy side of the phone, while WinMo is my rock solid side when I need the absolute best battery life possible.
The potential of losing the ability to enjoy both worlds is the biggest thing holding me back from upgrading to some of the newer options with 4G/LTE/qHD...blah blah blah

Questions About my Rooted nexus

So I rooted my nexus, and am using cyan's 5. beta4 rom. For anyone who does not know this already, the nexus one doesn't even use half of its 512
ram, and the biggest reason that I had for rooting my phone was definetly the increase in power...
Now here is my question: Now that I have rooted my phone, and have a custom rom, I have been told that I wont be able to recieve a ota at all... What about the flash player that is supposedly going to be available?
I've also found that the easiest way for a noob like myself to root my phone was to go to the unlockr.com and watch the step by step video.
They just dont keep up on the roms like this place does. Can someone please tell me of a rom that uses the ram of the phone the way cyan's does and multi-touch, then after that we can look at customizing the phones, cuz there is no point to any rom that doesn't enable the ram the same way this rom does.

Is it possible to flash a rom if you are running a sdcard ported android system?

I have a touch pro 2...I am running the most recent android build for my touch pro 2. I looked at the system details and its reading that the build is the dream aka the g1. Im really feeling the the new sense user interface and as of right now I know there are alot of flashable roms to get the hero's sense ui on the g1.
So is it possible to flash a rom if you are running a ported android build
No, don't even try it. You could permenatly brick your phone. You don't have a G1 theirfore your device has different system requirements.

[Q] [REQ] i Need this and so may you

Okay i need to find a nand rom that meets these requirements
stock froyo 2.2
cm 6.1.1
cwm capabale
and easily moddable
why you ask?
Well I Came Up With A Idea To Put The Samsung UI In a Rom
Havent Seen It Yet And i Love the way it looks (previous iphone user lol)
and i want this done and i have no experience building roms just desgining them

[Q] Ice Cream Sandwich camera issues and other apps

A few days ago I installed Ice Cream Sandwich on my HTC HD2 and here the info I have on my About phone.
model number: `nexus hd2
android version: 4.0.3
baseband version 15.42.50.11U_2.15.50.14
kernel version: 2.6.32.15_tytung_ICS_Beta8
[email protected] #218
mod veresion: unknown
build #: IML74K (nexushd2-icecreamsandwich)
ClockworkMod Recovery v1.3
250 MB partition
I used to have American Android i think that is like Cyanogenmod OS? The main reason why I switched to ICS is to be able to boot my phone straight to Android without having to to turn it on to Windows OS, then do the CLRCAD, HARET process in the Android folder.
I was told to consult a ROM chef because I've been having issues with the ICS camera and I tried installing 2 different cameras just to see how they work, umfortunately they were all slow, crashes and freezing, poor resolution as well. Some issues also with the Facebook and Instagram apps.
I hope somebody can help me with these issues. Is there also another operating system that will enable my HTC HD2 to boot directly to Android but have the same launcher or have the same format as to how the launcher looks like. Can you recommend other cameras to install in order to have better functions and quality.
I hope to hear form you guys. Thanks!
yea the cameras are unstable in ics and jb, but useable sort of, but i dont have any answers to your question, ,
however, just in case you weren't aware,
The main reason why I switched to ICS is to be able to boot my phone straight to Android without having to to turn it on to Windows OS,

there are nand versions of earlier ones, too, there's a nand version of the rom you were already running, if you want. You dont have to go ics/jb, if you are comfortable with gb, there are plenty of very stable, fully working gingerbread roms for nand.
To be honest, even with the term NAND i have little or no knowledge, such terminologies. What can you recommend that I do if i wanna replace ICS OS? and be able to directly boot to Android?
thanks again...
one of the best camera/ video out there is from MIUI & Mokee bot have SD & NAND version. ICS & up still have some issues with our HD2
try the link below it might help.

Best Vanilla/Nexus style ROM for the Note 4 (N910F)

Hi all, I'm trying to find a ROM which is most like untouched standard Android (Like what you'd get on a Nexus device); this sort of ROM used to be referred to as 'Vanilla' but may also be know as Nexus or Google Play Edition.
I played with my friends new Moto X yesterday and the OS was so much faster and responsive than my phone, in my opinion. Furthermore, I prefer the aesthetics of the standard ROM; I know Motorola ROM's aren't completely free of changes but they are certainly a lot more uncustomised than Samsung with all its additions and customisations which I really hate the look of and find my phone gets laggy quickly unless a restart is performed.
I have extensive experience loading custom ROM's but I don't want to have to try all of them, I was hoping you may be able to help me find a ROM which matches my requirements. The addition of S Pen apps/compatibility would be awesome but I can obviously look into adding this myself if the ROM does not natively support it.
Thanks community!

If you just want plain standard nexus type rom them you just want plain cm from the original development section. There are a few versions of cm with added tweaks around as well but cm roms are pretty much only available for the qualcom n4 plus every cm rom will have a couple of bugs

Best ROM threads are banned. What works well for 1 person may not necessarily work well for you, its trial and error my friend.

note 4 910f best stable rom pie
im a newbie can you help please.
Did you find a rom that worked for samsung note 4 n910F marhmallow to pie? blutooth and camera ok?
A shop did this for me they tried twice but though android pie worked when I switched the fone off.. power off from the shutdown menu at end of day.... it wouldnt reastart at all. They gave up and reloaded samung marsmallow again which its running now.
As a newbie id appreciate knowng how and in which order you did this. Im thinking odin on computor, root fone to take nandroid copy twrp
If I end up with the same problem as the shop ie no restart, could I obtain and load an original samsung ver 5 or 6 android, as this would be easier than rooting the fone in order to make a nandroid copy.
THANK YOU !!! april 2020.
