Hi folks. Got my orange Touch HD and got a couple of questions/problems with manilla.
1. The appointments no longer show in the calendar block of the home screen. I have many appointments in the day but none show at all now.
2. How do I skip tracks in the music tab? Up/Down swipes change the album playing and left/right changes manilla tabs.
Any help please?

I was wondering if it would be possible to make it on the TF3D tab so that a finger swipe went to the next / previous album and the buttons on the screen make it go through tracks (like they currently do) on the screen??
Any ideas _manila editors??

I am a smartfone newbee, I got my HD today, got most things set up OK, but cannot get my apointments to show on the homescreen.
have gone into Today, appearance is set to HTC Black if I go to Items the only one ticked is TouchFLO 3D I have tried ticking some of the other boxes then OK but othing changs. If you go back into today only the one box is ticked again. the move and option buttons are gryed out.
Anyhelp would be appeciated.
Touchflo3D replaces the today screen, so when it's active you can't have any other option running in the list of today items. If you want to customize the today screen in a more traditional way, start by disabling Touchflo 3D and soft-reset your phone.
hm ... isnt it possible to customize tf3d via mod so i can add appointments to my today-screen?
if its possible, which mod do i need?
There shouldn't be any need to modify the Tf3D screen.
I have several appointments daily showing on the Home Screen.
To see the remainder, all you do is finger swipe Up.

Beards - I'm inpressed by the fact that you can finger-swipe up and see more of your appointments. TouchFlo will only display 2 current appointments and 1 all-day event. How do you get it to display more appointemnts, then?
Your answer will no doubt please loads of HD users who face this same problem.

Absolutely nothing..... I've just sat here generated 1 test appointment for today, 3 test appointments for tomorrow and an all day event tomorrow.
All 5 show up on my Home Screen.

i actually meant tasks not appointments ....
afaik its not possible with the tf3d home screen ... unfortunately
but about appointments ...
where can i set a all-day event?
and why are only appointments of today being displayed?
of today and tomorrow. to make all day appointment check settings when making a new one
That works for the following day, but won't look beyond. That is the real issue.
I had a plugin on my TYTN2 that would show appointments up to seven days, cant remember what it was called....

Maybe installation of SecondToday and TodayAgenda app is an option for you.Then you can switch between TF3D screen and a traditional todayscreen(SecondToday)with all appointments and tasks(TodayAgenda).
You can customize it for your special needs!

I want to see the 5 next upcoming appointments in my TouchFlo Home screen, instead of showing the appointment a few days before the event itself?
So even if my next appointment is (for example) in December, it will show up the event & date under my TouchFlo Home Clock tab.
I hope someone can help me

Hi, I have searched hi and low for a solution to this problem, I only get 1 Appointment Reminder on the Home and Lock Screen. Had a XDA Orbit 2 previously which showed up coming appointments. Slide2Lock also showed up coming appointments.
Can't be leave I am the only one not satisfied with only seeing 1 Reminder

No that won't work the Sense GUI needs to be tweeked the Sense overrides the Standard Windows TODAY . Cheers

You can now have 4 appointments on home tab:

Those two Home layouts are quite good, but I have an Work Exchange email setup which requires a Lockscreen and password (PIN) to use the phone. I actually don't want to disable PIN unlock as I understand the reason it's imposed.
This means currrent key presses with the above mods are - Tap power button - Slide padlock - Enter 4 PIN numbers - Tap padlock - Swipe screen (8 keypresses) all to see my appointments.
IF we had ability to show, say, 5 appointments on lockscreen, it would be just 1 keypress (tap power button) to see them.
Simples No?

did think you linked to maxmanila, which is a little too bloated for me, but that tweak is actually pretty nice ... ^^

Can anyone make a tweak to get three thumbs in a row - horizontally - (instead of two) on the Manila internet shortcut tab ?
(I already know the tweak to get more than 10 thumbs, but this only work with two by two vertically).
