Is there a way to turn the device on from standby with other than the power on/off (standby) button? If it's possible by using AEBUTTON+ ,what are the settings? For example I would like to switch on when i press (or press and hold) the volume buttons.

Anyone know if it is possible to control the power button (top button). I dont wont my PDA go to power save mode if a user press the top button while running my app.

2°) I use the 1st button to run the freeware Screen Toggle (http://www.pocketpcfreeware.com/fr/index.php?download=1415)
because i want a ON/OFF with the same button #1 (no undesired ON in the pocket).
But it is no possible, only the power button do a ON, and the power button do a stop with the GPS.
Have you a solution ?

I would change the Standby Button (Power Button) to another Button!
I have successful did that when i press the other button it goes to Standby ok!! When i press the Button again nothing happend!!
so i can only switch to Standby and do not deactivate the standby with another button??

The power button, and all the physical buttons for that matter, should last you far longer than the device itself will be supported by Dell.
If you are worried about the life of the screen on/off button, just create a shortcut on the home screen to turn the screen off. That's what I did...you'll
only need the power button to power the screen on, not off, using 1/2 of the time.
Hi guys, is there anyway I can change the behaviour of the power button? Ideally what I'd like it to do is act as a 'Home' button on single press, screen lock on a short hold (or double tap, or tap while on home screen) and shut down on long press.
Is that possible?
