I wouldn't be HTC Home as that is not an HTC phone. Most likely it's an ASUS plugin (much like the LG and HTC versions).

there are arrows at the left and right side of the plugin !

That's very impressive. I like how they did the coverflow as well.

I'll post the theme tonight or tomorrow cuz I'm busy now. It's made for batterystatus/rltoday/ultimatelaunch

Do They mean tha taps? How they are kinda inset and ordered in that strip? i think I had seen a video of the TD2 like that. Though my TD2 has the standard tabs. Seeing as that video is from WMC it could just be the skin they had for the show.

I suppose its something that can be made if anyone knows how to edit the manila files. I'm currently porting over the "neon" theme which should be ready in a few days.

To answer your questions....
No, it is not a theme.
To make your homescreens have this look and feel you will need launcherpro (for a custom dock and dock icons) and desktop visualizer for everything else. Desktop visualizer allows you to place shortcuts on your homescreen and also allows you to give the shortcuts any kind of icons you want, like jpg and png files. So basically you would be able to use a picture as an icon. You can find threads about this all over the forum, specifically the android theme section.
