XDA II Crashing - MDA II, XDA II, 2060 General

Hi,
I am still having the problem where when sending an SMS or trying to make a phone call, every now and again, my XDA II's ability as a 'phone' gives up, forcing me to soft reset.
I have previously mentioned this before here http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=26285&highlight=cloud but no-one was able to help me.
Just to reiterate: This is happening daily at the moment and since my previous post on this subject I have done several hard resets. To describe it in detail, when tapping the 'send' button after creating an SMS the button briefly turns into a cloud and quickly disappears, I then get the bubble saying SMS sent.
Until I come to send an SMS or make a phone call I have no idea that the 'phone' function of my XDA II isn't working. Therefore, there have been instances where people have been trying to contact me for hours and I don't know about it because I have a full signal strength.
PLEASE HELP. Would a rom upgrade work??? Is anyone else having this problem??
thanks

all i know is that my gut says maybe!
not rom really but more like radiostack change

What should I upgrade to?? Will that just affect how the phone runs (not the pda)
cheers

once again this forum has proved a huge amount of help.... not. There is another post regarding this problem at the top of the board today. Can someone please help as quiet a few people are experiencing this problem.

RE
What OS are you using on your O2 XDA II? WM2003 or WM2003se and what ROM version?
Can you start fresh by doing a hard reset (make sure you backup all important info)
Do NOT install any program at this point in time.
Then try sending SMS or calling from another phone to yours - to see whether the problem exists with the default programs.
If there's no problem and the default programs work fine that would means conflict occurs between those newly installed programs or between the installed programs and the OS/default programs
If there's a problem at this stage its either the default programs/ROM thats partially corrupted or could be likely due to a hardware failure.
Now, you re-flash your ROM to the same version and see if the problem persists. If after re-flashing the same ROM you still face the same problem then its most likely a hrdware issue.
To confirm further, you can upgarde/flash your ROM to a higher version and see if the same problem persists. At this stage if you still see the same problem then you can 100% be sure its the hardware problem. Bring it back to your service center to have it serviced.
NOTE :- UNOFFICIAL UPGRADING OF ROM WILL VOID YOUR SET'S WARRANTY!!!
However, if after upgrading of ROM and the problem disappears then the problem could be due to a partially corrupted earlier ROM
You can now install programs and occassionally test the SMS and phone to check for program conflicts.
Good luck

Thanks for your help mate. It says what OS and Rom i'm using at the bottom of each thread. I really don't think it's a problem with the applications i'm running because I'm only using the IntelliPad as extra software, everything else which is running is default.
Would a different radio version be worth a try??

RE
OK twichibi,
You can try changing to the latest radio v1.18
If things don't work out try to re-flash to the same ROM version again to check whether you have a partially corrupted ROM initially
If problem still persists try reflashiing (upgrade) to a higher ROM version
If all else fails then you can be sure that you do have a defective hardware somewhere
NOTE : - UPGRADE ROM AT YOUR OWN RISK AS IT WOULD VOID YOUR WARRANTY

XDA running EXTREEEMMMMEEELLYYY SSSLLLOOWWLLLLYYYYY

I am having problems with my XDA (T-Mobile Phone Edition). Here are the symptoms:
- The system runs extremely slowly (it takes several seconds for the start menu to come up, for instance).
- So, I soft-reset the device.
- The T-Mobile splash screen comes on with version info (4.01.16), but with an *empty* R and G above them. (No radio version displayed, and no whatever-G-stands-for displayed).
- I wait.
- I wait some more.
- After waiting about 20 minutes, the Today screen finally comes on. Again, the system is extremely slow, and the phone part does not work at all.
- If I try to boot into the Wallaby boot loader, I get the dreaded "GSM Error".
A little more info:
I had upgraded to 4.01.16 at a ROM kitchen about a week ago, as well as upgraded the radio stack to the latest T-Mobile (6.25.02 I believe.). The system was running fine until yesterday.
When I first discovered the issue yesterday, I tried several attemps to reboot, then finally had to resort to a hard-reset.
The hard-reset succeeded, then I reinstalled all my applications, settings, and data. I did a couple of soft-resets to be sure it was working. It was.
This morning, I noticed the extreme slowness issue again, and soft-reset the device, and the same thing happened.
So, I happened to be near my local T-Mobile retailer, and explained the issue. He played with the device for awhile and was on the phone with a technician from T-Mobile. He hard-reset the phone and declared it fixed.
He did say he had to change the internet settings from internet3 to internet2. My internet had been working fine all week, and I'm sure I was on internet2, but in his words, "If you are on the wrong internet setting, you can't connect to the internet, the phone, or anything." Now I know he's either full of it, or misinformed, although he was extremely helpful and pleasant.
So....the question is: What *is* going on with my phone? I saw a reference on this board to something called repair.zip, but I didn't see it associated with any particular symptoms, so I'm hesitant to try it yet.
I'm 90% sure that my phone isn't permanently fixed, so I'm putting this out to the gallant men and women of xda-developers for insight.
Thanks!

