In voice commander If i say read SMS it reads my SMS messages outloud to me.... Can I make it do this with pdf's, documents, or E-mails? If so how?

Don't know if thats possible with voice commander. but 'Flite' reads txt documents back to you, and is quite clear. Its free see here http://www.freewareppc.com/multimedia/flite.shtml
Hi, I'm currently using MS Voice Command which is amazing.
I was wondering if there is a program that could read me my sms messages or even better also dictate what I want to sms?
