Bootleg Recording Apps? - 8125, K-JAM, P4300, MDA Vario General

I'm looking for people that have experience using the Wizard for recording concerts and things of that sort.
I found quite a few threads on recording phone calls and such, but that's not what I'm looking for.
I plan to attend a few concerts this summer and I want to try to record a few of them renegade style. I'm wondering who else has tried this? Your success stories, failures. What apps you've tried? Recording quality etc.
Any help would be appreciated.

try Vito sound explorer
dunno if its "freeware" or not, but i like it

Bumping in hopes to get some more insight on this topic.

Are there no applications that do this? I am a bass player, and I really would like to record my gigs on my phone.

Recording video in background

Hi there.
Anyone knows the way to continue recording video with HD2 in background?
I'd like to both make video recording and use the GPS navigation program.
Since the functionality of standard video camera application on HD2 is rather good (sound recording, different types of recording, nice quality) I failed to find any good alternative for it. I know only two programs which are positioned as video register programs for PDAs and both them are not suitable due to a number of reasons. (both apps I'm referring to are oriented to Russian market, AvtoDVR and MyDVR).
May be anyone knows the register key which allows to continue video recording after sending the camera application to the background?
Thanks for help!
I second the request.
I subscribed to a thread which has since long been dead, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=597003 where we were asking for this exactly (and a little more, as well) and AutoDVR came up too.
There's a problem tho: it's pay2use, and a program with banal background video recording shouldn't be (but AutoDVR still offers other interesting features, like video looping through MJPEG format, and gps speed watermarking), and it is severely messed up on the HD2 (as in, not useable, as soon as you switch it to background/lock the phone, the video gets garbled and the program interface does, as well)

[Q] Audio static when using video chat apps

So i've tried mulitple video chat program from qik to fring to tango to the new gtalk. Ever single one gives me the same issue. When attempting to video chat, there is a ton of blips bloops and audio related noise that I cannot hear the other person over it and it makes for a terrible experience. The video works fine.
Am I doing something wrong?

Horrible sound on recorded Video Playback

Forgive me if this has been posted, but I've searched and could not locate an applicable solution. Anytime I record video footage, usually at a concert or show and I try to view or play the recording, it sounds horrible. It sounds like someone is banging on a metal garbage can. I'm running the stock MF9 Rom, with a cpl mods (hotspot, volume warning, etc), Beats apk, nothing major. I use PowerAmp music player to play my music! Anyone experience this issue?
Below are two videos taken in two different settings, using two different Roms and it sounds hideous.

when taking a video in a loud setting (like a concert) cover your mic with your finger. the playback will for 95% of the time come out perfect.

Video lag issue

I have an issue that I can't seem to find an answer for. I've tried searching google, but I can't seem to find anything that is similar to my problem.
I want to use the camera on my phone to record myself playing guitar. I recorded a quick video while using my PC to record audio at the same time. When I imported the video into my editor and synced up the video with the original song and my audio recording they were out of sync with the video by half way through.
It's like the video I'm recording is lagging as it records and stretching the time out longer than what I actually recorded. Is there any solution to this problem? Has anyone experienced this before?

real karaoke application?

i had iphone in the past and there was an karaoke app that you can hear your voice while recording.
but all android programs aren't working that way. you can't hear yourself while recording and you'll only hear it after recording
so anyone know a app like that?
It seems only iOS apps can work like that