Windows Mobile 2003 has a realy nasty bug that microsoft is aware of and is providing a hotfix for.
WM2003 tends to not delete any notifications it collects from applications.
On Soft-Resets there are even more notifications wich in addition to the not deleted notifications from before add up and add up to more and more slow down the OS.
My advice since i'm extremly lazy and don't want to search for the exact link for the fix:
Go to this kitchen: http://xda.weblink.net/
And check the following 3 options:
create 'System Tools' subfolder under 'Programs'
- Check Notifications (Version 1.6 ) (29 kB)
- Notification Clear Fix (Version 1.1 ) (5 kB)
Registry hacks and defaults
- Fix 'multiple resets make device slow' bug (not A.30.0x)
while the first one gives you an application to manualy delete outdated notifications, the second one seems to be the official MS fix for the problem, while the 3rd seems to be an inofficial fix from the good guys here at XDA dev.
always worked for me

Funny thing is, I'm pretty sure that I selected these options when I cooked my ROM. Looking in my startup folder, I see clear_notify.exe.
And I'm not entirely convinced that it is the problem related to the notifications bug anyway. What I'm seeing is that the entire GSM functionality seems to have been blown away somehow, and the device is acting as if something were cranking at 100% CPU.
Hi ...
I faced what you are talking about long time ago ... this is purely RSU problem and especially if the "Debug/Calibrate" option of the GSM is triggered by mistake or due to ROM bug.
Try to do GSM reset from the bootloader GSM menu ... it may take many times to stop this symptom ... but don't try to change the band!
Good luck.

when you see "GSM Error" from bootloader.
it means you have bad radio stack upgrade, you need send to T-mobile to exhchange. so first thing you need send it back.
if they cannot help you, I could help you to repair it at a fee!

Anybody else have any suggestions?
old boy this is a problem that is solved here daily. Search for "radio stack" on this site. You are sure to find the solution
Famous "GSM error" after upgrading,
The best way is to send to your service provider to repair (exchange) , see All USA based sad Radio Stack (Failed) users
you may see some solutions in the forum, but most of them not working (not duplicable) , it could make XDA worse. some people lucky, most people not.... search keyword "GSM Error".

imate jasjar hangs and hangs and hangs...

my imat jasjar with the latest rom (1.13.53) and latest radio(1.04.02) sometimes freezes 10 times a day, forcing me to soft reset (sometimes 3 or 4 times in a row) before it works again...i have tried everything from upgrading the rom, hardressetting, changing memorycards, leaving the device on instead of automaticly turning of....nothing works..
the worst is when i stop using it and put it on charge during the night, it does not wake up in the morning...i have to softreset everytime and all calls and sms that came in during that time where not received...can anybody relate to this problem, or am i alone in this....i really like the device, but missing my calls and resetting ten times a day, makes me wonder if i should go back to my trusted magician...maybe a rom from another device (o2,mda,qtek) would be a solution ?
any help is welcome
I'd get it replaced as it shouldn't be doing that. I've not had a single hang on my XDA Exec since I got it nearly a month ago.

