If its such a secret then why bother creating a post in a well used forum and advertising the thing and attaching it?
What happened to the days when ou could come here, get some useful things from people who knew what they were doing and also get decent a response?

umm..that link shows the smartphonee vista...not ppc

After doing some research it looks like this one is only availeble on a Smartphone.
Wich isnt smart in my opinion but anyway.
I think you should download and install it to your PocketPC and try if it works or not.
I'll try it for aswell. Posting some pictures when it's done.
EDIT: Oops wait, There is a PocketPC version on the homepage of the Developer. http://www.jgui.net/black/vistaspinterface/index.html
EDIT2: Works on a PocketPC ( HTC Herald ). http://www.4shared.com/file/43597766/9e24495f/Vista_Interface___Soft_of_Theme__.html
This is the freeware version wich is quite useless.. in my opinion. But here you go! Have Fun.

Please all stop *****ing!! This is not the place, the thing Is I have the file on my laptop, but will be @ home in 2 days.
This ROM is also on the web for about 2 weeks now, the real elites have it for a long time.
The Reason I did not release were: 1. Tough the ROM was already up. 2. Wanted to test it first before releasing....
