I find a IrDA printer requires IrOBEX standard to transfer the picture for printing.
Does anyone knows Magician have this standard? and how to activate it through printing?
Thanks for helping
OBEX FILE TRANSFER is a protocol to excange files between two peripheals.
Ir = infrared
The magician has a BT OBEX File transfer protocol, and if U want receive a file, YOU NEED to activate a setting : "Beam"
.. but Beam setting is referred to Ir port.
In conclusion i hope that IrObex is supported by Magician... it's only a file transfer via Ir.
Sorry 4My english..

Hi, guys, it looks like WM 2003 (on those pictures). HTC Wizard comes with WM 2005. Widcomm bluetooth stack doesn't work for me on HTC Wizard. Maybe somebody knows how to manage that.

Hi all,
Ok, let me be stright forward. Is there any methods to automaticly disconnect GPRS connection AFTER certain datas being downloaded into our PPC?
Let's say that I use Opera Mobile software to surf the internet via my PDA, and after my browser finished opening and downloading a page, I want the GPRS connection be disconnected. Manually I tap the "G" icon on topbar and tap disconnect option. Now, what if I want to set it automaticly, is there any possibilities???
Sorry for the bad english!

Daniel Herrero BandSwitch v 2.4.3
Just Google it. I think it's perfect.
There is also option in Schaps Advanced Configuration v2.1.0.0
in connections tab
Can't google Daniel Herrero BandSwitch v 2.4.3. Google show me 2 vietnamese page, with no link...
Let's try Schaps'
Here you go.....Works great
GB-soft tweak for wm5 (works also in wm6 and up)
http://www.gb-soft.cz/XDAII/product_gprs_tweak_wm5pe_en.htm
Actually the above will only disconnect after the app is closed....Done using opera and you close it then it will automatically disconnect. May not be what you are looking for exactly
Hi everybody
is it possible to disable irda with vb.net or registry so that the user is not able to receive or send any informations?
Maybe there is a chance over obex api but i'm not able to find any informations about that.
mfg psyke
Yes there is and you can do it through two ways: edititn gthe registry or finding a comm mager that has the option to disable it.
I have a problem with the OBEX File Transfer. At the moment i installed CRCs 13.0 Release.
I tried to enable this OBEX feature with the advanced config tool but my notebook still does not find the OBEX gateway.
How can I enable this feature? (Beam is already enabled)
P.S Even my notebook can not find the Obex gateway, my Nokia 6320i is able to exchange data with the hermes device
