These cabs are perfect for building extrom or UC folder for BA, i made them because most of the software we use in BA is outdated. These cabs i use in my current extrom + a few more for personal settings and my device working quite well. These cabs should work on all devices (maybe except MMS software)

Manila2D 1.00 build 1820.3328 - taken from Jade, edited by me, maked most of the graphic files to be installed to \windows\manilagfx folder, cleaned unneeded stuff (regs and gfx), application launcher has 4 columns by default. The new build of manila has increased performance in loading pictures and music inside the plugin, also HTC done some work on the fonts and they do not look crispy like in the older build, other than that Manila2D is the same

i think anth is saying that in this installer... the keyboard and the keypad

I have up this ROM (very tire because there are many Roms!)
At first, i would like to say: this Rom is fast and stable (even on compare with PDAVIET v17).
Only one things: there is not same style (interface)
- Phone Pad, Audio Manager: touch style (black color)
- Windows Media, HTC Home, Conn Manager: Diamond style (white color)

Search UDK's Custom RUU
Hi...great rom..thanks for the great job. Few things to say : I always have the clock on the title bar despite the fact I turned it off...I'm not sure to like the fonts used...I prefer the original one, but yeah it's personnal. Then the Teeter games doesn't work, I 'v a message "the file Labyrinth cannot be opened". May be few things to ad, TCPMP, and a ...Sudoku..please !
looks good, but i have a couple of questions before i fash it, im currently using uDK Vega R1 (not R2) as i like to have the smaller start menu and small taskbar. is this working in the rom? also has anyone found any issues with tomtom with the rom as i use it a lot for navigation.

Home customizer is actually running on mine. Are you able to open it or crash prior that? I realized that although you can change settings, some of the icons like beam one is not shown. That's what I'm gonna look in...
Issues with Diamond SIPs are really annoying I confess. I had that issue in UdK also. No clues yet...but I'll try work around...

It works! Just go settings/enable large start menu and disable it! You'll have the way you like back to normal.

ok thats brilliant, now to find out if tomtom behaves with the rom
also, im aware that this is only a beta rom but i tend to customise my handsets hevily with third party apps
I'd like to help you out making some language generations of my ROM but have no time to do that. I started a project like this in the past but had to stop.
So, do not expect some variations at this moment specially clean ones. I want first correct bugs in 5.0 to then start thinking something new....maybe a Vanilla but I always put what I think is basic and needed in terms of our day-to-day routines!

BUG in Call History
The ROM is fairly smooth and elegant
So far I came across 2 bugs:
1. Missed calls tab in HTC Home leads to all call history and not to missed calls! (udK managed to sort this out in R7)
2. Call history page lacks a [X] button to close page, instead there is a white bar on top. And if one presses red end call button majority of page disappears. To close it one must touch somewhere on screen, press Keypad softbutton and then close page. Similar bug is present in udK's!
No Cube in this release? Just checking since it's not mentioned.

I dont have that problems.
Rom is working normal.Its fast, really responsice and i like it more than vanilla version, cause more programs and the same free program memory.
Its good looking and fast rom!!

Tochna you don't have both problems?
Well, when disabling the dialer skin the "Call History" page can be closed by either pressing [X] which is visible or the "red end call" button without problems. But then there is no soft buttons at bottom to filter call history!
So obviously it's a skin issue
And still pressing "missed calls" tab in HTC Home leads to all calls' history and not to missed calls.
Anybody else? Any bright ideas! Thanx

Guys,
Those calls issues more regarding to skins..better than a call function! are really happening on mine too. Didn't realize that. So, I'll see what I can do about it...
I can get away from that screen by just tapping in the OK button upside right.
Cube is not installed at all.
FMRadio still no clues...
Also, a second language is something I always put in my planboard but haven't had enough time.....who knows later on!

No Omnia drivers are not in this ROM. Maybe he will put into next rom. There needs to be more improvements tho

Now after 2 days of use of professional version, i get the same problems as mentioned already on the first page of that thread with call history...
I think there is no solution as swtos said to me.
We have to reconstruct whole phone dialer removing blue*.png and using normal png files with the right canvas which is time consuming.
So, I prefer spend time with the newest build 20275 or other like 20273....

Why not just discard the dialer skin or use one (older) that doesn't have the problem? This is a suggestion for future releases
The dialer in KhanX V6 Pro works fine now with the pre-installed skin disabled!!
But the "Missed Calls" tab in HTC Home can be fixed, right?

One more thing, the SoftKey Changer creates an error when remapping Calender softkey due to wrong default path.
KeySwop works better.
If you want to add something cool you can add a different wait cursor!

First of all, great ROM and very responsive (i'm using the 12MB PP version) The apps included are sufficient I think. And thanks for always trying to improve the Polaris user experience!
I've got the same bug like page 1 in the thread, no "X" button on the top right corner in the call history page. The other bug is, there is no cube even when I've enabled it in Schap Adv. Any tip on this?
P.S. anyway, I've installed HTC Diamond Qwerty keyboard, but could not uninstall it after that. Anyone knows how to remove this?

Excelent job mate!!
Rom is fast and i have no doubt, stable.Dial pad is black and it looks much nicer that white one. Radio FM is working . 3G connection, wifi, Bt , all working normal. BRAVO!!!

