hw 6915 changing language to englisch by registry edition

If you have hw6915 localizet by mui files you can tray changing language by editing system registry.
1. Instal on your device some registry editor.
2. Make backup of whole registry before you change enytching .
3. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\MUI
4. Change dword of "Enable" from "1" to "0"
5. Soft reset your device.
I need help to develop this method by changing names of system folders (Start menu, Programs, My Documents etc.) and Start menu items to englisch by editing registry. It could by very easy method to change language to englisch witchout flasching roms.

Regardless of your rom language you can always take English fonts from your home computer and dreg them into your pocket at windows/font dir
You can also assign them to the OS menus using 3prt app like sk-tools spb-tips& tricks … (any tweak app )
You can also assign manually if you lookup at this site for the specific location
I recommend using the trial period of any tweak app
Please backup your device before any attempts

Im veryinterested in changing the languege of my hw6945, to spanish. And this method sounds way safer then a rom flash wich has being imposible for me, anytips?

Changing program default icons?

Is there a way to change the default icon associated with a program on WM6?

so do i have to move the exe file into desktop, change icon, and move back?

You don't have to change the icons in the programs you can insted make a dll with icons and add to the links of the program.
so the link if opened with notepad would look something like this 98#"\Windows\cool_app_look.exe"?icon.dll,-46

you can also edit the icons in .exe with reshack

a good program is manilla customiser v0.8 which allows you to change separate elements of the TF3D interface (clocks, icons, curtains, sliders + a few other things). This program can be found here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=437420

I don't use the TF3D but I would still want to customize the folders icon (start menu/programs).
As it is now the only icons I have are the [games] and [office mobile] icons (icon.ink file). Ive tried to import the icon.ink file from my Glofiish X500+ but when I transfer them they don't work anymore...
Any suggestions?

i am useing SK Shortcut Manager to do this.

and the .lnk file doesn' t work if it is transferd to another device for a simple reason.the icon itself is stored in .dll file or in .exe file.you would have to transfer those files to.if you are interested PM me and i will upload my .dll files with icons.

How To Change the system font size Windows Mobile /6.5 or 6.5.xx ?

Can you be more specific? do you have an issue?
The regular text font size is in settings >> system >> screen >> text size

I am on World Wide English (WWE) 3.14.405.2 (v6.5 - latest official ROM for HD2)
and I do not have the Screen icon. Nothing corresponding to Screen application in the file system.
Would you know a registry modification to modify the text size?

How To Edit Default Android System App Icons (Clock, Calculator, etc.)? PKM Format

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to edit my TouchWiz theme, but I've a problem... Some system files like the clock, calculator, settings have not .png format for the icon, but pkm format and I can't edit them. I would like to change all my system icons, but it's not possible... Example with the Clock APK: http://prntscr.com/9kmnse
I found the default icon for the clock, but I can't change it. Someone can help me with that? I'm rooted on the g900f
