damn im excited! lol
its kinda already on the O2 website, it was put up a few hours ago. 5 days delivery on it though, try the store tomorrow and they should be able to order it in.

Just got my Wizard from 02, Recieved it yesterday so still playing round with it and finding new uses for it,
Its got a lot packed into it however a little chunky compared to my old Samsung D500.
Just brought some screen protectors today from ebay a pack of 6 for £1.99 + £1.99 postage from germany.

How long did it take O2 to get the phone to you ? Strange as on the website it said free next working day delivery and yet when I went through all the payment and it confirmed my order it said delivered within 3 working days ???
Took a couple of days to be delivered to me. In fact, they quoted up to 5 working days so i was pleasently surprised

I just found the Qtek S200 at Phones 2U direct for £64 with O2 200 contract. This seems far cheaper than anywhere else for the prophet. I've ordered it and will let you know how it goes.

You gotta watch them on that. I bought my Jam from them and they did the same trick of "in stock" which was not true. Tricky characters. Phone ended up arriving a week later, not next day as they claimed.
Good catch guys - many thanks. I challenged them on the in stock nonsense. I reminded them that they were asked the same question last week by someone here so, if it was a ;genuine mistake', how come they didn't vhange the web site.
Anyway .... I spoke (at last) to someone who seems to know what they're doing. The JAMin is due in today so I switched the order ot that. You can bet I'll be riding them close over the next few days Thanks again for the warnings.

i rang them to query my order for the jamin today, they told me they got the stock in today and will be sending it out today.
ordered mine yesterday, still no email informing me of dispatch...

OK the good news is the JAMin arrived today. The bad news - it's way slower than my XDA II and I can't figure out how to voice dial using the BT headset (the main reason I bought it). Hopefully it'll get better

i got mine as well, havent had too much time to play with it.
t-mobile got about 25 in stock as i just got mine after ringing then every day checking so be quick. t-mobile direct that is. 0845 412 5000 for upgrade ppl try the same for new contract i guess.
I've just called them and they told me they're still out of stock
well thats a lie then coz the guy told me they had 30 in today but only 25 as direct orders. and i did get mine at last

I've got a few issues that I could exagerate a little bit on and probably get t-mobile to send me a replacement phone. I might just do it if I know I'm going to get one with rc29.
Anyone know what the current replacement units are shipping with?
I believe they are shipping them with the new RC but I could be mistaken...

I got a replecement 3 days after I pressed the screen trying to silence my alarm one morning and by the time i could see the screen it was updating to RC30 and it was not rootable and I had just started reading about JF's early work, im just not sure how long ago it was, but it was towards the begining of ota rc30, it was the first time i was asked to update and it came in the middle of the night.
if I had to guess its been 10 days to 2 weeks since I got the replacement...
I bought it on day 1 oct 22, right I called tmob for my replacement 15 days after that(1 day over limit to store return) it came like 3 days later, as they shipped it express but it was a weekend or holiday that delayed next day to like 3 days, so I dunno maybe you can do the math...
maybe somebody got a more recent replacement and can tell you better, but I was told that there were probably no "refurbs" as in went to customers broke and got fixed, and when my replacement was shipped it would be a phone that failed tests at the factory and were refurb'd before leaving htc, it did look like it was in mint condition

cousin did it last week got a rc29, worth a shot,
worse that can happen is you get a rc30 and no more root lol
you can always just send the rc30 back and keep the broken screen

they are currently shipping rc29....i just received my replacement after i lost my orgignal rc30 locked phone

I have a X1 from O2 but it has the screen leakage issue, they are getting stock on Monday 15th december, will exchange mine and hope new one has no problems.
it makes me wonder, by the fact when I made the order they had stock that maybe Sony recalled the phones becauseof this crack issue?
suppose it should give me a sense of security if that is the case

I've been waiting 2 weeks because they said No Stock, when I phoned yesterday they had hundreds in stock, so they are shipping mine for Monday. This is a replacement for one that I bought from Expansys, looking forward to getting back onto the X1
