They're not supposed to be in cab files. Do you have pocketcm on your phone?

i know but there was a pocketcm wm7 skin that was posted and it was posted in cab form...
but anyway - i just have to drop the folder in the subdirectory right ??
Great job on this skin!!!! Only one request. Can you make the SMS threaded? I tried to use it but I only see my side of the conversations, not what the replies were....

The conversations work fine in mine.
I have been searching all over, first I love this skin, but I was wondering what settings would need to be changed for the alphabet index response area to be bigger and be able to use the selection and scrolling from the left side of the screen? I don't need the actual bar moved just the ability of use on the left hand side. I'm left handed and in order to scroll I have to dig into the right side of the screen so much my hand covers the letter label. any help would be appreciated.

Great skin, thank you. I have been playing with his and i have one comment on this skin. Sometimes some of my contact disappear. When i restart PCMContacts they are back. And that goes on and on. Not the same contacts but it differs. Any thought on this?

I wanted to share something back with the community, so here's a new "skin" for JPLDialer_VistaII by JPL4.
I've created images to overwrite the default images in the JPLDialer_VistaII installation to get a working version of my mock-up below. I'm doing it this way since I don't know of another way to do it, but I'm all ears if there is a better way?

i like it.... very very nice and clean looking
Really like the JPLDialer_VistaII on PaulyA.com, but I wasn't thrilled about the grass image as it didn't fit right with the PocketCM contacts list I like so much, so, I designed a graphic "skin" to overwrite all of the graphics installed with JPLDialer_VistaII. Pauly A did all the work on the dialer, this is just cosmetic. All of the graphics are included.
1.) First install the "JPLDialer_VistaII by JPL4": http://www.paulya.com/dialerskins.htm
2.) Send the zip file below to your phone and unzip all of the images into your Windows directory (overwriting the files already there, I've named then the same). (Alternate to browse to the Windows directory on your phone when connected to your pc and overwrite the images that way instead).
3.) Do a soft reset. Ready to roll!

that is really nice, great work man, i use http://www.paulya.com/dialerskins.htm this website every now and then to get skins from plus they are all free.....
I hope Paulya doesn't mind but I put the bitmaps together into a new JPLDialer cab to make the install easier. The dialer and the bitmaps are excellent.

redial issue
if i open up the dial pad, and a number is at the top, if i hit the talk button or the hard button to dial from the phone, the phone will not dial the number. I am forced to hit call history then press dial from that menu. Any idea how to fix this issue. I am using a Mogul. Any help would be great
The redial and 911 functions do not work with this dialer. Can someone double check this? I am using a Sprint Mogul.
As in I can't dial 911??? Some one really should look into that.
P.S. Love the look of this dialer. But I suppose 911 should be an option!
Yeah, when you dial 911, the dialer freezes...which is kind of a really bad thing!!
Been a while since I've been able to check back here.
No 9-11 dialing? What? I just tried it on my 8525 (Windows Mobile 5) and it went right through. Not sure why it wouldn't work for you? I know this dialer doesn't use the smart dialer, but I didn't like that in the first place, I doubt that would be the issue for you?

I'm going to make a new variation on this one, more of a black based theme, less blue this time. After using this for a while, I've noticed that I would rather see more variation in the button on / off states, especially outside on a sunny day. I'll post it here when it's complete!

The att one on the left is the current one I have which is the closest thing but very hard to use while driving and running around, which I got from PhilD41
I just changed the all the buttons to invert when they are pressed down where his only inverted the number and you couldn't see it under your finger while pressing it. If someone can just create one I can skin it myself, I just need a base to put them on. Thanks.

You just need flash 7, dial a number and press the green button...
oh, the EXE exports the data to the storage card, so I guess you need one too...
But i can make a version that exports to a automatic temp folder managed by you system.

I use a german rom wm2003 rom for my magician. There is probably a difference between the folder names: the storage card is called Speicherkarte for example.

Install a softkey app that will change those..
this looks exactly like PocketCM, but costs $20. Why would anyone use this?
Cause FunContact has more Options! Language Support and so on...
Also it'll be linked to other Programs from VITO...For example you open funcontact and open a contact...there is a sms button..when you press it, VITO sms-chat is starting!
And Pocket CM doesn't support Korean language.
I like this skin for the history where is says which type of call it is outgoing, incoming or missed on the right side not left.

This is an old review but i prefer that skin.
I would also like to see some custom skins for this appy. Preferably one that does not have that annoyingly long splash screen when the app launches and is maybe more vista or diamond styled.

1. It may LOOK like PocketCM, but it's more stable (on my phone anyway).
2. If people want to fork out $20 (or in my case, $40, since I bought the suite), it's our friggin' business.

Instructions:

2. Download my modified TF3D file.
3. Disable ThrottleToday in Start>Settings>Personal>Today>Items.

5. Go back to settings and enable ThrottleToday.
6. Enjoy!

How did you change your windows logo on the start menu I like yours about 100000 times more than the normal one
I actually use Garmin's roms. You can ask him how to change the logo. I think it's a png file attached to a .dll

How to install:

- copy provided shellres.192.dll to your \Windows dir with TotalCommander or Resco, overwrite when prompted
- reboot
If something goes wrong or you want to restore default dll:
- rename \Windows\shellres.192.dll to shellres.192.dll.old with TotalCommander or Resco
- reboot
- delete shellres.192.dll.old
I'm not assuming any responsability about this hack or your devices

I agree with tha, I will try, but I don't think is possible
this is a standard replacement for windows cursors image, there are only bmp and bmp doesn't support transparency. Other programs (i.e. marshall cursor) can handle format as png but take control over the waiting process replacing it but at memory cost and more possibilities to misfunction
the only chance for me is to find a color that winmobile use as alpha even in bmp format. Can you point me to one of these transparent cursor thread?
The .DLL file is read only. How can i replace it with the one you have?