do you really think it is a hardware problem....i find it more to be a software problem...and i would not like to be without my device for 1,2,3 or even more weeks...anybody know if the qtek 9000 rom is available somewhere...having had a qtek 2020,9090 and s100 and also tried a few mda's and imate's, i find these to be the best roms in general
@jesax, I had a JJ and I used all the features (inc. video calling and UMTS downloads) but only had a freeze with SMS notifications and downloading emails over UMTS. You device could have a hardware problem. The other possibility is the ROM is corrupted so you should try to download a new copy.
mine randomly hangs when using Agile Messenger. Stable the rest of the time.
Planning a hard reset shortly, will see if this fixes it.
in my case a hard reset does not change anything...i have done three and have changed to the latest rom...no dice
does anybody know where i can find the original jasjar rom or a good working english rom to try out or do a downgrade...
i am reaching in the dark here....
@jesax, did you download a fresh ROM from clubimate? Your original ROM could be corrupted

yes, i downloaded the latest rom from the imate site...no go...still the same problems...i first tought it was a charging problem, as it happens every morning when i take it from the charger....i now left the jasjar untouched for a few hours in closed position without the charger, and when i opened it up, it froze again, leading to a softreset.....HEEEEELLLP
@Jesax,
If I were you, I would have falshed the ROM again to my device as I think there is some kind of corruption to your installed ROM.
To get the latest ROM version go to this site :
ftp://ftp.xda-developers.com/Universal/
If it does not open, just go to this site and you can open it from there:
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=BA_FTP_Site
You can get it also from this site:
http://www.clubimate.com/t-DEVICE_JASJAR_UPD.aspx
But your device must be registered to axcess to this site.
Flash the ROM to your device and try to use it without up-grading the radio version to 1.04.02..... if you experience the same problem so it's definately a hardware problem and in this case you have to give it back, but I think it will work properly "I hope".
If you don't experience the same problem again, it might be either a problem with the radio version or a problem with any of the softwares installed on your device.
By the way, can we know which softwares are installed on your device at the time being??
Please let me know the result.
Regards,
jesax, okay. So you have downloaded the new ROM at least twice now from the clubimate site therefore we can assume the ROM is okay. Also please confirm that you are not using any third-party apps. Are you using a 3G or standard GMS SIM. Try turning off the radio functions (Fn+->) and see if the freezing stops.
Jesax,
Are you using spb pocket plus or any similar software??

thanx, i give it a try but am getting fed up with spending hours behind the computer resetting this thing...
the software i am running are :
resco file explorer
gpspocketmagic
launcher
tomtom 5.1 installed, working but like to freez up also when in use
tweaks2k2
that's about it
i do not use 3g but do use gprs...it was switched to "always on" with the reg hack, but i turned it back (you never know)
i will have a try when i com home this evening to turn of radio function, and charge it overnight (how do i do this, without taking out the sim )
on the wiki ftp site i see there is a 02 xda exec rom i can dowload.
can anyone recommebd this ?
should i give it a try instead of the jasjar rom, and will it install as easily as the jasjar, or will it ask for id's and codes?
thanx guys
@ Jesax,
Before flashing the ROM again to your device just un-install tomtom 5.1 and pocketmajic and see the result "you can use majic button instead" .... if it does the same, you will have no option but flashing.
Don't get fed up...... your problem will be solved, the Jasjar is a wonderful device and you will enjoy it once your problem is solved.

thanx guys[/quote]
I wouldn't advise you to do that.
There is nothing wrong with the jasjar ROM.... and it's the most popular.
Regards,
jesax, as I said in my previous post, you can switch off the radio using the following keys on your JJ "Fn" + "->" and select the All Off option.
Also remove all third-party apps and see if stability improves. If it does add one app at a time back to see which one is causing the stability issue.
The XDA ROM only requires a code for the Coroprate option (code is 0506), the Corporate option is the best to choose at it has no O2 additions.

thanx...i don't think tomtom5.1 is the problem, as i was having this problem before the install of tomtom...pocketmagic i can't remember when i put it on (so many resets, so many....)
i will give it a go
what's annoying is that it does not happen on steady intervals...it can freeze up twice in a minute, and then work fine for ten hours.

would you recommend me trying it, or is the jasjar rom actually better...i don't want to spend another few hours flashing the o2 rom, if it is no use
another question...maybe related...
i have noticed that when i open up my jasjar from fully closed to "laptop" mode, the backlight does not come on everytime...sometimes it does, sometimes i have to push the "on button" to light up...
my backlight is set to go out on batterypower after 30 seconds, and to stay on with external power.
the powersettings are : turn off after 1 minute on battery power and stay on with external power
@ jesax,
Most probably your ROM is corrupted.... in this case a hard reset will not work, but a fresh flashing to the ROM will be the best solution.

