everybody,i meet a problem.when i look at the HD screen carefully in a very near distance(about 5cm),I can find some special pots in the screen.they can be found in different place depended on the different angle of view.but these pots could be disappeared if i change the angle of view a little. And when i look at the screen in a normal distance(such as 15cm),i can't find any special pots, all are good.Someone tell me it is normal, the pots i found is the pots in touchscreen. But I don't know they right or wrong, can anyone help me?
By the way ,even i close the phone,i also can find many pots below the screen sometimes.
does anyone have the same problem?
Are the 'pots' spaced at regular intevals?
I can only assume you are referring to dots that are used by the touch screen sensors. These are spaced at regular intervals (like squares) right across the screen and are perfectly normal

thanks, the dots are spaced at regular intervals really.yesterday i checked the touch pro and aslo found them in the screen. But the dots in HD are more obvious than in pro.
it's just called paranoia.
Don't worry much about it, if it prevents you from using your device then you should be worried.
when i click the the right (down) corner of the 10.1 tab to pop up the control panel (wifi, rotation, etc), it will also bring the whole right side of screen a smear of shadow/darkness , kind of like some visual effect associated with the control panel poping up..
is this normal? it really bothers me...
The one I returned did that so I'm guessing its normal...I can tell you tomorrow if my new one does.

I hate this effect. Way over done.
It threw the first time I saw it. Actually think it's hot.

Hello! you have to set the RGB their "moto g4". Putting green, blue and red with the same values and go only decreasing the green. It may be the " ex kernel manager" or the link of the application. Follow the example of my setup in the video.

No idea about non rooted phones... if you have not unlocked your bootloader I suggest to you to send your phone to service. If you already unlocked your bootloader... root it and install ex kernel manger (you don't need to install the kernel)
Please be consistent for the sake of the title. Is this a screen BURN-IN or a screen discoloration. IF its discoloration, you can manipulate the RGB values to get what you want. But with burn-in, the damage is permanent. No matter what you change, those pixels will stay the same.
So question to the OP, what did you mean?
For me the screen burn is temporary, still very annoying.

Hello, on the V10 there was the ability to change the amount of time a notification displayed on the second screen. such as a text. Using a shortcut to the "sign board" app. Does anybody know of any way to increase the notification display time on the v20?
Thanks!

See details in this tread.
"Also inside SignBoard Test/Notification Config
The length of time the second screen displays notifications can be adjusted permentally until you change it." near bottom of OP.

Only for the V10, not the V20
Sent from my LG V20 using XDA Labs
Garrr.. Thanks. It would be great be able to to lengthen the display time by about 3 seconds. Appreciate it if you have found a way to make that happen if would share!
