OpenGL on Hermes/TyTN/8525 WM5 - Windows Mobile Development and Hacking General

I'm porting Factor to WM5 and I am looking for an OpenGL library.
I found the OpenGL ES specification but can't find a download of the actual library in .dll form.
Can someone point me to a download/tutorial/person that can help? Does everyone just use DirectX instead?
Thanks,
Doug

I'll answer my own post. I found a post that recommended four libraries:
GLUT|ES
Vincent
DOGLESS
Rasteroid
I'm also cross-compiling libfreetype.
Cheers

OpenGl ES on Raphael

Hi,
i got a little problem here. I'm trying to port one of my opengl es applications to the raphael.
I found out that raphael has already an libGLES_cm.dll in its ROM, so the hardware access part ist no problem. What i miss is the libGLES_cm.LIB file. I use the PowerVR SDK for Emulating Opengl ES under win32, but the lib there is not compiled for ARM CPUs. So i need to get a lib with ARM CPU support. I have no idea where to get such a thing. Google was not of any help, as one company is no longer existent (sold to NVidia), the powervr version is only compiled against ARM4 and is not supporting the cm profile (but the cl one) and BREW is a kind of overkill if i just want plain opengl es support.
Please can someone tell me where to get a simple Opengl ES library for ARM (preferably ARM5t) or just the lib to access the libGLES_cm.dll on the device.
Thanks
search for kaiserGL sdk on this forum it has the libs

Anyone succeeded to compile Qt 4.5 with OpenGL ES CM support for HTC phones?

Hi,
I wonder if anyone has successfully compiled trolltech's/nokia's Qt 4.5 for windows ce with OpenGL ES CM support that is shipped with e.g. the Diamond or Raphael.
Are there any OpenGL/EGL header files and libraries for the HTC phones to build it?

Looking for Windows CE 4.2 SDK...

Could anyone share a subj?
I need to compile something for WinCE4.2 with SH4 target architecture...
Any help/suggestion will be highly appreciated!
Have a pleasant programming !
Hi there. Any luck? I'm interested too. Same WM4.2 with SH4 architecture.
This stuff is a bit old hat these days, but let's go.......
Start with the stuff here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=6A34DC83-C3CE-4A4C-AB83-491FD5729551
If the code is not in C or C++, you could be in trouble. If it is, then download Embedded C++ version 4 and the service pack from Microsoft's download site. When you install it you are asked for the CPU instruction set(s) you require. (ARM is the default, but MIPS and SH4 are also available).

Rasteroid 3.1 SDK (or at least lib and header file)

Hi,
I need the Rasteroid 3.1 SDK (which is successfully removed from the web as I see). I would be really glad if somebody could send me the SDK or the liban .h files.
Thanks,
Nokker
i am looking for that as well...

Is it this:

jop it would be exaclty that... but its no more hosted where the provided link points to.... ;-)
Rasteroid 3.1
Hi,
You're in luck.
I found a copy while going through old backups.
You can download it here for the next 90 days:
http://rapidshare.com/files/263321103/rasteroid.zip.html
(Expires: 1 December 2009)
Although its meant for PocketPC 2003, it works just fine on WM5 too, including VGA and 800x600 devices. Its much much faster than the Vincent library, without the bugs.
But, no source code.
Rene
thank you very much!
I've uploaded it to this thread for for posterity. Hope it helps someone.
Thanks
Thanks TFGBD, I had just about reached the end of the Internet looking for this.
