[problem] screen keep dis-align very often.

hi.. recently, i feel that i need to re align my xdamni screen very often. it kind of annoying me, coz i coudlnt make a precision point when touching the letters (when makin sms, etc) so need go to setting-screen and do screen align.. after just 1-2 days, it happend again~!
i havve pocket breeze 5 in my today screen.. and wizbar advance (not desktop) only.

no i have not received any reply with solution about this problem yet. do u play games or open applications alot? i suspect the maybe that caused the off alignment screen problem. what do u think? any1 have the same problem??

I've been searching for solutions and making my own test.
- Turning the screen (to Landscape) make the dis-align come sooner.
- This dis-aligment is different in grade from top to bottom of the screen.
- With a HR and a New ROM, a little better (I had 1.11 now 1.12 on spanish)
- And now a good thing WITH WISBAR ADVANCE 2 AND WISBAR DESKTOP IS ALMOST DISAPPEARED:
I've been making my Today's screens on WAD and I realized there was almost no dis-align , and I'm about 2 days without any re-align!!!
Also I made a screen turn (dis-align a bit) and then return to Portrait and is ok again.

hmm strange.. as i said in 1st post, i am using wisbar advance 2 at the moment. i tried wisbar desktop for couple of day but then unistalled it. now, i suspect that dis-aligned problem could be because of WAD. as far i remember, i didnt have this problem before i install WAD and playing wit it.
oh, btw, iam using ROM 1.12 english.

I also have the same problem with my pda2k i dont think it has to do with software. I think there is something wrong with the hardware. mine kept to be going out of align every day on the left part of the screen and when i was squeezing the lcd using my thumb it was becoming ok (for a while)...
i was so pissed of of that problem because i mate asked me to send the phone to dubai from Greece where i live , in order to get it fixed. But of course i am afraid to send it so far because it might get lost - stollen ...
so i bought a qtek 9090 which has service centers in greece!!
By the way, at the time speaking i have my imate in my drawer without sim card (8 days now) and the screen has no problems at all!!
So there are 2 possible causes for the out of align
1. when there is not sim card installed it makes the cpu work less
2. when we put the phone in our pocket or carrying case the lcd is being pressed (especially from the zone belt clip) thus it keeps going out of align.

SPV M3100 Auto-lock timeout

Hello all, long time reader - first time poster. I have an SPV M3100. It's brilliant, but I have two issues. I've searched extensively, but can't locate info about them, so I have put them here for some nice person to help me with . I have split them across two threads, for ease of searching.
Issue: Auto-lock timeout
I used to have an SPV M2000, whereby I had the lock timeout set to 0 minutes. The password screen would then only come up only when I turned the phone on out of standby. However, with the SPV M3100, I set the time-out to 0 minutes and it locks itself after being idle for 1 minute. Is it possible to make the SPV M3100 only show the password screen when I (or a radio event) bring it out of standby? Thanks for your help in advance.

i would like to know the answer to this question as well.

Do other people's tytns behave in the same manner? I'm trying to gauge whether it's a software issue or a network specific cab thing..

Got same problem with my m3100, first with original WM5 ROM, then I noticed it with WM6 LVSW 20070326 and now with VM6 Black v2.0.
Don't know if it's a hardware problem or a recuring bug in WM5/WM6.

White screen and freeze

hello,sorry for my bad english
first:good year everybody
second: i have 2 htc artemis p3300 and i have a big problem with two...
my p3300 run with any rom, original or cooked but after 15 min +-
my screen become white and the phone is freezed i will remove battery
and waiting 5 minutes for restart ....
anyone have the solution at this problem???

Flash with ORIGINAL OFFICIAL RELEASED ROM for Artemis,
and see if same problem exists or not?

Replace the battery.
Have this same problem some time ago then I replace the battery with a new one and the problem is solved.

Could you solve the problem with a new battery?

For me it did not solve the problem. Unfortunately.

I had the same problem. Everything I did not solved the white screen and freeze. Finally I dismantled the phone ( Look wiki how to dismantle ) and cleaned with a circuit cleaner. Now since 3 months no white screen or freeze.
If you carry your phone in your jean pocket,the oxidation can be the cause.

Auto click the right side of screen problem

Firstly I have to say sorry for my English ,my mother language is not English and my English is so poor. -_-!
I buy a SPV M3100 3 months ago.It performs good before, but now I have a problem.
After using a not long time continuously, it begin to click the 'X/OK' on the right-top automatically, so I can't run any program.The program I opened will be closed for that.
When this problem occurred, the phone being a little hot.If I turn off my phone and pick out the battery, it will performs well for a moment.
I have searched this problem, and find someway to resolve it.There is two way,the first method is remove some two Triode beside the cable of screen,the second way is add two 103 capacitance in somewhere nearby.
I don't know whether that's right, and I hope someone would help me to resolve this problem. Now the only thing I am sure is it' something wrong with the mother board. - -#

Sonud Problem with Wizard (Qtek 9100)

Hi All.
First of all i want to say that my english is not very good.
So my problem is that the sound of my phone plays faster than usual .
After i softreset the phone the problem is gone ... but only for one or two hours
the problem is still here.....
i've changed twice the firmware from 6.1 wm. to 6.5 and than again 6.1 but no effect...
Where can be the problem.. ?
