I recently found a microsoft theme generator that does a lovely job of creating tsk files for theme use.

My only problem with this is that it doesn't have any settings for lanscape mode wallpaper !
I have a few skills in graphics and would like to create my own themes, what is the best way to do this ?

ThemeGenCE works but can be tricky to operate. best free wm5 theme creator i've found so far.

Well I use Microsoft ThemeGenerator, its free, and does the job quite well

The plug-ins are PhoneAlarm and PocketBreeze. For PhoneAlarm I'm using the alpha_min skin and for PocketBreeze I'm using the default skin.
I've done a search of this forum & wiki, and the web, but I can't figure out where to get the themes that you guys have in the screenshots thread.
You all seem to take it as normal but I've no idea how to get started!
BTW, I have OzVGA on my Exec, is that going to be an issue?
If it's possible to convert them, I'd really like my PC's current theme!

P.S. Is there a VGA Windows Media Player theme that gets rid of the nasty black bar at the base of the screen?
I am using Wisbar Advance as are quite a few others. The themes you need a are all over the internet, just google "wisbar theme" and you'll see what I mean.
For true VGA you will generally need to use QVGA themes, sounds daft but trust me.......
Here I'm using a vista theme for WA2 and WMP with the Expea2 extended theme for SPB Pocket Plus off the SBSH forum.
By the way, what XP theme are you using??

There is a problem with the WMP skin not keeping it's selection so the patched files are attached here.
Remember if you are using a "normal" display you need the VGA themes, if you are using TrueVGA you will need the qVGA with maybe the WMP VGA skins etc... Confusing but I didn't make the rules.

It's called Allion2 (it's on the dialog box in the screenshot!) There are a few different colour versions, "System" is the nice blue one.
I came across this theme at a french site that has some amazing SPB themes. I downloaded the Alienware theme created by Hanakin. I have tried to change the clock on this theme to the Diamond Glass clock, but have been unsuccessful. Can anyone help me out here? I have supplied the link to the site, the theme itself and the clock I wish to have installed.

Just had a look at that site. Some really good themes on there
yeah but mostly QVGA because most of people have QVGA and those with VGA have TF3D or use advance plugins...

i'm searching for a good site with simple themes for winmobile 6.1 (not tf3d). "simple" means no backgroundimages etc, just the appearance of the "taskbar" and "menubar".
reason: i'd like to have a "glossy, shiny" taskbar and menubar. the standard "htc black" theme looks so flat.
