HELP! Music tab taking too long to load. How do I skip it.

Hi all,
I've got a 16 gig sim card full of music.
The music tab takes too long to load.
When I accidentally touch or load the music its a very distracting pause.
Can someone please develop a way to keep the music from loading at first touch?
Perhaps show the music screen only (without loading the music).
With a touch button the has a label "Load" or "Continue".

First of all, have u uppdated ur music library? Secondly (it it's still there) u can eliminate it by going into landscape mode, select any album and select any song. Then switch back to normal mode, the next time there will be only one album to load, bam instantly!
That's how i solved my problem as i also got a 16GB filled with music.

Hi
I find it frustrating too - if I sync the phone or use it as a USB drive (which I do several times a day) then the music doesn't play immediately when I start it - it has to scan again!
Annoying.

There are several threads open with this same problem and all are opened in the last 2 weeks. As for now, there is no solution found for this problem.
I propose we collect all requests (because that's what it is) in one thread and send a link to it to HTC Support.

1. Copy your entire storage card to a directory on your desktop pc. 2. Light up a cigaret and take a cup of coffee, maybe make a few calls 3. Format the storage card with your desktop pc (fat 32, default clustersize). 4. Copy your files back. 5. finish your cup of coffee, light another cigaret. Do some other stuff you usually postpone (now it's a good time) 6. Done

[Q] Pictures Every X Seconds?

I'm looking for a good app that takes pictures every X seconds. As a security camera kind of thing. And I need it to store the photos on the sd card or internal card.
I basically just want to set the phone up, plug it in and leave it and let it take a picture every 2 seconds, storing it on the phone.
I've tried a couple security camera apps but most are a bit ... temperamental and don't work quite right. Or they want to stream the video and not save it locally. The ones that seem to save clips only seem to want to do Dropbox. I don't have a stable wifi connection so I don't want to trust that that will always be available.
Thoughts?

if you have root, you can try "Android Bot Maker" which is essentially a macro recorder (touch recorder), program it to open your camera, and tap the shutter button, then create a "sleep" button, for 2 seconds, then place it on repeat until stopped.

Check out some of the timelapse apps in the Play Store. I'm sure there will be a few that do what you need.

SD Card question.

Does anyone know of a way to make the SD card the default storage option.... For instance when I take a screen shot the images still save on the device I want them to save on the SD card. Also when I take a picture from within the messaging app, they save on the phone. The only time I've gotten something to save on the SD was when I used the actual phone app. Is there a fix for this? If so sound off!!

Doubts several beginner

Good to all, because since this morning I already enjoy this brown beast !!! And at the moment enchanted. The biggest problem I'm encountering is not lg's fault if not the google nonsense, and it's the "cover the microsd card". I explain, I have a 128GB microSD and in it I put my music in flac (occupies about 25gb) and my photos (other 50gb) and then to have the folders to the day of the cell with the pc (if I add a song to the folder Music, some photo ...) I use a program called Syncme with which I synchronize folders of the pc with the mobile, in such a way that if for example I add a song to the folder my music of the pc the folder my music of the mobile is added to me the song.....
But android decided to cover the cards and now when I try to synchronize folders of the pc with the microsd I skip the following error "the folder of the device is write protected" if I try to synchronize some folder between the pc and the internal memory of the cell goes perfect, the Problem is with sd. In android 6 had an option in storage -> sd and there decias format as internal memory and was solved but in android 7 does not come out, just leave "format".
The question of the millon .... someone knows some solution NOT BEING ROOT? Some way to put sd as internal too or something like that?

Trouble about Burst Shot and SD Card

Hey guys!
I've looked everywhere but couldn't find an answer, so i decided to open a thread.
Whenever I take burst shots, the order of the bursts get mixed when I look at them in the gallery. And because of this, when I hit "create animation" on Google Photos, the GIF doesn't become a continuous sequence, the order of the frames gets mixed. Does this happen to everyone?
Secondly, transferring photos and videos from device memory to SD Card is a trouble. Is this the way it normally behaves?
I use Quickpic, and whenever I move photo to SD, it doesn't move but only copies it, and I have to close the app and open it back to see it copied. Moving videos to SD doesn't work at all. The videos I try to move becomes corrupted once I move it and it won't open.
Someone suggested formatting the SD card but I don't know if that'll work and I don't want to go into such hard work if it won't fix it.
Any suggestions?
