Does anyone here know how to sync music with Itunes keeping all album arts?
Right now I am using the Itunes Agens program to sync and also used Salling MediaSync once.
Both of them sync the music from Itunes, but not the downloaded album arts. They only sync manual album arts.
Is there any method to sync my Itunes songs with the auto-downloaded album arts? Or do I have to add manual album arts to all my songs?
P.S.
I have like 10+ GB of songs so I really dont wanna add album art to them all again...

I am getting my Magic this week and would hate to not have the album artwork after having the album artwork.

there is an app in the market for this. i had the same problem 2 days ago and i stumbled upon it. i think its about $2 but well worth it. i havent loaded a ton of music yet but it worked for all the songs i had on my sd card. the name of the app is "album art grabber".
I know RockOn music player automatically d/l album art if you wanna check it out.

I just found S2P and it's great album art flip feature and realized....I don't have much album art...
Is there an application out there that will download album art for me?
I download conduits pocket player, which does this...but I can't find where it puts the image.

i dont know if you like this its kind of bothersome but i found this thing called mp3tags.what you do is find your music that doent have any art and embed the art into the mp3 yourself.its simple but if you have alot of mp3`s then you may not like it
I use windows media player ( on my computer )... with the old urge program..... and when i right click a song it gives me the option to find the album info on line or insert my own.
it compares your song with a online library and updates it with the full name .... and album cover.
I think i have an automatic option on mine because it seems as if it searches for them automatically when ever I buy new mp3 with out album covers.
once everything is updated just sync it to your phone using windows media and you should be good. All my music is organized, rated, and with full album info.

How do I get album art to appear in the media panel when I browse through my albums?? All my tunes are on a microSD, and each album has a jpg album cover within its folder. WMP can see the album covers, but the SE media panel just shows the default turntable icon.
Any idea's?

I real elsewhere that this is a no - which makes the media panel all but useless for me - I am too used to nav via pics!
Try Kinoma Player (or free player) which does do album-art.

I've got album art appearing on my media panel for just about all my albums, i think the trick is to embed the album art into the MP3s themselves, rather than using an external jpeg image, which is something i did a long time ago for my PSP... looking through my collection the only ones without album art are the albums i have got since i last updated my PSP, so i think that's a fairly safe bet.
sheesh... then I've got to embed my MP3s with the album art one by one? Hmmm... if so guess that's one area where my Touch Pro's media player's better. All I need is the album art named as 'folder.jpg'. Thought it'd work for this as well.

Realized that when playing in Windows Media Player, I can see the album art. Not only that, I can see the chinese font (whereas using the media player panel, all I see are question marks).
When I synced my music collection with WMP, I got to see all the artwork in the media panel, but the playlists themselves are not synced by WMP, which is not handy as I mostly listen to those playlists themselves. Based on some tips, I went to iTunes and synced with Salling Media Sync, which does sync all MP3's and playlists, but now the artwork is no longer shown in the media panel, even though all MP3's files still have the artwork embedded in them. This is strange and annoying: either no artwork or no playlists.
You need to tag your mp3 files correctly use the below program to alter the mp3 tags and embed the album art

If you've got a lot it may take some effort but it's worthwhile.

I have done that. I used that same program to embed all the covers in the MP3 files. Have been working on that for days, but still it doesn't show up in the media panel.
How come all my music has album art when i play all music etc but when it comes to playing songs that are within a playlist the album art doesn't show? Please help it really bugs me!
Playlists
When you use a playlist, there is not one picture that represents the whole album, windows media play on the PC also displays no album are for playlists, I think you are meant to play full albums !!!
oh right i see...bit crap then isn't it. problem solved in touchflo3d tho recognizes playlists and album art...shame bout the ratings mind.

Transferred my music from WMP over to my Nexus and only some have album art.
My album art has been manually added as "cover art" through WMP.
Would I have more success if I manually add the album art in iTunes?
Does anyone have this problem and has found one is better than the other? These are the only two media players I've ever used but have just come back to Windows so could consider WinAmp if anyone knows how that works with the Nexus?

Mate all my itunes music had album art.. i transferred it and its not showing :S only some of it is
Was your album art manually added and embedded into the files or just downloaded via iTunes?
Majority by itunes...
It may not be this ultimate fix and it may or may not work on the nexus(I'm still on G1) but Album Art Grabber in the market works well...until you wipe.

This is the problem.
iTunes stores the album art in a different folder and assigns it to the music when loaded.
It does this ONLY if the artist and album title are completely correct, but does not embed it to the track or folder.
There is a way to assign the album art and EMBED it into each track without having to worry about .jpgs hanging around

how do i fix the unknown artist thing.. and missin album title.. i edit it in itunes but it doesnt change
You mustn't be editing it properly.
Remeber you have to edit the Artist, Album in iTunes but ALSO the track title in windows explorer (iTunes changes the embedded info).
Windows may show UNKNOWN album or artist but in iTunes it will be right.
Make sure you change it all, but it is tedious, but once it's dine it'll never need doing again and no unsightly .jpgs in all your music folders.

Theres a couple for gettin the album art on the market, 'album art grabber' as someone mentioned and 'mp3 tagger' does as well i believe

Ive been trying to get the music album art on my incredible, but Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? I want to so i can use the Album art live wallpaper. I know their are some apps in the market that do this, but they are listed as not working with the incredible. Other apps just display the album art and not download it to the proper directory like I want it to. I use double twist to sync my iTunes library but, won sync the album art. What are some simple ways to get the Music album art on the Incredible?
Download "Album Art Grabber". It automatically grabs album art for every song on your SD card. You can also manually switch each to other possibilities if the one it gives is incorrect. I've been using it for a while and love it

I just downloaded it for my incredible and it is indeed, inedible! It may say it doesn't support it but it does
Edit: ok it def works good but it is a lil slow. Maybe that's because i have 3500 songs lol.

Maybe its not the easiest, but I would embedding album art in your mp3s with a program like mp3tag. I was having problems until I did this. Album art should work across any device or program that supports album art going forward after you take the time to do this.
