How to get the four fancy shortcut-buttons I see on some pictures?

On some pictures I see 4 ¨large icons at the bottom of the HTC UI. Assuming it is shortcuts, I would very much like to have them, but I dont know how. I downloaded the TD 2 Tools program, which also have the "Enable Programs Tab", but I dont know if its the same. Anywho, when trying to enable it has always removed the tick in the box when I apply settings and restart my device.
To put it short: Is it possible to get the shortcut icons, and how?

"Knock on" feature MISSING!!

Hi,
My "Knock on" feature has been working with my "CloudyG2 2.2 RX-Edition" since i installed it.
Without no changes, Knock on feature stops working!
I have researched a lot of things, but nothing:
- Hidden menu -> Upgrade firmware touch
- Install another kernel (Bruce)
Weird thing, "Knock Code" works perfectly well!!! And another weird thing, if i go to "settings-general-gestures", "Knock on" feature is missing, it does not appear....
I am frustrated with this issue, as I use Knock on a lot...
Can you help me?

Greyed out sound options on Sound tab on WPTweaker when chosen "None"

Hey
Is there anyone here that's jailbroken/Interop Unlocked their phone and is using WPTweaker? I wanna get some help to those that's familiar on this issue, I disable some of the options there at Sounds tab on accident, I chosen None as an option not knowing I'm not able to reenable it again. Especially on some important sounds options like on Notifications. It’s a dumb mistake. It's greyed out for some reason, and that shouldn't how it behave when you chosen None. Can somebody tell me how to fix this. Tapping Restore tweaks won't work on this tab?

What is this new "person" button on my navigation bar?

Does anyone know what this button is?

It doesn't seem do anything when I tap, hold, or slide it.
How do I get rid of it?

I think it's "accessibility button", when I enable settings -> accessibility -> visibility enhancements -> magnification -> tap button to magnify, then it activates screen magnification. Still looking for a solution to remove that button.

Ok, found it. It's "aodNotify - Lighting effect" app. Once disabled accessibility service, the button disappeared.