My Magician freezes

Hello all,
last week I got my new HTC Magician, here in Austria so called "T-Mobile MDA Compact". Unfortunately I have the problem, that my device freezes from time to time (at least 1 time a day). This happens most of the time when using the T-Mobile IntelliDialer, but sometimes it happens even when I do not use the device at all.
When the problem occurs, I am not able to make or receive a call, the upper status LED is gone as well (no signal, no blinking).
When I got the device I had ROM 1.13 installed, but after I heard that maybe this could cause the problems, I installed version 1.12 from T-Mobile site, but still have the same problems.
Now I am really out of ideas, don't know what to do. It seems I am not the only one with this problem, so I am afraid it hase no sense to switch the device with a new one @ a T-Mobile shop. Or do you guys have a "good", normal running Magician w/o this bug?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Greetings, Matthias
Helle again,
As you've got the same problems on rom 1.12 & 1.13 and you got it just for a week I'd say go back and get another one. There are people with simular issues and I guess there are much more users without it, like myself.
So my advice use your warrenty, make a backup of your contacts etc. first with sprite (trial version is available) or AS or whatever, saves you a lot of times. I won't restore the apps just reinstall, maybe it is some combination of a faulty program & with a backup you get that back as well. And it gives you the chance to determine, if possible, what's causing the freeze.
Good luck, M
ok, then thanks again
Today I made a ROM update @ T-Mobile. If that did not the trick (I will look for errors the next days), then I will use my warranty and change the device itself. I hope they don't send it to technical support somewhere, but give me another one instead...
Greetings and thanks for your infos, Matthias

Hi,
I have been using my Magician for almost 8-9 months .. moving from ROM version 1.11 to 1.13 WWE BigStorage (radio 1.11 to 1.13 as well).Recently (last 1mth or so) I start to notice that I have a strange problem similiar to you, my 'radio' would 'hang' where I cannot receive or make calls, can't even receive or send SMS. However, my signal (the top bar signal strengh) will still work. This is really fustrating .. because the PDA still works, I won't know when my Magician 'hangs' ... (at least until I try to send SMS or make a call).
I've downgraded to Radio 1.11 & ROM 1.11 ... I'm still facing this problem, but not as often (sometime once in 2 days). The strange thing is that my wife who is using a Magician as well, is facing the same problem (symptom arrise almost the same time together). Both our phone used to be fine.
So far, no luck trying to locate the source of the problem, and I don't think both our magician's hardware got screwed at the same time ... I have a feeling, it has something to do with GPRS ... gut feel ... but cannot confirm.
Anyone face this problem and managed to solve it, I would appreciate any pointers ... Many thanks!
Note : I don't install additional ROM software such as CallerID, etc ... I only use intellidialer.
Hello, you could be right with your GPRS feeling, I have it as well...
Is the LED of your device blinking, when you have one of these freezes?
Hi guys,
Don't know if this gets you on the right track, but a few months ago I had major memory problems with my magician. Thought it was a virus, probably was one or two today plug-ins that consumed all of my memory very rapidly. Think of plug-ins like OO journalbar. Didn't look at the led blinking I just soft-reseted to solved the prob. for a few minutes. Very inconvenience when you're navigating in a car.
Since I ditched these plug-ins eveything is fine, tried them afterwards of course & noticed the memory leaks.
When you're not using anything like those apps. it must be something else. Maybe there's something on the forum.
Cheers, M
I thought about some apps or plugins as problem source too, so I refreshed my device without installing any additional app to it -- no success. So I still have these hangups, even if I have no tool installed...
Sounds like really s..tty problem.
Does the use of gprs or phone functionalities make any difference? what happens when you skip the ext-rom installation (hard-reset & soft-reset just before the customization kicks in) & go for basic WM2003, without all the TMO apps&branding?
M
... tried this allready, but without any difference, device freezes serveral times a day. I would say it's a hardware fault, can't think of another problem source.
Yesterday I spoke with a T-Mobile tech @ T-Mobile support. He told me, he is not aware of this problem and he always had "good" devices. And he updated my ROM to latest version...
Since I still have the problem, I will change my device now and see if this makes any difference!
haimat,
I think exchanging your magician is the best option, the techi might be right in saying he only encountered good ones. Haven't found much error reports like yours, so the rest must be good (look at the bright side). Hope you can trade it directly without any hassle & enjoy your magician for the rest of it's lifetime.
Found some people with a universal with simular probs. didn't read all posts though there were so many. So can't tell you how it ended, it's about a JasJas that hangs and hangs and ...
In the meantime good luck with the change of your device.
Cheers, M

