i-mate JAMin: Where is Voice Speed Dial?

I can create voice/program tags, but I cant start them? User manual reffering to program under Start>Programs, but its just not there.
What do I do wrong here?
English version bought in Norway, new today, looks like latest rom from i-mate. Everything else runs pretty smooth, but the speaker is a step back from Qtek 9100 (Wizard)

You have to re-map button 4 (hold) to be voice speed dial commands, and then to use you hold down for 2-3 seconds the comm. manager button and you will see the voice command window appear.
How can i remap this button?
Thx for the help.

Configure Hardwarebuttons in Dialer?

Hello!
Is it possible to configure the hardwarebuttons in the Dialer Program?
In previous devices (e.g. S100) it was possible to start "Speed dial" or "call log" by pressing "left" or "right" on the "navipad". This makes using the device with one hand very comfortably.
On the s200 it´s not possible any more. Perhaps it´s a WM5 "bug".
Is it possible to change this by a registry hack?
Instead it would be also usefull to configure the left or right soft key in the Dialer program. Standard is Contacts and Menu.
Thanx for help,
Paul

Is there any way to assign hard buttons for "call history" and "speed dial" in prophet. These were up and down navigations keys in my imate JAM, which I found very useful. It is not found on the Prophet (JAMin). Is there any ways to map these buttons? ANy registry tweaks or something? Any takers?

Start and OK reassigning buttons

Hi! I have a HTC TyTn and I have a trouble with the possibility to reassign the functions to the hardware buttons START and OK in the front of the device in the D-Pad. Infact, In my previous device, a Qtek S200, I was to be able to assign a different shortcut (for example, in replacement of the OK button, I put the wisbar lite task manager link).
I have also tried AE Button Plus, but che Start and OK remains hold on.
Is there anyway to activate this possibility?
Thanks in advance!
Bye
Stefano
Sorry.... Is there a solution? anyone?
Thanks
Stefano
I'm also interested in this. Is there any way to reassign the functions of the "start" (windows) and "ok" buttons to the left and right of the d-pad on the hermes?
AE Button plus, but I have found it twitchy on the TyTN. If you only map those two buttons, you should experience little trouble though.

Voice Dialing on Diamond2?

Hello all, I am looking at picking up a Diamond 2 variant (Probably the NextG one so I can get 850 3G), but wondered if Voice Dialing is support or included with the Diamond2 anywhere?
Also how easy is it to get to and actually do a voice dial of a contact? My Touch Cruise had voice tags assigned to whatever function or contact and that was easy enough, but it also has a hardware key for voice dialing only...The Diamond2 does not have that hardware key and so I wonder how easy it is to actually access the command and utilize it without going in several menus, etc.

Hi,
I used MSVC on 6.1 , installed it on 6.5 , working well no probs.
Did it come with VC then? Or did you have to use a cooked ROM to get it, or did you buy it?
How easy is it to us VC once installed...can you assign a button to voice dialing, or is it an icon you can have on your Home screen readily accessible?
I am using only cooked ROMs and can confirm that on most of them (WM6.1 or WM6.5) Cyberon VSD is working perfect. You can either run Cyberon VSD from the left hard key or from the BT headset's button.
What is the "left hard key" exactly?

Click to collapse
The send button which you use to answer a phone.
The retail version of Cyberon Voice Commander (not VSD, MSVC-like ) works great on Diamond 2. It supports BT button, and you can set dialing key or volume-up/volume-down keys as hardkey from its Settings.
You can download this version from Cyberon's website.
If you search this forum for "cyberon voice dialer" you'll find a cab that fits for you.
