Hello it is possible to block all the keys, also that one of the accession (or to leave assets single this)… I need to leve active only the touch command.
I have this requirement because when I go to run use Gps Tuner that in order to work must have the active screen, but if I put p3600 in the case PPC, leaving active screen, always crush the keys.
In alternative I have thought to buy the case in aluminum or that transparent one on Brando.
Thanks for every suggestion.

Hi there,
I am looking for solutions (probably registry hacks) for two problems regarding the light of the titan.
1. Does anyone know a solution to extend the lightening time for the front keys? I have always the problem that I cannot clearly find the red phone key when finishing a phone call.
2. A more general problem: When I use my titan in an active car holder, the keyboard stops to lighten after 30 seconds. Is there a possibility to keep the light of the keyboard, when the titan is connected to an active car holder?
Unfortunately HTC is not very helpful, stating that these are desired actions in order to save battery energy (also using it in an active car holder!)
Thanks for your help, me_phi

settings > backlight > set the respective timeout higher. it will keep the keys on too.
My vogue is on the way and I have some questions. I know it has a gps chip built in.
I would like to know the following:
1) What rom / radio combination should I use to get the quickest agps lock?
2) Does the QPST hack for the titan to make gps lock within seconds work for the vogue? (Messing with gps one setting)
3) The vogue has enough memory to run pretty much any sound rom so I am more concerned with the gps lock rather than the performance so much, right?
4) How is vogue interaction with IGO 8?
5) Is there no Wifi radio built in?
6) Is there a hardware button on the outside that can be set to a screen rotate function?
7) What is the best on-screen keyboard?
8) Do those helicopter stick on transparent protectors really prevent scratching and scuffing, and are they too thick to be touch sensitive?
Thanks ahead of time.
I am considering finally upgrading form my old TouchPro to the new Diamond2 or TOuchPro2, however before doing that I would like to hear from people who has already got one of those models wheter the two most irritating issues with those phones have been solved?
1. Does the new Diamond2 includes a proximity sensor and handles correctly the turning the screen off during a call? It shoudl work like the iPhone, when you take the phone to your face it turns off and when you take it off it turns the screen on again.
2. Is the locking mechanism been improved? I.e. can you do the following without installing extra utilites:
a. Enable locking after a period of time when idle
b. When locked, alarms and sms should not unlock it to avoid accidental presses when in your pocket
c. Must be able to answer the phone while locked (slide to answer or other)
Thanks.

It has a curtain that blocks for you chin to push different buttons by mistake, which works well in my book.

Haven't tried that, I always lock my phone manually when needed.
b. When locked, alarms and sms should not unlock it to avoid accidental presses when in your pocket
They don't...
c. Must be able to answer the phone while locked (slide to answer or other)
Yes that's possible. Been possible on every HTC/Qtek device I have owned for the last many years... Maybe you just need an upgrade on your current device?
Thanks.

I, for one, love the TD2. Absolutely love it!
Hi all,
Got my Nexus 4 back in November; this last week it fell out of my lap while I was on a bus, hit the floor and the screen shattered. I was hoping that it would behave similar to iPhone shatters I've seen on friends phones (where the digitizer wasn't adversely affected), but I wasn't so lucky.
I've been able to perform basic functions on the phone using adb input keyevents, and got a Webkey server running so I can control the phone remotely. I'm planning on buying a new phone in the coming months, but while I'm currently trying to save money I wanted to get the phone working as well as possible using voice automation. I've been reading that the combination of Open Mic+ and Tasker is pretty powerful, but I'm lost on where to start from a programmatic standpoint.
Also Open Mic+ hasn't been foolproof, is there any way to bind voice activation to a hardware button?
Anyone have any tips on complete voice automation without any touch input? I can read the screen so I don't need the phone to read its contents to me or anything, but I'd like to be able to have the same functionality that adb's shell gave me with keypresses. So I could say "scroll down", "left, left, left, enter" and it would tab to the left a few times then select the option I had chosen.
Hello,
I'm having some problems when using Artflow app in my gigabyte tegra note 7.
The stylus support is very good, drawing with the thinner part os the stylus you get thinner lines, with broader parts of the chisel you get broader strokes etc.
The problems i have is with the "active border" it's a section on the side of the screen (by default left side) that allow for a quick access to modify transparency level and size of the brush.
It's supposed to work like this, you press and hold for a few seconds (like 2) near the border of the screen, a slider popsup and when you slide up or down you change brush size, or transparency, press and hold at any other place you get to use the "pickup color" tool (this can be changed in the program settings to use another tool).
With the stylus i can't use neither the active border nor the pickup tool. If i use a finger i can access the pickup tool quite easyly but the active border is also very hard to use (like 1 out of 6 tries it pops up). This has been the behaviour since i have the tablet, and i have tried with all rom official version with the same results.
I have the same problems to use the undo or redo shortcuts on the left uppper and lower corners.
Yesterday i flashed shaky156 kernel (http://forum.xda-developers.com/nvidia-tegra-note-7/orig-development/kernel-t2813892) and the touchscreen-issue-fix (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2787574), after installing both, wiping davik and cache and rebooting when i started artflow suddenly i could use active border with the stylus, and oh it was a joy, but after i started a new draw in artflow it went back to "normal" non-working stylus for the press and hold tasks.
But it had me wonder what may be the couse of my issue. First thing i'd like to know is if someone else is having this problem.