':MSREMNET' error during surfing the web from ppc. solutions?

hey dear friends ever since i brought my universal i been having a problem while surfing the web from my universal for a prolonged time. like if i use my uni to surf on the web from IE or opera for about 3 to 4 hours suddenly in midst of everything something happens and while i m typing ,with every press of my action my brightness fluctuates high <-> low. n this fluctuation only happens immediately after this following error pops up on my screen all a sudden while i m normally surfing:
The file ':MSREMNET' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file.
later after this error pops up wen i try to use any application on my fone including calling, recieving calls, texting , every basic fundamental function to all the installed programes, all jus cease to function . n then i have no other option than to soft reset my fone. i have installed not less than 50 roms till date which includes wm5 versions till wm6 version as of recent. but in all the rom i been facing this problem..
so can u guys tell me wats the actual core problem thats causing this ?? n any solutions that might help solve the problem.
ps: this error only pops up wen i surf on the net (via ppc web browsers) from my fone . wen i m using uni over the pc to connect my pc to internet thru wireless modem or modem link or internet sharing . my fone acts normally. even if i use any other function(BT, gaming, calling, office files etc.) on my fone for a veryyy veryy long time nothing like this problem occurs.
n al so i found the only registry entry on my fone that directs to msremnet.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shell\Rai\:MSREMNET]
there is a remnet.exe file.
hmm well is this the file causing problems ?? man i need help anyone plz? m fed up of this problem for a yr alweady
I can't believe nobody else has this problem besides this bloke and myself.
This has caused massive data losses (cannot save), and requires a soft reset. It has been an issue with WM5 and 6.
z0d1ak, what software have you installed? I have Magic Button, but nothing else that I also had in WM5.

hey man its not about the softwares u have it even happens when u have nothing apart from basic softwares that are provided either with a custom made rom or a shipped rom. i have tried it all i even tried editing the registry and making some neccesary changes even tried to replace the file with other roms that is the rmnet.exe file but it stays i later thot it might b a mother board problem. then came to my thinking how can it b a mother board problem n not apper with any other appication but jus when m surfing on the net using my ppc hmmm.... well right now mystry is unsolved i haven tried using much of internet over windows professional 6.1 . will try and let u know if the problem persists ! meanwhile u can do the same
Yes, I've done some more research and have found that the error message is not limited to :MSREMNET.
I searched for other parts of the error message, and have found it in many forms, but the problem that we are experiencing is somewhat rare and goes on unexplained.
What do I believe the problem is? An unfixable bug in the kernel. Why do I believe this? Because when I have this problem, an unskinned version of the phone app opens. If I close this with Magic Button (a common task manager app), the problem goes away!
However, it will soon return until I do a soft reset. Before that, most apps don't work, many parts of the OS crash, and my backlight goes to full brightness.
This problem isn't always caused by web access, either. It goes on when I work on documents in Office for extended periods.
Surely, after further research, I deem this problem unfixable, a flaw in the OS itself that spans across devices - if you are working on your device for an extended period, save often or you will likely lose your work.
Your only other option is to wait 12 months for a 2nd generation iPhone, wait 12 months for a mature Android device, or wait 12 months for the completely rebuilt WM currently dubbed 'Photon'. Until the end of next winter, this problem goes on, a fact of life.
well thats the problem i dont like waiting and i m in love with my fone thou its like a lil brik in ur pocket . still i love it and it gots its karizma wen i b using it in public seriously. anyways thats off topic. the point i m to make is me working on 6.1 as of yet haven faced this yet . u can try downloading wm6.1 of mwang or ranjus and try flashing ur device with it and chek if the problem persists . dude if its a kernel problem then y wud it appear with every rom flash where u upgrade the os n the kernel gets a reprint in the memory location depending on the os u use. it myt b a mother board defect or defect in the gprs or wifi connection reception. but as u said it appears with office as well i need to try that out and c for myself . will keep this posted. m glad i found one guy ales with the same screw up problem. man its one irritating thing ! no matter how sweet the rom is but functionality crash sucks
Definitely not a motherboard issue, unless the Universal, Apache, and other devices with this glitch have the same one. It's a software issue.
I was shocked to see the problem persist between WM5 and WM6, however. Clearly, there must be a common software component between both bugging out. The two OSs are so very similar, however, that the chances of pinpointing this, or wow, bringing a solution, are slim.
Do keep me posted though, I guess.
I had this problem when I had universal. You are talking about this right?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=315914
no its not. its a bug in the core or driver i guess that wm5 n wm6 shares for temporary data intrepetation over PIE or OFFICE . i think its a cache controll problem and has to do sumthing with random access memory thou m no certain on that point. the error keeps poping wen u r using the internet or as our other mate said it also occurs in using windows compact edition office. the problem u pointed at is the problem of memory issue. its a memory problem but i dont think the same as u do.my fone shows the same memory and other intact details as a normal fone wud. but its more about remnet protocol that freezes all ur application saying that there .exe files are not digitally sighned as i mentioned in the very 1st post.
ps: baryn can u try using other applications where u have temporary storage b4 main storage like in case of PIE n OFFICE b4 main page storage.
hmmm well can v get the remnet file from wm2003 or older editions and try replacing it and c if it works the other way round . in the meantym m gonna dig up sum dirt on kernel similarities n difference in wm editions till date. i must add in recent ones the main difference lies in jus interface as i have observed n sum drivers here n there. wud dig pinpoint detail on that now
problem still persists with windows mobie 6.1
and problem with pocket office also confirmed .

