hi guys,
got a problem with my camera for quite sometmie now
everytime i press the camera button i could on the screen that camera app will open for just a second then suddenly closes.
already tried to upgrade to big storgage and to version 1.13 but still same thing.
please help.

Hello, i've just got my HTC P3600 and i was playing around with it's camera (i was rotating the dial jog while using the camera to be more specific) when a message appeared on the screen saying: "Cannot initialize the gps service" and there is also a "done" button which doesn't work at all.
i've already tried a soft reset but it didn't solve the problem.
can anyone help me out?!?

xou can try two things: 1. go outside and wait until gps is found (could take 15 minutes) 2. press the cancel button
the cancel button wasn´t working either.
anyway, the problem is solved. i was trying to press all the buttons, when i pressed the one which change between the two cameras the message went out.
please help me anyone..
my imate jasjar used to be working fine..but i encountered a problem..
my device would turn off every now and then if it is unplugged..if i press the power button, it will turn on until the welcome screen then off again..
what can i do to solve this?

I had the exact same problem, got a new battery and now it's fixed.
hi everyone...first of all im asking to forgive my bad english xD...well,the problem is that my side buttons (volume down and camera) go crazy and start lowering volume y opening camera,taking photos...drives me crazy...camera button can be disabled easily...but what about the volume? anyone could help me?

Finally i found the solution by flashing the original rom . Almost 2 month now , i didn't face the irritating problem until now

I need some help here, recently my phone has started to receive random input from its camera button, whenever im in a rom, bootmenu, recovery, the camera button input is triggered randomly and i cant stop it, any suggestions on how to fix this would be very appreciated :/
Hi, does anyone face issue of black screen after using camera for some time and closing and re opening the camera app? This issue started to appear right from realme UI update. But in recent f10 update, they has mentioned that fixed black screen while using camera. But I still face that issue. To open camera again, I need to restart the phone. Along with the issue of camera, There is also a similar issue that the mobile will not respond for some time after pressing power button. It will show blank screen and will not show lock screen and fingerprint sensor will not work. To make it work, I need to press power button thrice to make emergency call then mobile will respond. Anyone facing these issues?
