I have a great idea. Now how about you learn how to programme and then write the required software and once you get it working and fully tested you will have to keep it updated and fix every issue within an hour. and once you prove the software is really as good as you said it would be you can donate $10 to yourself!

I will pay any cook $50 USD to make me a rom for my tmobile wing rom that is extremely small with a lot of storage and must look like the Open Touch diamond lite in the herald forums without the the flat top and bottom bar and with out that menu thing at the bottom of his (on the today screen) and also should contain all the apps he has and none of the bugs like freezing up when u start an exe and the prob where u cant retrieve ur sms, Also if someone makes this and something is missing or not working i wont pay for it until it is fixed then, when im satisfied u will receive 50 Usd through paypal

Hey, guess what, no one get paid to cook anything. We do it all in our free time....because it's a hobby, and we liketinkering around in ROMs.
Besides, this is a group effort - there's no way anyone is going to get stuff right the first time. We don't control the source, and the only way we fix is by trying..trying and trying.

Donation: contribution: a voluntary gift (as of money or service or ideas) made to some worthwhile cause.
So what if he does not donate? It's voluntary, not some obligation that must be fulfilled. He's free to do whatever he wants.

Ok bro i will help.. I have submitted a movie to youtube but i guess they didn't like it.. It was for peeps like you.. I made it super super detailed.. But nope!! lol.. lol fo sho on that.. ya i'm pretty chill but i do get a lil pissed every now and then.. but i am more then willing to help no matter how hard and stressful it can be.. i had to read everything here at least 3 times to make sure i understand.. but thats ok.. i destroy everything i try.. i just wanna really make it an easier experience for ppl... ill go out of my way for others if i can.. its just sometimes i get excited and do dumb little things.. like my lil xml. file fix lol!! ya.. totally forgot about the diff skins and vers.. lol.. just wanted to help.. for awhile there i was editing a bunch of xml. stuff so i got pretty good at that.. can't cook a rom thou.. tried and i can't get passed dumping the other rom lol!! o well. not meant to be lol!!

I believe "We are wating where is new projects about it build. somebody work" can be read as "Is somebody working on a project with 23034?".
I really don't see where the word "now" is used or even implied.
Sometimes people just aren't fluent with English and are trying their best. It is hard enough to speak or write in a new language as it is, let alone take note of all the formalities.
The new rom is good. but, I hope it is stable and fast.
also the language part is very important to me..... because I am from Taiwan....