I have the MSREMNET pop up and then i Have to reset. Does anybody have a workable solution yet? I have even tried resetting everything back to the factory defaults and still get the problem but eventually it comes back.
Yes, it has been discovered to be an indescript hardware issue. There is no software- or firmware-based solution, which sucks, but phones released in the past couple of years don't seem to suffer from it at all.
This issue isn't directly related to REMNET, Office, IE or any other built in MS app. The errors with MS applications occur because the .lnk shortcuts and APIs that call most of these programs reference the Raiper Shell paths in the registry (HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Rai) instead of calling the exe directly. I'm pretty sure this issue happens because the user registry and possibly even the disk it resides on is suddenly getting unloaded and dismounted. The screen brightens because it is loading the system defaults from the registry hives in ROM. This is the same reason the skin on WM 6.5 suddenly disappears. At times I get a password prompt when I never set a password. Again, because too many required registry settings disappeared. After it happens, you can sometimes fix it by powering on/off the device but it usually doesn't last long and you eventually need to soft reset.
I have no idea what causes it but it always seems to happen after using the device for a few hours. It also doesn't seem to matter what ROM is used. It may just be me, but I also noticed that the device feels really hot after it's happened and if you leave it charging for awhile. For me, it happens quite often while using Remote Desktop for extended periods of time. I wish I knew what exactly was causing these hive dismounts. It may indeed be a hardware issue. Failing flash disk? Wear from overclocking? Does it even happen on factory ROMs? Also, is there anyone who has an original 64MB device that has the same problem? I wonder if cooking a rom with the registry hives and system databases stored on an SD card or in the extended ROM would fix the issue for people with these problematic devices.

[Q] Problems in Android with hd2, any help?

Hi all,
I just had a new HTC hd2 and I'm facing some problems with it, at first I thought the problem was with Android but I found it wasn't as I installed Windows phone 7 and the problems persisted so I got back to Android, here are the problems
- the phone switches off automatically
- the battery doesn't stay for more than 10 hrs
- the phone switches off during the phone calls
- the phone restart automatically
- sometimes when it switches off it doesn't start again till I make a reset
So I think the problems may be:
- something wrong with the service provider coz I bought from another country
- something wrong with the software like the MAGLDR and this stuff
-something wrong with the hardware itself which I highly doubt
-or something else that you may know to help me
Thanks
you must mention your radio+Rom ver.
try to read Temp. is it high?
The best to do is to check your radio ROM.
TASK29 Format, reinstall new RADIO ROM.
then install fresh ROM.
and try.
thanks
i had some problems with switching off ,random times , in my case it was the contact fingers for my battery .