This ROM can be dumped and recooked. Unlike many of the cooks, no RGU have been deleted. No DSM has been deleted. And most of all, the ROM has not been crippled against dumping by deleting IMGFS signatures. So feel free to dump and modify upto your taste. And share the knowledge with the community. for now I've added 2 Camera albums Why?
The default album is the one from Jade and works as it should
the second is from Blacksatone and the folder preview (with all pictures is a bit messed but single picture preview is perfect but only portrate) but this one has the option to upload pictures to Facebook and video to Youtube. I'm shure there will be a fix for this soon
I've called the Blackstone version Album Uploader. I've uploaded 2 pictures to my facebook so I know it works

this is an offical build from Blackstone the other was a leaked beta and this one has more apps
Thanks gullum about the "large fonts" tip and how to reduce their size using the supplied configuration manager. Also, I am not one for custom "boot up" screens but yours is wicked, I am converted.

What radio do you have ?
I use the 1.59.44.02 could be a radio problem

Tested the beta and was happy with that but this one looks more complete and in regards to speed and response for me much better.
Have however still the same problem with the battery/charge indicator.
On the main screen the battery indicator doesn't change.
When battery empty it still shows full and while on the charger also no change.
Anybody any idea or tip?

this is also killing me because I have the same problem on my Nike rom but with all my other devices the inticator works as it should.
Maybe polaris and nike have something differant ?

Q. How does the new Showcase Taskmanager works?
A. Its a must and cool replacement of old HTC taskmanager. Developed by amarulla. All you need to do is press and hold the Start Button, and the Taskmanager will open up. Press and Hold X Button minimizes application, and pressing X Button Closes it.
Q. Where is ICR Recording?
A. ICR is removed and a common record option will be seen in the call menu in both wm dialer as well as htc dialer, the recordings will be saved in notes in main memory. and can be viewed by notes application.
Q. Hows the Battery BackUp?
A. It is good enough with TFlo3D and best with Titanium and wm Dialer.

the other is i get random vibrations.. i havnt been able to figure it out but it just gets kinda annoying because it makes you think you have a message or something lol..

its in bsbtweaks.. it was set to vibrate on apps.
Anyone know y the data connection keeps disconnecting when in standby mode with this rom ? beats the whole push email purpose ? anyway to leave it on ?

yes the sip was built for 6.5.x and forgot to change it for 6.5 version.

yes. it was by default set to disconnect on sleep mode. will let you guys know the small reg entry to revert back wen i reach home.

i thought tmous already had 576mb jokes apart, yes it has 576mb unlocked and it is absolutely tmous compatible.

I think your response is obnoxious. Several other chefs are doing this as well including Duty, Miri, and Miri and Steve's elegancia. These people work their a**** off creating these roms and sharing them with us and you are going to make rude comments and complain about where they choose to share these roms. Do you really think anyone cares if you download this rom or not? I don't even know why you felt the need to reply to this thread.

yes thats where the vibrations come from. the data connection keeps resetting or turning off in sleep mode. let us know when you can get the reg fix for that other then that i really like this rom.

try to make this reg change, reset and let me know if it solves.

Welcome to the VKE (this stands for VanKlomp Edition... because well, I made it... ) ROM, based on WM build 21681 /w Sense 2018.
This is the first ROM I have ever cooked, and started out as a project for personal use. I invite others to use and test it, but warn you all that I am new to this! That said, if you're using HSPL you should have nothing to worry about.

I'm afraid I have no flashy graphics to advertise my ROM as I'm not the artistic type, but I do love playing with gadgets and cooking this ROM gave me a kick! I've attached some screen shots, I hope these speak for themselves.
I've tested this on my own HD2, model T8585. This is all I have access to.
Known issues; (I've made this stand out, please read!)
1. Receiving a call can cause the phone to freeze. Hard rebooting does not resolve this. This is being worked on! - Should be fixed, please test.
2. On the internet tab, the heading looks blurred (this has been raised in the development thread for the theme)
3. On the music tab, the buttons look odd when in landscape (this has been raised in the development thread for the theme)
4. The standard clock (dual flip) suffers some minor graphical corruption when returning to the home tab from a non-sense page/tab (I've reported this, and have selected a different clock)
5. Caller display doesn't work (no name, no photo, etc)

Once you've flashed your phone, allow the weather to download and then restart the phone. The theme is a beta and I've found the location does not display correctly until this is done.

There's nothing more I'd rather be doing than putting this awesome looking ROM through its paces but after 6-7 attempts I still can't get past 70% downloaded !!! So frustrating. Admittedly I'm using Regular Download I suppose this is a ploy to get you to pay. Don't suppose there's any chance of a mirror to download

if it's ok with the OP, I can mirror it, or maybe vbn can give him some server space.
Beautiful looking ROM but.....
Firstly have to say that this ROM is absolutely gorgeous eye candy. But after installation went well I discovered a lot of the apps & tools are a little dated. There is no 3G change option under wireless controls, the Microsoft My Phone is old version (although no problem to update), there is no secure box in HTC messagimg, tried to update with pyrob version but was unsuccessful. Then the phone froze and froze and....froze. No matter how many battery pulls still the same. Tried hard reset and re-installed using task 29 but still same result. Hopefully this ROM is work in progress because theres no doubt once stable it will be a winner.

I'm looking to revise the ROM frequently so new versions will be posted regularly. I've no issue with them being mirrored by anybody, just be aware of changing versions.

Still very much a WIP.
I had the phone freeze myself, unfortunately this didn't manifest itself until about 30 hours testing here. Had it done so earlier, I would have held off the release. I'll be doing my best to get this updated ASAP.
